雖然佢叫做大笪地花膠雞, 好明顯招牌係食花膠雞鍋! 但除左花膠雞之外仲有好多款鍋底, 今次同行朋友同我一樣無辣不歡, 一於叫個雞煲辣下佢!餐廳環境同埋紅色燈罩凝造到好有舊時港式情懷既感覺,  設有海鮮魚缸, 想食海鮮可以過去親自挑選, 包保新鮮!四川麻辣雞煲 (半隻) $128係我中意既乾身雞煲, 黎到既時候已經係全熟, 所以滾一滾起佢炒多兩炒就可以食得, 面頭仲有最愛既芫茜, 唔食既朋友記得叫佢走芫茜啦~~ 雞件啖啖肉, 肉幾嫩滑, 而個雞煲醬味道夠濃, 辣勁仲比想像中強, 食到即刻要叫番罐野飲~ 辣得好惹味過癮!龍躉斑片 $138份量比想像中多, 每人都可以食到4-5塊, 而且佢切得算厚身, 抵食! 龍躉斑片最中意就係食佢既皮位, 皮位Q彈膠質豐富, 魚肉亦爽中帶嫩, 新鮮爽脆牛胸爽 $128牛胸爽全白色唔好以為係肥膏, 其實係軟骨位, 拖一拖水幾秒就食得, 口感爽口, 而且不失香濃牛味, 食得刁鑽必試~走既時候見枱枱都係食花膠雞, 聽講係冇味精湯底, 下次再番泥試下先!!

好耐冇食打邊爐,呢日就同朋友黎左旺角呢間火鍋店到食晚餐。呢度既裝修好有懷舊既感覺,幾特別!打開餐牌,見到呢度有好多唔同既湯底,好吸引。湯底火面,我地揀左大笪地花膠濃湯雞湯鍋 ,價錢唔貴,$218有半隻雞。黎呢間火鍋店當然就要試下呢度既招牌湯底,呢個大笪地花膠濃湯雞湯湯底真係好正,有勁多花膠,好滋潤!雞肉好嫩滑,點左啲肥牛都好正!火鍋料方面,呢到既肥牛好新鮮,肉味香濃又嫩滑!呢個海膽包心丸都唔錯!手打墨魚丸勁彈牙!

牛肉都係每次去火鍋店必叫嘅嘢食,今次叫咗手切格斯牛肉,一見到條紋已經覺得好靚☺️通常多油脂嘅食落會林啲,但同時亦都會俾人感覺太油膩🧐呢份牛肉油脂部份雖然唔算好多,但食落唔會覺得好硬,仲有少少軟稔。

跟住呢個就犀利喇,係象拔蚌刺身🤩平時真係冇乜地方有。象拔蚌刺身好鮮甜,薄切嘅一片片咁,溫度都夠凍,食落口好爽滑!唔慣食生嘅人都可以整熟食嘅,不過我覺得做刺身會好味啲。

呢排返工少左進補,襯今日放工,明日連放四日假,就同老公一齊補補佢。我們叫了花膠雞火鍋,半隻都夠兩個人食,店員叫我們先飲湯,後邊爐。個湯已經奶白色,加上雞油在面就知真材實料,湯頭很鮮甜,滋潤,我們飲了兩碗湯,然後食埋花膠筒,很大隻又充滿膠質,嘴唇都黏黏的。飲完湯就打個邊爐,點少得肥牛,美國肥牛大塊,油脂分佈平均,濃郁的牛味。我們貪得意食埋個芝心牛丸,跟乒乓波一樣大,牛味香濃,入面的芝士食到拉不斷,很有玩味。另外叫了豆品,凍豆腐吸收了雞湯,很嫩很鮮味。豆苗很翠綠鮮嫩,雞油豆苗就甘滾幾滾都一樣很好吃。打邊爐叫幾多食幾多,唔會做成浪費,整體而言,食材真係好新鮮,今日的火鍋真係好滋補又養顏。

飲完湯就打個邊爐,點少得肥牛,美國肥牛大塊,油脂分佈平均,濃郁的牛味。我們貪得意食埋個芝心牛丸,跟乒乓波一樣大,牛味香濃,入面的芝士食到拉不斷,很有玩味。
