經過門口,見到櫥窗掛起啲燒鵝脹卜卜幾好樣,於是走入去試試。燒鵝飯($57)附送例湯或熱飲(凍飲 +$3)斬上碟嘅燒鵝賣相就無掛起嗰啲咁靚嘞。燒鵝份量OK嘅,都有十零件,而且大細都斬得合理。但可惜鵝肉唔算好多,偏向背位多骨。至於味道,燒鵝室溫,鵝皮唔脆,鵝肉稍咸,無咩煙燻味,十分普通。例湯味道唔錯,之後沒有特別口渴。以燒鵝飯來說,如此收費,質素一般,只可一試。 continue reading

下午茶時間,如果想嗌燒味下午茶既話只有湯粉麵選擇咁岩路過想食飯就叫左個正價鵝飯$57,包熱飲或者例湯咁岩坐左係斬料位平排既坐位,睇到師傅斬料手勢👀離遠見到師傅斬料個陣已經覺得唔對路,見到佢最尾零零舍舍執多兩舊邊位落個飯度上枱就知道出事,個飯就好似砌積木咁,幾舊胸幾舊背再搭多兩舊邊,三個位互不相干搭落黎,砌出視覺效果掀起仲大鑊,鵝皮冇舊脆,除左胸個幾舊完全冇肉得肥膏兩行鵝得一行有肉食有圖冇吹水,冇回頭 continue reading

由開張至今,多數都係外賣斬料燒鵝加餸,今次坐底堂食。燒鵝例牌($128)要求下庄,不另外補錢。保持水準,鵝皮脆,鵝肉嫩,肥膏少,香料、醃料調配啱啱好,調味唔會過咸,但味道足。下午茶:燒肉瀨粉($34)熱檸水燒肉有6舊,三層肉,肥瘦適中,肉質唔錯,但皮唔脆。瀨粉份量不少,而且有彈性。下午茶:叉燒瀨粉($34)熱奶茶叉燒有6件,半肥瘦,味道正常普通。下午茶餐(14:00 - 18:00)配埋熱飲好抵食。 continue reading

由開張食到依家,岩岩開鋪果時就真係堅好食,到經過今晚之後就唔會再去幫襯,5點幾幫襯外賣,肥叉加燒鴨,諗住個場都係個十丁友食緊野,師傅都得閒到係度等單,都唔會伏得去邊啦,點知衰到貼地,係度食咁多次肥叉,都明水準有時係會有高低,但係今次真係火都來,淨係頭尾搭舊肥叉,中間就又瘦又柴仲要多條筋,趙到都唔想食,有乜理由肥叉係得頭尾一大舊肥膏,中間係唔肥仲要柴架,個燒鴨又係,一舊大舊過一舊,你係咪都要斬既斬好少少係咪咁困難??還是個師傅斬野都未夠班是旦落刀斬完就當贏??反正經過今轉真係幫襯都廢事 continue reading
