To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舖頭雖然冇華麗嘅裝修,不過勝在樓底高又乾乾淨淨,而且人手都算充足,起碼唔使舉手舉到手都軟麵無人嚟幫手🤭 鍾意食中式鑊氣小炒嘅大家,路過太子可以考慮去試吓呀😚

由於見到OpenRice 入面這間餐廳好多讚,所以於2024年7月19號晚上到這餐廳食晚飯,我們第一次來,我們點左淮杞燉螺頭湯這個ok, 但果個「得奬脆皮燒腩肉」首先脆皮,係一啲都唔脆,味道一般,好多街邊燒味店都做得好過許,沙拉汁脆蝦球味到正常一般水準,蜜椒薯角牛柳粒都係一般, 容記第一咀「差」厚粉炸味道鹹,砵酒脆鱔球都可以接受, 避風塘脆茄子算做得幾好,全晚最好是個飄香荷葉飯,總括來講餐廳食飯中下水準,不過價格合理!

叫職員換過!跟住換咗兩碟蕎頭…算正常返

2)人未齊叫咗兩碟小食…一個青瓜海蜇…一個脆皮燒肉!完全係價錢…對唔住食物。燒肉完全唔脆,青瓜海蜇…青瓜有啲臭…海蜇試完…完全唔想再食…難食嘅海蜇!

3)人齊開始叫餸!前後叫咗10個餸連埋2盎湯…首先啲湯可以居然係完全唔熱…吹都唔使吹,直接可以擺入口!跟住已經叫職員換過…黎之前仲係電話問我地…使唔使留兩盅湯!留10盅都冇人飲…冇誠意之作。

椒鹽九肚魚嗰槳唔脆,舊魚又得細細嚿;黑醋骨完全不知所謂,舊骨都唔知炸咗幾耐,肉質又有少少霉,就咁撈埋啲汁就上,個炸粉已經冧晒一pat pat,仲差過兩餸飯,碟菜心正常,黑椒薯仔牛柳粒同福建炒飯,味道普通,但價錢貴,份量少,全餐完全物非所值,冇下次。以前深水埗好好食,真係冇諗過會咁差,唔知啲好評點解有咁多,全餐就係伏伏伏,如果收得呢個價錢,應該大把更加好嘅選擇。唔怪得知星期日晚7:00去食仲有咁多位。
