今日打算同同事一齊叫外賣,我話想食川菜,叫川滿居,佢哋都冇異議😌我叫咗小蘇肉香鍋餐,飲可樂,一份藤香雞(凍食)另外兩位同事分別叫咗個牛肉香鍋餐,飲芬達,同埋一個酸菜魚,餐飲雪碧。大概四分鐘外賣到,各自取餐拍照後,都交換咗啲食物試吓😂小酥肉香鍋同牛肉香鍋都要咗小辣,都跟白飯一個,配料甚多,有辣椒🌶️蓮藕片,薯仔片,油麥菜,小蘇肉好腍夠味,牛肉好有牛味油麥爽口,蓮藕同薯仔片都好入味。藤香雞全部都係雞髀肉好嫩口,食完成條脷'好麻,但係好出色。同事個酸菜魚魚肉好厚,比平時嗰啲餐廳賣相極佳。我試咗一篇魚肉好厚好鮮味,對呢間十分之滿意,必然會再叫😌

金湯酸菜魚係佢哋店既招牌菜,叫左BB辣,大大盤,適合2-3人享用,佢既湯底用咗黄燈籠辣椒同埋南瓜泥,能夠整出金黃既湯色,新鮮鱸魚,無骨,放左大量茹菌,有我愛既雞髀菇,薯粉。川香鮑魚雞煲半隻$168,都係bb辣,件件雞都好滑好入味,基本上都唔洗點醬料都夠味,鮑魚都幾大粒。蓮藕仔炒牛肉$88,蓮藕仔一條條吸收晒啲汁而且爽口,仲配搭埋西芹,雲耳青椒,一齊炒京蔥羊肉$98,獲氣夠,用麼麼皮包住黎食,有口感,但又吾會蓋過啲羊味,多汁。本身朋友唔係好食得辣,好多菜式都可以揀辣度。
