今次試左金香烤魚新鮮清江魚先煎香後浸湯,魚肉細嫩無腥味,南瓜香甜湯底滲透每一絲魚肉,湯底係南瓜湯底好清甜,仲有滿滿南瓜蓉,啱曬唔食得辣既人士。除左原條烤魚,仲有好多配料薯仔、萵筍、芽菜、木耳、豆腐、豆卜、粗薯粉,全部配料吸滿湯汁好入味。烤魚連鐵盤上桌,邊食邊保溫,越煮越入味。南瓜湯烤魚既組合少見,顛覆傳統烤魚的油膩印象,反而好清甜食到魚肉鮮味,而且份量十足,2-3人食都絕對夠,大推!餐廳除左烤魚仲有雞煲、打邊爐同其他小炒菜式,下次黎試下其他菜式先。 continue reading

最近朋友介紹大角咀一間中菜館「尚發小廚」,主打雞煲和烤魚,於是決定和朋友過來品嘗一下。餐廳距離深水埗地鐵站大概5至10分鐘路程,走著走著很快便來到了,地理位置還可以吧。一入餐廳,老闆娘招呼我們到卡位就坐,餐廳環境光亮闊落舒服,不像一般大排檔比較逼夾。由於朋友不愛吃魚,於是我們先點了一客川味香辣雞煲(半只),要大辣,另外老闆娘也熱情地跟我們推介了幾款招牌小菜,最後我們加點了一客蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒和乾鍋肥腸。熱辣辣的雞煲上枱時香氣撲鼻,雞煲有辣椒、洋蔥、青椒和大蔥頭做配菜,味道香辣惹味,雞肉肉質嫩滑,整個菜式送飯一流。蜜椒薯仔牛柳粒,牛肉肉質軟淋,配搭軟糯入味的薯仔,絕對是招牌菜。乾鍋肥腸,豬大腸炸得恰到好處,外皮乾脆香口,配搭了很多芽菜,豆腐乾,薯仔片,值得推薦。用餐過程中,老闆娘不時過來跟我們閒聊,知道這裡有間VIP房可以容納8至10人,非常適合一班朋友放工或者在附近踢波過來吃晚飯。餐廳有兩部大電視,當晚有賽馬直播,大家邊吃邊看氣氛不錯。離開的時候,發現原來一街之隔就是人氣港式大排檔「愛文生」,如果大家不想排隊等候,「尚發小廚」絕對是一個好選擇。 continue reading

今晚同朋友去咗呢間試食,兩個人叫咗蒜辣烤魚,一個一口炸豆腐,兩支啤酒,上菜前比咗一碟仔拍青瓜,沒有講係要收費以為係送的,後來隔離枱有客來,我哋聽到個老闆娘同客講係送的唔收費嘅,埋單時張單卻顯示青瓜小食收10蚊,當時諗住d嘢食麻麻哋唔會再來就由佢,𢓭來諗吓覺得唔公平,憑乜人哋就送我哋就要收錢,所以覺得都係要來評一評,同埋你上小菜時都應該要問吓人客要唔要,因為你要收費顧客有權選擇要定唔要!呢種做法太過份!選擇性收顧客錢,我覺得被欺騙咗非常不滿!絕對唔會再幫襯!更何況d嘢食都唔好味! continue reading

上次在這裡吃雞煲和火鍋,味道很好👍👍雞的肉質噸得很爛,口感很好,嚼幾下就能吞下去了調味也不錯,聽說是獨家配方🤭 味道獨特,挺香的環境很好,很敞亮大氣推薦大家來吃👍👍 continue reading

慶祝老公生日, 第一次去食尚發小廚, 一入餐廳, 老闆娘好熱情的款待。來食飯前都有上OPENRICE睇食評, 見到人話呢度的烤魚好食, 所以試咗一個 唔辣的 金香烤魚, 條魚的份量都幾大條, 肉質滑, (如果唔走辣) 應該會更好味。 另外, 老闆娘推介我咃食冰鎮千層咕嚕肉,咕嚕肉整體唔錯 (我屋企人話好食, 夠脆), 但我比較鍾意傳統熱食咕嚕肉。除咗烤魚, 咕嚕肉外, 我哋另外叫咗個 八味一口炸豆腐  & 一客蜜糖雞翼, 豆腐好食, 炸得好, 夠乾身, 夠脆。 由於2大2小去食飯, 試唔到其他菜式, 下次會再試下食雞煲。  continue reading
