To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 【太子容記小廚:港式大排檔的鑊氣小炒】藏身於太子區的容記小廚,已經開業多年,之前已經聽過好多人介紹過,今次新年團拜揀左呢間餐廳黎試下,同屋企人第一次黎食,果然鑊氣十足。最有印象係招牌「容記小炒王」將鑊功展現得淋漓盡致,個人超鐘意食腰果,要黎送啤酒堪稱絕配。另外「蒸鱔」又嫩又滑,好入味,好好味其他餸菜不過不失,唯一唔好食既就係「蒸柚皮」口感似蘿蔔,個人覺得麻麻哋不過啲位就好逼,坐得唔舒服8個人,人均消費大概3百元 continue reading

揸車經過就多,上黎食飯就真係第一次啦!上到黎發現呢間中式小館都有卡座,地方都幾寬敞。餐前小吃無咩心思,本身想退回,但侍應話無得退前菜要咗碟鹵水豬腳仔,賣相比想像中深色,味道都唔錯,好稔,夠入味呢碟油鹽水煮花甲,貌相其實不錯,個汁同埋韮王、粉絲都煮得好味,最大問題係花甲,全部都無咗一邊殼,食落去亦無海鮮味,分明就唔係新鮮花甲,令人失望見今晚有椒鹽賴尿蝦,就叫咗兩隻試下,反而呢個餸又令人喜出望外賴尿蝦新鮮,自然就肉質實淨又鮮甜啦,加埋個炒蒜粒,真心正上湯浸豆苗既用料不錯,嫰既豆苗完全無渣,但本身諗住上湯係清既,師傅應該用油拉過,而且上湯都有雞油,所以感覺油膩咗d整體來說,師傅既廚藝係唔錯既,所以味道都調覺得好,火喉亦見功夫可惜花甲既用料成為呢餐飯既敗筆 continue reading

我們行內的合作夥伴,從加拿大遠道而來出席展覽😊他們邀請我們到容記小菜王吃晚餐,可以一邊閑聊,一邊品嚐美味菜式☺️😋雖然是平日夜晚,但人還是很多,整個餐廳都坐滿了人,還好合作夥伴預先訂了枱,所以我們不用等候便可以直接入座☺️😄合作夥伴他們很好客,嗌咗好多餸,擺到成枱都係,好豐富😳 每樣餸嘅份量都好足,我們一行五人,全部人都食得好飽,大滿足😄由於份量實在太多,我們打包了整整三盒帶走😆食物味道很不錯,如果有朋友從外國嚟香港旅遊或工作,也建議他們一試容記小菜王的菜式😋👍 continue reading
