聽聞有家不錯的螺螄粉店,馬上拉上我的廣西好友來嘗嘗。真的有被驚喜到。根據店家推薦,我們點了炸蛋豆干螺螄粉($52)和炸蛋大腸螺螄粉($56),只吃過袋裝螺螄粉的我第一次吃炸蛋版本,新鮮出爐熱熱香香的炸蛋配上湯粉,絕好吃,還吃到了好大顆的螺肉。“真”螺螄粉。小食推薦涼拌魚皮!也是第一次吃藤椒味道清涼爽口,有點像冷串的味道(不確定是不是廣西小吃)小店不大,四五張台很乾淨。剛來的時候店裡客人少,老闆娘和熟客聊天帶上了我,熟客說他住荃灣,但經常過來吃吃聊天,感受到街邊小店舒適的快樂(雖然話題是勸我早結婚生子…)。

位於太子嘅螺螄粉店,小店不大,大約只有十幾個座位,但食物又幾好食!今次我叫咗炸蛋豆乾螺螄粉。湯底味道係這家店最大的亮點之一,湯底微辣,由於用咗鮮螺,湯底味道濃郁。喺底撈一下,都真係有螺!而且仲可以吃。個湯味道鮮香,非常好飲😋🥚炸蛋都係鋪頭嘅招牌菜,香脆可口。店員有個小建議:等炸蛋同豆乾浸喺湯度浸到軟身先食。呢種食法好特別,因為只係食炸物嘅話,味道一定變得好油,但炸物吸收湯後再食,就會更加好味喇🤩除咗湯底,這間螺螄粉店仲提供其他小食,如手撕雞、肥腸、豬手、鴨腳等。今次我叫咗鹽焗手撕雞,雞肉軟韌適中,非常開胃,用來拌螺螄粉就正正~店員服務態度好好,而且會主動問顧客口味、意見,甚至可以按照客人嘅要求加辣、加酸等。整體嚟講,呢間小店嘅食物份量多、味道好、價錢合理,位置都近地鐵站出口,超方便!不失為一個唔錯嘅用餐選擇👍🏻

今日出開太子買花, 經過見到一間食螺螄粉嘅小店,就心思思就走入去食。同靚仔店長傾偈,原來螺螄粉並不是意粉,指既係用石螺餚四五個鐘頭煲出嚟嘅螺湯米線。小店雖小,但乾淨企理,坐得都舒服。靚仔店長推介我食舖頭嘅招牌炸蛋豆乾螺螄粉,話啲炸蛋索晒啲湯會好好味,個麵一上枱見到份量都好足👍🏻即刻飲下店舖大推既螺湯, 果真鮮味十足, 飲到螺味好甜,真係真材實料! 睇得出店家好用心去製作😋配上脆脆又索晒汁既炸蛋同豆乾真係一改我對螺螄粉嘅觀感。原來螺螄粉可以咁好食,食完之後以後唔會再買包裝即食嘅螺螄粉!另外點咗個小酥肉小食,炸得鬆脆惹味,配埋王老吉,食到捧住個肚走❤️

今日放工去左太子食飯,一出地鐵見到一間新開螺絲粉,我都未食過螺螄粉,見新開吾算多人,價錢又大,所以入左去原來螺絲粉係係用鮮螺做湯底,所以湯底味較鮮香螺味,而且款式都吾少老公點左一碗炸蛋豆乾螺螄粉,再追加小食椒麻小酥肉,炸蛋好酥脆,豆乾似豆卜,吸收咗湯底既螺味,好好味,小酥肉好香好鬆化我自己點左一碗豬手鴨腳螺螄粉,加小食藤椒涼拌魚皮,豬手肉好淋,皮仲keep 到彈性,配合得十分好,涼拌魚皮好爽彈,加上檸檬汁同醋,帶少少酸,開胃小食,十分好味
