去太古城同屋企人飲茶,本身諗住喺觀塘搭船落北角食雞髀先。點知未有船,見隔離筲箕灣走開就直接過咗筲箕灣。過到嚟筲箕灣諗起太安樓,就過嚟食牛雜過下口癮。之前都有鄰居買過外賣返去食,但係外賣返到去大埔就真係唔係嗰種味道。今次即買即食又真係唔錯,冇叫細碗淨係點咗三個餸,肺、腸同埋蝴蝶腩。$36都算正常,唔似得出邊嗰啲剪到碎濕濕,起碼有啲咬口,啲腸都整得幾乾淨,亦都冇怪味。蝴蝶腩就出邊比較少見,呢間食落去就唔似牛腩,反而似煲湯豬𦟌。食完之後飲埋啖湯汁超甜,啲甜味應該來自啲白蘿蔔,個人就唔太喜歡白蘿蔔,就係怕佢有陣苦澀味,但係個湯頭咁甜,估計啲蘿蔔應該都唔差,下次應該要叫一份蘿蔔。
