最近開始轉涼,已經好想食熱辣辣嘅滋潤嘅椰子雞,四季椰林已經國內超過60間分店,最近喺香港都開咗啦喺旺角新世紀已經可以食,又帶屋企人嚟試吓!餐廳裝修高貴雅緻,私隱度十足!試咗仍地牌竹蓀馬蹄椰子雞,食之前一定要飲啖湯先~因為用咗四個天然純椰子先做到一個湯底,原汁原味選上海南文昌雞旁邊仲有一個計時器計到啱啱好5分鐘就可以食得,雞肉皮薄肉嫩,脂肪低雞味非常濃郁中山脆皖魚片估唔到居然有鯇魚片食,皖魚片無泥味而且爽脆軟滑粒粒蝦肉黑虎蝦滑用了優質黑虎蝦製作成蝦滑,粒粒蝦肉,飽滿Q彈新鮮竹笙新鮮嘅竹笙已經整理乾淨,放入椰子雞鍋入邊非常適合,索哂椰子湯,非常滋味呢個時候我哋嘅煲仔飯已經準備好,熱辣辣煲仔入邊係雪白嘅米飯上面鋪滿咗唔同嘅臘腸臘肉🤗非常邪惡,加埋秘製豉油撈埋粒粒金黃,底下仲有飯焦非常啱晒而家天氣!四季椰林海南椰子雞旺角太子道西193號MOKO新世紀廣場4樓402-403號舖
