平日在寶琳工作,粉仔是我心中的午餐精選之一,除左價錢平之外,也是用心之作。粉仔($17)湯底有蝦米冬菇,加上豬油渣和蔥,非常香口。可按個人口味選擇辣度。除了粉仔外,這裡的魚蛋燒賣也很抵食,$6/7粒,完全是良心價錢。不過堂食的話,始終再街市,環境較為迫狹,外賣回公司,食得更舒適。

老公🍋的童年回憶,由小時候他打電話叫外賣📞,然後由老闆以單車🚴🏻‍♂️送至他手上,到現在終於有店了,這次由老公🍋親自為我送上。小店位於寶琳街市內的一角🏘,據說老闆的粉仔已煮了差不多20年😲,粉仔都是由他親手搓成🙌🏻。除了粉仔,還有多款的滋味小食可選作配搭😊。粉仔🍜:配上了花生🥜、菜脯及豬油渣🐷,配料可以細心地分開包裝的💝,不會因為被湯浸太久已失去了爽脆的口感😌。個人認為粉仔相對上比較軟腍🤔,口感不算太好。但配上了以辣椒🌶醃製過的菜脯,及脆卜卜的花生🥜,為它增添了不少的層次感👍🏻。牛肚🐮:口感不會太靭,蠻爽口彈牙😋,加上了微辣的醬汁🌶,頗醒胃的。雞腎🐔:爽爽脆脆的口感,很有嚼勁👍🏻,天氣這麼悶熱🌞,就是要吃這種涼菜嘛~辣味蜆肉🐚:肉質蠻肥美,味道清甜鮮美🤤,配上了點點的辣味🌶,毫不油膩。牛柏葉🐮:相對上較失色😢,因為牛柏葉本身水份較多💦,沖淡了醬汁的味道,但勝在口感爽脆,還算是不錯吧👌🏻。總結:價錢非常平民化👍🏻,加上店主用心製作多年💖,說是寶琳人的集體回憶也不為過😌。

粉仔🍜:配上了花生🥜、菜脯及豬油渣🐷,配料可以細心地分開包裝的💝,不會因為被湯浸太久已失去了爽脆的口感😌。個人認為粉仔相對上比較軟腍🤔,口感不算太好。但配上了以辣椒🌶醃製過的菜脯,及脆卜卜的花生🥜,為它增添了不少的層次感👍🏻。

今日特意去到寶琳食粉仔...

逢星期一休息....星期二至星期日開下午4:30pm-12:30pm...

開得咁晏係因為粉仔每日由老闆親手整...

夜晚實在太黑...而且又要去街市先食到...

(最擔心遇到老鼠😖)...

所以好多時急急腳食完就急急腳離開...

終於等到天朗氣清補拍路線圖片....

其實有好多方法去到「寶琳粉仔」...但比較之下發現呢一個路線最容易去...就算夜晚去都唔需要太過擔心會迷路...

I havent really tried these noodles before but there is a famous one in Jordan.I just know that the soup is meant to be thick and it contains shiitake mushrooms, pork fat, peanuts and some spicy pickles.The ones here were good because I liked the way they put the condiments separately so you can put some or all.I found the broth watery, other than than it was like chopped up udon noodles in broth.

對上一次已是數年前的是,當時是使用單車運送粉仔的。但早幾天去食,已退步。以前常常期待可以食,但現在不會有第2次。我叫了3碗粉仔,4包小食,$81元正,因為沒有堂食,唯有跟朋友去m記到食粉仔已叫老板俾多點辣,但仍是沒有辣道,值得讚的是味精感覺不太重小食:翼尖 雞腎 雞腳 八爪魚小食啲汁全部一樣味,而且芡汁太濃結。但雞腳很爽 不錯
