到大澳,成了周末的指定動作,這家大澳小食也是推介給朋友一到的地方,若沒有香妃卷製作中,可能很多路人會忽略此小店,結果實驗證明,當我們一行七人走入店,店主夫婦開始製作後,門前就開始堆了不少人,排起隊來。香妃卷是中式薄餅漿外再加上蛋漿菜甫、蔥花芫荽,還有如脆肉乾的薄脆和芝麻,最後下甜醬油;非常大堆頭又惹味。這年間都沒有加價,依然維持在$20的水平,但這份量已足夠4-6人填一填掃街的胃納。以往堂吃只能以叉吃,有點不便,但現在也有外賣的包裝紙提供,吃得更方便,只是一出爐時太滾熱,要小心拿上手,手指頭都變紅了。從前還有甜食的版本,今天坐低點的時候,主人家就說沒有做了,可能不多人吃,專心預備咸食的材料更恰當。除了人人路經都停下來一看的香妃卷製作,這裡有不少蝦蟹魚仔的炸物,雖然點菜後是再翻炸,但因為硬殼炸後還是會薄脆惹味,不會覺得一口油,二三十元的雜錦份量可算是超多,佐啤酒就一流了,但在大澳當然喝一喝山草茶、紫貝天葵這些,又是時候起行了

第一次去大澳, 估唔到有咁多野食! 仲聽到有其他遊客話"仲多過台灣", (咁又誇左少少...)亂行一通, 見到有兩條人龍, 一條排緊沙翁, 另一條就係排"香妃卷"喇老伯邊整邊賣, 熱辣辣, 又有蔥, 梅菜, 芝麻等等, 十分香口, 個crepe 皮都好軟糯, 又有蛋味$20一份, 有客人叫老伯分成6份放入紙袋, 老伯都樂意, 如果嚮旺角, 應該比人問候左lar...希望佢地繼續做落去, 繼續咁有人情味

因為唔知咩叫香妃卷,所以特地去佐試英文名叫chinese pizza, 我覺得似chinese crepe多d 即叫即製, 見到 師傅放上唔同嘅材料, 例如大量葱花、芝麻、菜甫(我地唔好芫茜叫佢走佐!) , 落埋甜醬, 摺埋就上枱, 未食已經好想食果然好好味, 芝麻蔥花好香,材料同d 甜醬好夾!!!個"chinese crepe" 又薄又脆,正呀!之後仲食埋薑汁撞奶同紅豆雙皮奶。呢個就失色好多啦佢地竟然在fridge到拿了一個package好似超市jelly的兩個小小的薑汁撞奶出來,然後再在我們面前撕開個蓋我們完全o佐咀....不過後來個老闆問我們意見, 我地先知原來唔係出面買回來的, 係佢地工場弄的= =不過味道普通, 奶味唔濃,薑汁撞奶的薑汁又唔夠, 紅豆雙皮奶的紅豆太硬...份量都真係太小啦(真係好似超市jelly的size, 可想而知的小)

之後仲食埋薑汁撞奶同紅豆雙皮奶。
呢個就失色好多啦
佢地竟然在fridge到拿了一個package好似超市jelly的兩個小小的薑汁撞奶出來,然後再在我們面前撕開個蓋

我們完全o佐咀....
不過後來個老闆問我們意見, 我地先知原來唔係出面買回來的, 係佢地工場弄的= =
不過味道普通, 奶味唔濃,薑汁撞奶的薑汁又唔夠, 紅豆雙皮奶的紅豆太硬...
份量都真係太小啦(真係好似超市jelly的size, 可想而知的小)

除咗食香妃卷仲想食多樣小食, 每一樣都擺咗喺舖面俾我地揀, 多數都已經做好, 叫咗佢再翻炸~ 不過炸完嘅黃金蝦再翻炸都冇乜所謂, 因為都已經炸到皮都燶晒, 唔會再講乜乜新鮮唔新鮮, 老細好好人送咗2隻蟹仔俾我地~ 黃金蝦有大細唔同size, 我地要咗細蝦~ d蝦炸到殼都脆埋, 可以連頭連尾一齊食, 鮮蝦味道炸到所餘無幾, 油味就一定好重, 好在裏面嘅蝦肉仲食到, 點埋泰式辣醬當d脆卜卜香口野配酒食一定一流! 炸蟹仔都一樣, 炸到脆晒都只係食到個脆口感, 其實食咗咩, 如果合埋眼食一定食唔出~

呢個茶比喺出面街買會平d, 因為平均都要$6-$7~ 味道好似利賓立, 但係比較天然 同冇咁甜, 大澳特別野果然唔同d~

店舖好細, 都係老細一手一腳包辦廚房、落單、執野同收銀~ 不過佢都駕輕就熟, 完全冇難度~ 香妃卷絕對值得一試! 其他野就見仁見智~ 因為呢個係我地今日第一餐, 所以都想留住個肚去食其他野~

吃完茶粿以及糯米滋, 就來到大澳的另一邊, 為的是一試這裡的香妃卷. 店子是有堂食的位置, 那更好, 能夠坐下來慢慢吃.香妃卷 $20: 8分, 是即叫即做的產品, 能夠吃到最新鮮做好的食物, 怎也是個誠意作品. 用上圓形鐵板, 下了蛋漿後去煎, 之後再加上蔥, 芝麻, 芫茜, 菜甫, 薄脆, 甜醬等等, 摺起就成為香妃卷.想不到份量是如此大, 一客開四件. 對我們兩個人來講, 要連吃兩件, 實不容易. 食落去是幾香口, 當然, 加上了孜然粉, 是會比較搶味. 餅皮不會太厚, 料是落足的, 是個相當豐富的街頭小食.我覺得這裡的國內味道是幾重的, 不過無問題, 最緊要是食物有質素, 也會吸引到客人.

今次是小弟第一次入大澳, 由東涌行入大澳4小時, 進大澳後過了新基大橋就見到這檔大澳小食, 很多人光顧, 一定不錯, 原來就是香妃卷, 在openrice 看過都甚都好評. 一件$20, 我們一行7人買了2份. 老闆娘會幫忙切開的.老闆娘當然非常純屬, 先落一殼粉漿和生蛋, 再落一大堆蔥粒, 芝麻, 菜莆, 再加上兩筆燒汁, 一分鐘左右便完成了一份, 非常快.拿上手新鮮熱辣辣的, 外表呈金黃色, 煎得剛好, 咬下有很香蔥味和蛋香味, 當然啦, 下了那麼多蔥, 有朋友不太喜歡蔥就不會喜歡這個卷了. 加蛋這一招亦都非常讚, 餅皮本身不夠蛋香味, 如果打多隻生蛋在上面煎就一定沒有這問題了. 還有菜莆帶來爽脆的口感. 而燒汁帶甜味, 吃起來鹹鹹甜甜的小食, 真的不錯.

Whilst I was waiting for the crepe, the owner kindly fried a prawn for me to try.
The golden prawns were fried with their heads, tails and shells and the whole thing was edible.

The golden prawns cost $30 per skewer and there were about 15 prawns per skewer; on the menu, the price varies according to different seasons.

Golden Prawns:
These prawns were already deep fried, but re-fried again.
The shells were crispy, yet the prawn was will juicy. The shells were coated with some flour hence the uniform golden coating.

Chinese Crepe:
This was a nice savoury Chinese pancake which was full of flavour emerging from the spring onions and coriander, and interestingly I could taste and smell cumin too which was probably mixed with the coriander.

Begonia fimbristipula drink:
To finish off, got this drink which looked like berry tea, it contained Begonia fimbristipula.
Begonia fimbristipula is meant to be a flower, in chinese 紫背天葵.
I was expecting it to taste like Rose but it tasted like Ribena, the sweetness was just right and the Begonia taste wasnt that strong.
Not sure if the Begonia fimbristipula is a local product from Tai O, but the dried version was sold nearly everywhere in Tai O.

Chips:
Before ordering, I just knew they were going to taste good, and they were brilliant.
They looked like thick cut chips but they were not uniform, and the edges were not smooth which indicated they were hand cut by themselves.
The chip was super crunchy on the outside and like liquid in the centre.
The best thing was, they tasted good, WITH/WITHOUT sauce!
It would have been great if there was malt vinegar too!
These chips are as good as the ones at New York Fries, but thicker cut, and the outside is crispy.

大澳的另一邊~有路口的無冰濃郁”爆檸”外~~多走兩步就看見大澳小食的攤檔~主理的兩夫婦依然用歡容的態度對待每位客人~~獨自走到舖前~心思思考慮吃不吃香妃卷是好~~~但uncle的熱情介紹就決定坐下來吃~從後堂把老婆叫出來~~"喂~~出黎呀~~有生意呀~~整野啦~~~~" 家的味道由這刻開始Auntie見我一個人~說弄一件小的給我就是了~~~但眼見所謂小的也真的不是~也佔上鐵板面的八成位置~~加入菜甫蔥花芝麻~~AAA~少少芫荽夠了啊Auntie~~最後加上脆薄片就包起來切件~~而uncle卻在另一邊的炸爐弄了些炸蟹炸瀨尿蝦和薯條~送我吃~~~woww~~又不好意思說聲自已不好炸物~但一番心意~禮貌上還是接收了還吃清光~~~香脆連殼吃非常香口~突然想起啤酒 XDAuntie口中的細size顯然與正常的沒差多少~依然是四大件~幸好自已還沒吃午餐~~~沒加半點油的餅皮~夾入咸鮮香脆的餡料~吃甚麼都走青的小比~這刻吃起這個香妃卷來又不會覺得厭惡~因菜甫芝麻等配起來又很夾~~最最最重要的甜醬油作點晴~!個人覺得外賣比堂吃~吃起來更為方便~因為每一件都有獨立小紙套慢慢吃~乾淨利落~~堂吃要用叉吃~

Auntie口中的細size顯然與正常的沒差多少~依然是四大件~幸好自已還沒吃午餐~~~沒加半點油的餅皮~夾入咸鮮香脆的餡料~吃甚麼都走青的小比~這刻吃起這個香妃卷來又不會覺得厭惡~因菜甫芝麻等配起來又很夾~~最最最重要的甜醬油作點晴~!

個人覺得外賣比堂吃~吃起來更為方便~因為每一件都有獨立小紙套慢慢吃~乾淨利落
~~堂吃要用叉吃~反而有點狼狽~~但來得這些鄉郊地~豪氣一點用手吃也無所謂啦~~還吸引了不少路過的行人~~替"香妃"掙來不少生意~

吃罷~說聲謝謝~吃了那麼多東西也只收我$15~有點不好意思~正常size是$20~人情味濃~~~所以~~~有時候~真的頗享往獨自遊走的日子~~~所感受到的熱情~別人對你的態度~~往往二人以上都無法感受得到的~~與店主夫婦閒談之間~她們也愛周遊列國~打理這生意嗎?順其自然~有時間咪打理囉~哈哈~~女兒在外工作賺到錢就會考敬兩位~~真捨意~~~~~飽飽的是時候離開了~想找點喝的。謝過了

泥到大澳梗係要試香妃卷即叫即做!天氣冷,熱騰騰既香妃卷真係好難抗拒;]香妃卷你煎蛋餅,包住D蔥,芝麻,炸菜同脆片. 上碟時真係好香又大份,個皮好軟熟,D餡好香口,真係好好味!

經過大澳小食, 俾佢咁地道的大餅吸引, 便入去食了~~ 環境 - 只是一間普通的店舖仔, 十分街坊感覺, 很少坐位~~服務 - 老闆娘十分親切, 會同我地傾計~! 而且仲時常大讚自己的香妃卷好吃! 食物 - 香妃卷 ($20) - 極之大件, 一個人根本冇可能食得晒, 又冇得買半件, 我覺得如果佢地可以細細件賣會好D囉! 可能會仲多生意~ 個蛋皮煎到金黃色好靚, 裡面的餡料真係超多, 包括有莞茜, 芝麻, 蔥, 榨菜....... 但裡面D莞茜蔥係仲好生的, 我本人至怕莞茜蔥的生味, 所以唔識欣賞此卷..... 建議不喜歡莞茜蔥D青味既就唔好食了!!! 不過要讚的是真係餡料夠晒豐富, 真係可以話皮薄餡靚LA!! 未吃過既都可以一試既~ 好特別既餅呢!!

在網上看到此家店的香紀卷不錯,於是金水跟朋友特意到來試試看。香妃卷份量及用料都很足,料多得令蛋皮也差點不能包起來!^^一份已足夠兩個人吃,而且味道很不錯,香菜和芝麻很香口。另外,他們的炸蝦又大只又新鮮,而且是不用剝殼吃的!非常方便。聽老闆娘說這些蝦是用她自家秘製的方法來製作的,味道很好,值得一試!最後要說的是,老闆及老闆娘非常親切!不但跟金水聊天,老闆娘還不時請我們試吃她的食物,老闆又請我們喝茶,真的是很多謝他們!大澳的居民真的是很友善,下次再到大澳,金水一定會再來這裡吃東西的!

因為小比不愛芫荽~所以只要了半份量~~一步一步看著大大大Chinese crepe成形~吞吞口水~~~切開四份之後就坐下來慢慢吃~~因為四邊都不是密口~所以就算用叉吃也有點狠狽~相反若你邊走邊吃~會每段有獨立紙托包著吃~這樣更方便呢!


菜甫的卜卜爽脆口感~甜甜咸咸~~加上甜醬油和孜然非常惹味~~就算有大量蔥花芫荽~~也不成問題了!
加入薄脆有點題作用~不會全個軟lai lai吃到飽滯~~~一邊吃又吸引到好多人埋黎又食~~有傾有講~感覺好融洽~~放下$20~就此拜別~~一個如此出色的配搭~~又確實全港獨有~~無得頂~!近日再路經~發覺多了好多款~~~甚至有素食卷~~下月再來~會留肚吃的了~支持支持
