唔講唔知,同媽咪去食燒味,媽咪話係米芝蓮2星中餐廳燒味部主廚開嘅餐廳,仲話燒乳豬燒鵝係日日做,好新鮮先咁脆!🐷乳豬飯:唔洗去飲都有乳豬食,份量多到好似乳豬放題咁!脆皮夠脆,肉質平均半肥瘦,唔似去飲得返個皮食😂🪿燒鵝肥叉燒雙併飯:套餐有菜、拍青瓜黑木耳前菜、例湯,雙併餐喎都係$88唔洗加一,岀面多數得燒鴨,宜家燒鵝都唔洗加錢,碟菜心都一大碗唔係得幾條㗎!成個餐雙併好抵食呀,下次想食燒鵝會返嚟食!! continue reading

突然好想食燒鵝瀨 就叫埋媽媽再去之前去過灣仔天龍燒鵝食都係一如已往 都係咁受歡迎 下午兩點半都好多食客 受歡迎當然有原因 有除咗有燒味提供之外,更有啤酒可以提供真係燒味食店難得一見 而且仲有下午茶添,不過今次我哋都係想食正餐媽咪就叫咗乳豬五寶飯有鹹蛋叉燒豉油雞,紅腸乳豬份量十足 乳豬好香脆 蜜味叉燒甜甜地大少少油脂好易入口 豉油雞都幾香滑 鹹蛋配埋白飯好開胃叉燒燒鵝,雙拼瀨粉一直都想食呢個雙拼 燒鵝,果然係呢度嘅王牌,外皮香脆帶少少燒鵝嘅油脂 非常好食 加埋半肥瘦叉燒,配瀨粉10分正再叫埋杯凍柚子蜜同埋鹹檸七消暑解渴咁又完美嘅一餐啊天龍燒鵝 (灣仔)灣仔軒尼詩道354號昌業大廈地舖 continue reading

依間前身應該係千樂,都喺燒味餐廳。入到去環境依舊,但同千樂比好少人,已心知不妙。叫咗個燒鵝餐,68蚊送一碗好細的所謂老火湯,普普通通。燒鵝飯上到來,表面好似好大一碟,食落去發覺只有兩舊有肉,其它全部老三層,一層骨、一層肥膏、一層皮。先前的千樂初頭幾好,後來質素不穩定、再到最後非常差,依間?仲差過千樂最差時好多。漁村宜家現狀就係咁,本地薑餐廳一心只想賺錢,求求其其、不重質量,偷工減料,環境污濁,不問下自己幾差有無需要改進,但又識鬧啲香港人北上消費,人哋追求質素性價比有咩問題?所以我每星期大部分時間光顧東南亞嘢,好在灣仔都算多。一般都質素有保證。依間可唔可以唔好霸住咁好鋪位?比啲有心經營食肆開啦。 continue reading

今次試下倒返轉,講下食後感係食完餐燒味飯,口仲好有鵝香、叉燒嘅油潤感真正覺得好飽肚又滿足! 令人回味無窮我贊成食燒味係一定要嚟天龍燒鵝食,係好美味享受我甚至外出去旅行,也會想食香港燒味下次等帶我帶家人過嚟食先🙊今次就嚟到灣仔近鵝頸橋嘅天龍燒鵝由前五星級酒店米芝蓮燒味主廚用心炮製👨‍🍳☄️更全日不斷燒乳豬及燒鵝,確保新鮮而且平民嘅價格就食到好優質嘅燒鵝 皇牌天龍燒鵝做到色澤金黃、外皮酥脆、肉質滑溜味道剛剛好,又不會過鹹,由於好好味我都唔會落醬完全原汁原味,現場也有不少遊客慕名過來∧今次我就點了一人餐,可叫燒味單拼或雙拼配上小吃、白飯及自家製冇味精中湯人總係貪心,我一邊食,另外一邊偷望旁邊食客原來燒味雙拼飯更大大碟! 絕非一人份量😍有一位男食客,也吃不完,半碟要外賣盒如女士們可以點抵食下午茶,價格也相當實惠 ∧其次必吃叉燒,我對食叉燒很有要求今次肥美叉燒呈現著鮮豔紅色充滿濃郁嘅甜鹹滋味,肉質軟嫩亦帶有吃牛一樣的彈牙位,令人吃不停口∧而我朋友就點燒腩仔,我即使嚷著減肥但都要食合幾片其外皮非常鬆脆,內層的肥肉,真正做到肥而不膩!我又會點少許芥辣和甜酸醬去吃另外冷盤都唔錯,例如紅腸、薰蹄及海蜇 ∨餐牌: continue reading
