價錢唔記得啦!人均大約35左右,已經好飽啦,因為我發現點心價錢佢地隨便寫架,第一日雞扎 蝦餃 叉燒包 燒賣 係兩個18蚊兩個13蚊,第二日同樣叫雞扎 叉燒包 粉粿 鮮竹捲全部都係13蚊,可能係店員見到我地熟口面俾我地平d掛⋯⋯⋯

唔錯唔錯,會繼續來,算係一種習慣

之前訂了一個回門乳豬今日9:30拎,但是今日提前來到拎時,有一位黑衫短發女同事就同我哋講,包緊,咁我哋就俾錢然後等,等了又等,已10分鐘了,就追佢快D,因為包一個乳豬唔會咁耐,然後收銀同事就同我哋講頭先米有同事跟緊,態度很差。又過咗了一陣,又話要等多6分鐘。一個訂9:30個乳豬,最後要10:00先有得拎,呢個酒樓誠信真係.....!

季季紅有米豬選用2、3個月大既乳豬,以前成日覺得堂食,趁熱食先好味,今次因為屋企人唔想出街食,不如試下外賣有米豬。睇落好似好大盒,但拎上手唔重,可能得3、4磅😅😅拎返屋企擺咗2個鍾先食,無翻熱,驚層皮會唔脆。 原隻上,要自己剪彩,脆卜卜,好得!一路剪一路忍唔住食,乳豬好味,皮仲好脆,食落唔會油淋淋,好香口😋😋豬pat pat果d位有d肉地,我鍾意多d😁有米飯有芋頭、蝦米....雖然係炒飯,但都唔覺油,而且炒得粒粒分明,一口豬一啖飯,好美味!個個都食到lum lum 唎⋯⋯😜😜

之前去過荃灣分店食了一次有米猪覺得ok , 所以冧住慶祝母親節近近地到沙田河畔分店食翻餐 . 叫左個12人套餐 , 一開始食有米猪 , 有水準 ! 點之第二,三,四度菜就一次過上檯 , 都唔緊要 , 就連雞絲翅都放埋上檯 . 大家都好無奈 , 只好要求侍應其他菜出慢少少, 點之真係好聽話慢少少上 , 食完雞絲翅後等左30分鐘先有魚食 , 跟住再等多25分鐘先出埋兩碟菜 , 都唔緊要 , 最不滿係D餸仲要咸到入唔倒口 , 經理都無野好講 , 只好不停講sorry ! 又話送甜品 . 大家有"時間" 可以去見識下 .

牛肉打得很膠,但吃到一條很小很小的小魚骨,不會弄傷喉嚨,但不明白為何鮮竹牛肉會有魚骨,有芫茜,還有小許果皮味,而且牛肉球顏色是很淺色的啡色,知道山竹牛肉要溝豬肉,但牛肉的比例略為小了些,所以比較淺色,鮮竹欠奉。

早幾日訂了隻有米豬,一行七人黎吃!除左有米豬外,我地仲叫左豬肚湯,菠蘿姑嚕肉,椒鹽鮮魷&豆腐,金銀蛋莧菜,泰式海鮮粉絲煲。隻有米豬上枱時我見到每一枱都會影下相!因為燒得好靚,未拆開個陣好似臘腸狗咁係圓筒形,因為裡面封住左炒飯,有芋頭的!好入味!唔會油淋淋!豬豬嘅蛋脆到爆!正!然後椒鹽鮮魷同埋豆腐係內軟,外勁脆!熱辣辣~~菠蘿姑嚕肉係我至愛,菠蘿甜,肉嘅脆漿同個肉,醬勁match !!!所有我地order 嘅餸賣相都好靚呀!師傅勁有心機!下次一家人食飯會再黎~~

難得喺屋企同屋企人打返四圈,輸贏事少,玩樂事大。今日足足打咗8個鐘,過足晒手癮。玩完就要諗去邊度食飯,媽話想試下沙田季季紅,心諗冇所謂啦試吓冇妨。地點就真喺唔算方便,喺我哋屋企許最直接喺的士。呢度似足屋村酒樓格局,嚟到點都要試吓佢哋嘅招牌堂剪乳豬,呢隻乳豬味道都算OK啦,皮脆肉滑,但係要$660一隻就真係唔多值。其他小菜就更加不值一提,味道同價錢都係走街坊酒樓路線,講真要食呢D就唔使黎呢道啦。呢個價錢同質素應該唔會再嚟。。

我一個月前去食有米豬,當時真係好好食,皮好脆,肉好香,飯適中,就算第二日食剩嘅,依然好好食,於是尋日就外賣左隻同家人分享,點知失望到我吾寫食評都要寫,飯硬,豬皮un到完全咬吾開,無香味,令一家無晒胃口,點解差甘遠,係師傅吾同定點?請考慮改善質素不一的問題,如果吾係客人無信心再番去羅
