To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. - 砵酒桶蠔 🦪 大大隻嘅 #桶蠔 非常吸睛,不過似乎有啲過火,肉質靭咗啲,同埋都係嗰句,味道甜得滯,建議師傅可以輕手少少😅
- #燒鵝 半隻 🪿 大大隻嘅鵝身啖啖肉,可惜上枱嘅時候已經凍咗,鵝皮唔夠香脆😚
- 斑片炒西蘭花 🥦 #石斑片 夠晒肉地,同啲 #西蘭花 跟配料炒埋一齊,口感非常豐富😅
- 蒸魚頭腩 🐟 魚肉好新鮮,入口完全唔會有腥味,識食魚嘅人一定鍾意🤤

焗布甸 - 最後要推介嘅係佢哋嘅 #焗布甸,入口非常軟滑又唔會太甜,最緊要係佢哋即叫即做,上枱嘅時候熱辣辣,零舍滋味🤤

舖頭雖然冇華麗嘅裝修,不過勝在樓底高又乾乾淨淨,而且人手都算充足,起碼唔使舉手舉到手都軟麵無人嚟幫手🤭 鍾意食中式鑊氣小炒嘅大家,路過太子可以考慮去試吓呀😚

我們行內的合作夥伴,從加拿大遠道而來出席展覽😊他們邀請我們到容記小菜王吃晚餐,可以一邊閑聊,一邊品嚐美味菜式☺️😋雖然是平日夜晚,但人還是很多,整個餐廳都坐滿了人,還好合作夥伴預先訂了枱,所以我們不用等候便可以直接入座☺️😄合作夥伴他們很好客,嗌咗好多餸,擺到成枱都係,好豐富😳 每樣餸嘅份量都好足,我們一行五人,全部人都食得好飽,大滿足😄由於份量實在太多,我們打包了整整三盒帶走😆食物味道很不錯,如果有朋友從外國嚟香港旅遊或工作,也建議他們一試容記小菜王的菜式😋👍

叉燒咬落唔柴,不過唔夠入味同香口條魚蒸得啱啱好呢樣OK 白飯魚煎蛋淡味咗少少,不過都食到白飯魚香味。豉油王大蝦真劣評,唔新鮮,啲肉削,而且唔入味,完全有違豉油王惹味煮法。仲有等待上菜時間都稍為耐,幾乎每一碟上完食晒先下一碟,可能坐得比較入,經常舉手都冇人應,係有個經理好少少會跟一跟。總括嚟講就真係有啲失望,普通小菜小炒都反而仲好食。

由於見到OpenRice 入面這間餐廳好多讚,所以於2024年7月19號晚上到這餐廳食晚飯,我們第一次來,我們點左淮杞燉螺頭湯這個ok, 但果個「得奬脆皮燒腩肉」首先脆皮,係一啲都唔脆,味道一般,好多街邊燒味店都做得好過許,沙拉汁脆蝦球味到正常一般水準,蜜椒薯角牛柳粒都係一般, 容記第一咀「差」厚粉炸味道鹹,砵酒脆鱔球都可以接受, 避風塘脆茄子算做得幾好,全晚最好是個飄香荷葉飯,總括來講餐廳食飯中下水準,不過價格合理!
