最近和朋友們在油麻地發現了一間超多選擇的餐廳,米線荷葉飯串燒雞煲都有!我們選了雞煲,配上一些串燒這間雖然主打米線的店,但雞煲也很不錯呢!香氣四溢,麻辣濃郁。選了小辣,辣度剛剛好,不會太刺激,但也讓人忍不住吃多幾口。雞肉鮮嫩多汁,煮進湯底後吸收了滿滿的麻辣香味,每一塊都非常入味。原條燒茄子每次吃串燒都很喜歡叫燒茄子,他們特製的蒜蓉+辣粉淋在茄子上,鹹香味十足,內裡卻是軟滑綿密,令我們都搶著要吃的。烤雞翼烤雞翼也是必點之一,烤得剛剛好,外層微脆,內部保留了肉汁的鮮嫩。撒上一點點辣粉調味,簡單卻非常出色最後最驚歎的就是超大杯的手打檸檬茶!知道吃雞煲,辣辣的要喝凍飲才夠爽!這杯真的大大杯,清甜解膩,是連雞煲一起的飲品,很配搭!

每次吃串燒都很喜歡叫燒茄子,他們特製的蒜蓉+辣粉淋在茄子上,鹹香味十足,內裡卻是軟滑綿密,令我們都搶著要吃的。

烤雞翼
烤雞翼也是必點之一,烤得剛剛好,外層微脆,內部保留了肉汁的鮮嫩。撒上一點點辣粉調味,簡單卻非常出色

最後最驚歎的就是超大杯的手打檸檬茶!知道吃雞煲,辣辣的要喝凍飲才夠爽!這杯真的大大杯,清甜解膩,是連雞煲一起的飲品,很配搭!

冬天最怕食物容易變冷,尤其是我吃東西比較慢,有時吃到一半,食物已變涼。今晚經過油麻地,看到這間食店有石碢米線,已被這石碢吸引,吃得再慢也不怕食物變涼。而且這店的米線款式、配搭多樣化,有別於一般的米線店。沙嗲生牛石碢石鍋米線 ($78)米線送到面前,看到湯的小氣泡不斷翻滾,伴隨轟隆的聲音。香濃的湯底充滿沙嗲的香辣,加上不同牛的部位(肥牛、封門牛肉、牛柏葉、牛肚),完全滿足我對牛的慾望。火腿清雞湯過橋石鍋米線 ($65)這個湯底十分清甜,帶有翡翠苗的清香,而且雞肉的嫩滑程度超出想像。因湯底很熱而且石碢很保温,原本的温泉蛋放到最後才吃,已變成熟蛋了。原條燒茄子 ($34)十分大條的茄子被蒜茸所充滿,一絲絲的茄子肉十分香口。五花肉串 ($22)五花腩切成薄片,加上孜然粉,燒得十分乾身香口,不油膩。涼拌青瓜雲耳(跟餐$22)喜歡這個涼拌小食,青瓜雲耳供應平日所需的纖維,而且醃製入味。一桶水果香檸茶(跟餐$18)芒果檸檬茶(跟餐$18)這兩杯特飲味道清新,而且很大杯,一杯足夠給二人喝。

火腿清雞湯過橋石鍋米線 ($65)
這個湯底十分清甜,帶有翡翠苗的清香,而且雞肉的嫩滑程度超出想像。因湯底很熱而且石碢很保温,原本的温泉蛋放到最後才吃,已變成熟蛋了。

原條燒茄子 ($34)
十分大條的茄子被蒜茸所充滿,一絲絲的茄子肉十分香口。

五花肉串 ($22)
五花腩切成薄片,加上孜然粉,燒得十分乾身香口,不油膩。

涼拌青瓜雲耳(跟餐$22)
喜歡這個涼拌小食,青瓜雲耳供應平日所需的纖維,而且醃製入味。

一桶水果香檸茶(跟餐$18)芒果檸檬茶(跟餐$18)
這兩杯特飲味道清新,而且很大杯,一杯足夠給二人喝。

喺附近果欄買完生果,經過門口見到啲籠仔荷葉飯幾吸引,於是入去試下。臘腸冬菇蒸雞荷葉飯一黎就叫左呢個臘腸冬菇蒸雞飯,平時煲仔飯就食得多嗱,荷葉飯版都係第一次見。冬菇幾大隻,臘腸都味道正常;蒸雞份量唔算多,但蒸熟程度幾好,感覺健康。反而覺得個飯底出色啲,有荷葉香味,入面仲撈左啲蝦米仔,食落幾清香。秘製風味雞煲(半隻)另外叫左半隻雞煲食,上枱時都幾大兜,仲有個爐煲住,方便之後加配料繼續打邊爐。雞煲汁望落好似幾濃味,揀左少麻少辣,食落唔算重口味;啱啱上枱時啲雞件都幾滑,又掛汁。特大手打檸檬茶叫雞煲仲另外送特大手打檸檬茶,上枱時都真係幾大杯,飲落味道同街外買既手打檸檬茶差唔多,味道正常。🥢小草十八怪 🌏油麻地彌敦道525-543A號寧大廈地舖

另外叫左半隻雞煲食,上枱時都幾大兜,仲有個爐煲住,方便之後加配料繼續打邊爐。雞煲汁望落好似幾濃味,揀左少麻少辣,食落唔算重口味;啱啱上枱時啲雞件都幾滑,又掛汁。

雞煲仲另外送特大手打檸檬茶,上枱時都真係幾大杯,飲落味道同街外買既手打檸檬茶差唔多,味道正常。
