踏進這天光道的美食天堂,空氣中飄香的不只是小巷的悠閑,還有那令人垂涎三尺的炸脾香味👃😋。這裏的炸脾,啊,我可以憑良心說,幾乎到達了炸物的至高境界!外皮不單止係脆,嗰種食落去「嘶嘶」作響,確是另人食指大動;中間嘅雞肉,嘩,一啖咬落去滑過舌尖,綿而不爛,嫩得喺喉嚨轉一轉就消失咗。讓我真心覺得得意,絕對唔係隨便哪間店能夠做到這境界。咬開那炸到色香俱全的髀,肉汁珠團玉潤,滴溜溜地誘惑你;順帶一提,佢地嘅炸豬扒包都非常有水準,啖啖肉呀,價錢又公道,真系幫到平民食客大大嘅忙。行過土瓜灣,千祈唔好錯過啊!特別系對於炸物有愛嘅朋友,呢度嘅炸脾,真係可以話係區內一絕👍。喺茫茫食海中尋覓到咁樣一個炸脾聖地,真系一份不容易嘅幸福!我就系咁,心滿意足咁走咗,期待下次再來品嚐。

話說我喺呢間後巷小店揾到嘅珍寶真係出奇!坐落喺平凡唔過嘅後巷之中,店面雖然唔算矚目,但味道卻讓人回味無窮。首推佢哋嘅雞脾飯,將傳統小食俾升華到令人讚嘆嘅地步。雞脾外皮炸得啱啱好,脆皮入口嘅酥脆感同肉汁四溢嘅滿足感撞埋一齊,真係幾撩味🤤。店家個飯煮得啱啱哋,啲飯粒分明不過又夠彈性,喺我印象中留下深刻嘅印象。雞脾飽滿得來唔膩口,每啖都有層次感,咬落去肉質鮮嫩彈牙,間中夾雜嗰啲微微嘅鹹香,真係食得出主廚用心調配嘅滋味。嗰啲香口豐腴,伴隨住係後巷嘅簡樸風情,令味蕾同眼睛都一齊滿足,真係話得上『靚絕街頭』!即使坐喺街邊後巷黎食,但呢種地道港式風味嘅美食體驗,絕對值得再三回味。下次路過呢個角落,我一定會再次光臨,庶民嘅美食享受就係咁直接、無添加,原汁原味🥢🍚。呢間小店,真係令我食指大動,每一口都係精彩嘅演繹,有種街邊樸實嘅美味,唔試真係對唔住自己呀!👍

見網上講土瓜灣嘅囍囍小食店嘅炸雞脾價錢平, 又好食, 就特登趁路經行多少少路去試下, 間舖唔難揾到, 我5點幾去到, 可能又放緊署假, 完全冇人喺度買緊嘢食, 睇餐牌嘢食好多係炸物, 不過唔想食太多炸嘢, 直接叫隻炸雞脾食, 22蚊一隻價錢唔貴, 個保溫玻璃櫃已經放咗幾隻炸脾喺度, 唔洗等阿姐即拎一隻比我, 拎到上手唔會話熱到好辣手, 但都叫熱, 就即刻喺間離巷仔食, 一咬落外面炸被仲係好脆, 而且好薄, 咬落口感好正, 雞脾唔會話炸到乾, 肉嫩滑且味道好食, 調味有別於大部份茶餐廳, 咬落隻脾度有啲位仲流啲雞油出來正到爆, 而且只賣22蚊絕對平民抵食, 唯一缺點就係冇得坐低食

名乎其實No.1炸脾,除咗炸雞髀之外,其他炸物都好出色,睇嚟係個炸漿調配得非常好。因為只開星期一至五,早幾次嚟都摸門釘。今日終於係平日得閒黎🥹🥹我估係自己鋪位原故,營業時間不多,想食要較啱時候。咁啱黎食果陣,有街坊同學生仔捧場,可見深受土瓜環居民熱愛,不愧為本地名物‼️炸雞髀 $22有咩驅使你大熱天食炸脾?係好味呀😋姨姨喺保溫爐入面攞返出嚟,唔係新鮮整,以為冇咁好食,點知顛覆我嘅想像🙈外皮非常香脆,唔厚,又鎖得住肉汁😍炸豬扒包 $15呢個價錢真係唔知邊度搵😂即叫即整勁新鮮!雖然冇雞髀咁wow,但都比出面嘅好吃。經開非常推介大家一試🥰
