To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一大班人出嚟食飯,總係鍾意熱熱鬧鬧,除咗打邊爐,我通常都會推介 #鑊氣小炒,貪佢大大碟,夠晒 #麻甩 🤭 呢晚我哋同 #老大 慶㊗️ #生日,就照佢意思揀咗間我覺得唔錯嘅 #中菜館 #容記小菜王,等大家試吓師傅嘅手勢😚喺 #太子港鐵站C2出口,遠遠就會見到好大個「容記」招牌,今時今日咁有氣勢,實在難得😁 七點未夠,餐廳已經坐滿七八成客人,周圍仲傳來陣陣煲仔香氣,令人十分期待☺️ 呢晚我哋點咗個 #燉湯 同幾款 #小菜,雖然係有小小失手。但整體味道都真係唔錯㗎🤤🤤淮山杞子燉螺頭湯湯料非常豐富,主角之一嘅 #螺頭 當然唔少得,加埋啲雞腳、瘦肉煲起啖湯特別鮮甜🤤四季平安- 砵酒桶蠔 🦪 大大隻嘅 #桶蠔 非常吸睛,不過似乎有啲過火,肉質靭咗啲,同埋都係嗰句,味道甜得滯,建議師傅可以輕手少少😅- #燒鵝 半隻 🪿 大大隻嘅鵝身啖啖肉,可惜上枱嘅時候已經凍咗,鵝皮唔夠香脆😚- 斑片炒西蘭花 🥦 #石斑片 夠晒肉地,同啲 #西蘭花 跟配料炒埋一齊,口感非常豐富😅- 蒸魚頭腩 🐟 魚肉好新鮮,入口完全唔會有腥味,識食魚嘅人一定鍾意🤤小炒皇 🦐 大大隻嘅 #蝦乾,配埋啲 #韭菜、#蝦仁、#腰果 … 一齊炒,夠晒鑊氣🤤焗布甸 - 最後要推介嘅係佢哋嘅 #焗布甸,入口非常軟滑又唔會太甜,最緊要係佢哋即叫即做,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,零舍滋味🤤舖頭雖然冇華麗嘅裝修,不過勝在樓底高又乾乾淨淨,而且人手都算充足,起碼唔使舉手舉到手都軟麵無人嚟幫手🤭 鍾意食中式鑊氣小炒嘅大家,路過太子可以考慮去試吓呀😚📍容記小菜王 (太子)太子道西123號地舖

成日係太子經過都好想試下好唔好食食~米芝蓮推介的廣東菜餐廳🔥位置好方便,地鐵站出口附近。每碟菜份量都多。星期一晚去,全場都坐滿~好誇張~相當受歡迎!餐廳好近地鐵站🚉,一出行3-4分鐘就到,好太方便~餐廳好大,我見到仲有海鮮🦞池~海鮮全部好新鮮👍🏻之後先發現原來係米芝蓮推介😻唔怪之得咁多人食~我地3個人,叫左:⭐️原隻虎斑三寶 有3碟菜:清蒸原條沙巴虎斑、豉油王皇海蝦和蜜汁叉燒。即叫即蒸,好新鮮!虎斑肉質煮得岩岩好.好嫩滑,yummy🩷海蝦唔算大隻,但好好食~蝦殼好脆好入味~叉燒份量勁多~估唔到~肥瘦均勻,好食👍🏻⭐️蝦米粉絲節瓜煲一上菜,已聞到好香~份量好多好有良心~用咗蝦醬去煮,味道好濃郁,粉絲吸晒啲味好好食~送飯一流👍🏻⭐️紅燒乳鴿紅烓田BB鴿~皮脆好味~⭐️拔絲鳳梨咕嚕肉又俾好大碟😆好抵食!酸酸甜甜好開胃,細細個都鍾意食有菠蘿嘅菜~所以去親餐廳一有都會叫😙😙😙成餐食得好滿足~下次想試下龍蝦芝士伊麵😍

我們行內的合作夥伴,從加拿大遠道而來出席展覽😊他們邀請我們到容記小菜王吃晚餐,可以一邊閑聊,一邊品嚐美味菜式☺️😋雖然是平日夜晚,但人還是很多,整個餐廳都坐滿了人,還好合作夥伴預先訂了枱,所以我們不用等候便可以直接入座☺️😄合作夥伴他們很好客,嗌咗好多餸,擺到成枱都係,好豐富😳 每樣餸嘅份量都好足,我們一行五人,全部人都食得好飽,大滿足😄由於份量實在太多,我們打包了整整三盒帶走😆食物味道很不錯,如果有朋友從外國嚟香港旅遊或工作,也建議他們一試容記小菜王的菜式😋👍

叉燒咬落唔柴,不過唔夠入味同香口條魚蒸得啱啱好呢樣OK 白飯魚煎蛋淡味咗少少,不過都食到白飯魚香味。豉油王大蝦真劣評,唔新鮮,啲肉削,而且唔入味,完全有違豉油王惹味煮法。仲有等待上菜時間都稍為耐,幾乎每一碟上完食晒先下一碟,可能坐得比較入,經常舉手都冇人應,係有個經理好少少會跟一跟。總括嚟講就真係有啲失望,普通小菜小炒都反而仲好食。

睇餐牌以為叉燒燒肉好似好靚好高質㗎!點知义燒乾柴到好似食鞋底咁!燒肉好淋,我講塊皮呀, 又唔脆又韌 ,一啲都唔新鮮, 咁都攞上枱畀人食?食龍蝦伊麵,都係第一次食龍蝦可以整到係乾既,又無味!從來未試過食澳龍係又乾又無味!其他離哂普!無下次!失望!!
