至於我哋選擇米線,有四大特色米線,金牌小鍋湯米線、鮮菌蕃茄湯米線、香辣涼拌撈米線、豆花炸醬撈米線,又係好難選因為款款都好吸引,最後選咗兩款鮮菌番茄湯米線同埋香辣涼拌撈米線。鮮菌蕃茄湯米線個湯底超濃郁,湯底以新鮮蕃茄打爛煮成,仲有粒粒蕃茄肉伴湯,其他配料有菇菌、洋蔥、蒜頭等,配合煙韌爽滑嘅米線一齊食,好味可口。而香辣涼拌撈米線個炸醬好正,有粒粒花生、雪耳等配料一齊撈米線食,辣得黎又涼快。

招牌氣鍋雞就有兩盅,每人一盅,湯底味道非常鮮甜,真係好好味,見到嘅材料有竹笙、冬菇、雞肉,竹笙吸曬雞肉嘅精華,雞肉件件嫩滑,雞湯點解超好飲,因為飲得出系真材實料嘅燉雞湯,啖啖精華,最後將所有雞肉、竹笙同冬茹全部湯渣也掃清。

這裡還有其他特別的小食提供,風味小食同風味涼菜,我哋都叫兩款來食,秘製醬蘿蔔和金獎涼白肉,秘製醬蘿蔔酸酸甜甜小小咸味,口感夠哂爽脆,令人吃得開胃,而金獎涼白肉夠薄又有肉味,加埋蒜蔥配合來吃非常好味,這兩個小食都很夾我哋個兩杯飲品,鹹檸七和百香果蘆薈檸檬梳打。

這間小瑪哥食物質素高,價格便宜,非常抵食,我哋下次一定再來試其他款式,亦好值得推介俾大家。

本身見到朋友去食呢間餐廳嘅招牌山珍氣鍋雞,但係下午茶時段去好似冇咗呢個選擇,反而比我食到佢哋更加好食嘅!皮蛋嘶嘶雞飯嘶嘶係形容緊食完之後嗰種辣,之後自己會發出嘅聲音,我自己本身都唔食得辣,但係覺得佢哋嘅辣都幾符合香港人嘅口味。佢嘅皮蛋加加埋埋應該有一隻咁多,而雞肉全部好滑身,皮同肉之間仲有層啫喱,配飯一流,我幾乎食晒成碗飯 涼拌海蜇 原味涼拌海蜇有得揀原味同辣味,佢哋嘅海蜇煙靭爽口,涼拌完之後唔會好鹹,都幾開胃。召通醬雞翼3隻呢一款雞翼應該係我記憶中食過最好食嘅雞翼之一,佢哋嘅醃製醬料好惹味,自己食三隻完全唔夠喉,啲肉亦得醃得好入味。

牛肉份量都好多,入口感覺有點像牛腩肉,帶有香濃嘅香料味道,炆得入味,非常好食。
<香芧豬扒>
豬扒入口外脆內軟,非常鬆軟嘅感覺,而且個人最鍾意佢帶有香茅嘅風味。

最後甜品我哋食咗玫瑰豆腐花,入口帶有清清甜甜嘅玫瑰花香味道,因為太好食,所以連相都冇影。

見到開咗咁耐試過,就去試下。入坐時已經聽到有人等咗一段時間嘢食都未到。已經唔係啲咩繁忙時間,叫一碗普通兩餸米線,等咗半個幾鐘都未到,決定唔等就埋單,嚟咗嘅凍飲照比原價,個阿姐仲話做唔切。眼見得一個阿姐前台(出入廚房送菜好忙,想叫都叫唔切),一個收銀,可能廚房跟本都做唔切,但又係咁做外賣,堂食一味要等。平時普通米線都唔洗等咁耐。算新開,啲坐位都乾淨,未食到也唔知好唔好食。但要等咁耐服務又差,就唔會有下次喇。

每人先來二份氣鍋雞湯。氣鍋雞本來是雲南省建水縣的一道特色名菜,用汽鍋蒸制而得名,藥饍效果極佳。有補虛養身、補血、健脾開胃的功效。由於湯汁是蒸汽凝成,雞肉的鮮味在蒸的過程中喪失較少,所以基本上保持了雞的原汁原味,令湯極為鮮甜。內裏仲有冬菇、竹笙、鮑魚片,非常足料。


前菜選了海蜇,爽口彈牙,香醋的調味令到十分開胃,配上少少微辣,更香口。


主菜有蒜尼白肉及哈尼牛肉,味道很像巴東牛肉,牛肉做得很嫩一點,還有很香的香料味,味濃但吃完不會渴喉 ,好食
