在我心中,米線大概分成三個派別,依喜好排列為:雲南米線>酸辣粉>譚仔。鍾情譚仔的朋友未必理解我為何愛前兩者,反之亦然,我也不明白譚仔吸引之處(土匪雞翼除外)。口味是很個人的,沒分對錯。若你喜歡酸辣粉,那我要推介旺角的<川味皇>,湯頭比傷心酸辣粉豐富,而且配菜更加多了炸黃豆及酸豆角,更顯風味。

店名:川味皇地址:旺角弼街64號地下A舖好味指數:8/10價錢:$50手撕雞 配酸辣粉酸辣粉味道有點像傷心,但這裡比傷心還油膩,但配料很足,粉條亦夠煙靭。手撕雞入味,青瓜伴碟,但不是很辣。店名:川味皇地址:旺角弼街64號地下A舖好味指數:7.8/10價錢:$52水煮肥牛 配酸辣粉酸辣粉味道有點像傷心,但這裡比傷心還油膩,但配料很足,粉條亦夠煙靭。肥牛肉質爽滑,味可再濃一點,青瓜伴碟,不是很辣。

Since my last visit, this place has gone downhill because they did not put as much crispy soybeans as before and the minced pork was just fatty bits floating in the soup.The taste was ok, but the broth was not as strong as before.

路過旺角想食麻辣野,見到呢間店名就吸引入左去喇車仔麵自己揀送同麵,汁可揀辣/咖哩/牛腩汁,點解無麻辣揀嘅 揀左共$25交俾姐姐,點知佢話最低消費$26,當堂呆一呆最低消費……已經唔知幾耐無試過咁惟有叫個中辣酸辣粉再加牛腩啦………………下午茶滿$30就送飲品,叫左凍奶茶少甜加多兩蚊先黎凍奶茶,都係好甜,茶味唔夠濃酸辣粉黎喇,有約四至五舊牛腩,牛腩煮得夠稔,肥瘦適中,不過唔夠入味酸辣粉揀左粗麵,入面有肉碎,豆角,黃豆(走左花生,芫荽)啲黃豆好似平時食零食個隻青豆咁,脆口的酸辣粉個辣就夠哂喇,不過我個人認為唔夠酸……普通普通

想食酸辣粉又想食車仔麵,所以叫了個酸辣粉加豬大腸、鳳爪同韮菜餃,6蚊加凍飲盛惠60元。味道可以,酸辣粉花生好脆,但豬大腸煮得未夠,咬極都咬唔爛,餃子同鳳爪OK。係樓面個姐姐唔知想點。位已經夠迫,仲周圍攝黎攝去,做野又慢半拍。唉,我知,包容丫嘛。60蚊食碗粉配呢個環境,唔OK,都係去返傷心食好過。
