咬落去入口即溶 仲feel到唔少魚油滲出黎;帆立貝帶有鮮味;

至愛既海膽好有鮮味而且帶有少少甘甘地入口即溶~正~~
油甘魚同樣切得好厚 好有口感 魚油一樣滲落口中 令人回味無窮!赤蝦好大隻 好爽口 不過帶有少少腥味 還可以接受到!

刺身底身有少少飯 增加飽肚感覺~~

果然今次encorn都冇令我失望, 水準同樣keep到! 黎緊母親節, 不防可以帶媽咪、家人黎慶祝食餐好既!

We are here today for some Japanese don that we have recently seen a lot on social media. Surrounding the top tier, there are pieces of Amberjack with salmond row and some egg pieces. They have a bite to it and tasty a bit fishy. Not my type of fish to be very honest as I am more into fatty soft sashimi.

The tuna in the middle is lean and it is beautifully shaped as a flower which I liked . It is fresh and it is best to go with the Japanese pearl rice at the bottom of the tier.

The crab meat has already been  shredded. It does have a light sea water savoury taste. Pretty delicious and tasteful.

The uni squid doesn't have a strong uni taste which is unexpected. Instead, it has some kind of roe taste. The squid is still fresh with  a chewy and sticky texture. I still liked it though.

In the middle, there are 2 pieces of marinated octopus with some seaweed. Though  they are very big in size, they are still very soft and tender, not rubbery or hard to chew on. It's actually act as a "palette freshener" to enjoy between different toppings from the bottom tier.

The scallop is really fresh and sweet, my favourite sashimi overall. It's also good that there are 2 pieces so that I can share with my friend. 

Uni is pretty standard with a subtle bittersweet aftertaste and the sea water taste is also noticeable. 

Botan ebi is also fresh with a sweet taste. The sticky texture is irresistible and really delicious. My all time favourite that is pretty hard to fail.

The hamachi is fatty and thick cut. Fresh, oily, and very delicious in taste. One of the most enjoyable pieces from this don.

The toro is very fatty and almost falling apart but it's definitely not the tenderest piece of toro I have ever tasted. The fatty oily taste is also not as intense as I was expecting.

Overall, I think this restaurant has pretty gigantic bowls of different dons and they are indeed photogenic. There are some fresh ones and normal ones. If you are ordering big bowls, it's more than enough to share among 2 people, and they are for sure fun to share because you can make a lot of different combinations in different mouthfuls. 
Though this place is a bit far away from both cwb or wan chai MTR, you should  pay a visit if  you have never come here before.

這家餐廳我時常都會經過,今早看到門外貼了新海報稍眼看是一盤紅花,看真些原本是餐廳的新丼 - 《薔薇二段丼 $298》!中午立即拉著同事去試試,拍拍照也很扼like麻!「薔薇二段丼 $298」份量十足,分上下兩層 - 上層:最搶眼的當然是用吞拿魚刺身卷成的玫瑰花 - 吞拿魚肥美,脂味味濃,沒有帶筋,色澤新鮮。白色的刺身叫白身魚,用火輕灼過後迫出脂味,外層微熟香口,內裡是刺身仍保持鮮甜味道。另外還有三文魚子和蔥花來提味。下層:有蟹肉海膽魷魚和蟹膏。店員建議不要將3款與醋飯拌勻一起吃,最好是分開吃,因為蟹膏會蓋過所有味道,所以應放最後才吃。先吃中間醋酸味道的漬八爪魚消消滯,再吃較淡味的海膽魷魚和蟹肉。海膽魷魚帶海膽香並有嚼感,而蟹肉鮮甜。蟹膏味道濃郁惹味,十分香口,伴飯吃能降低濃度,減低膩感。二人share一個丼實在是聰明的決定,否則肚皮會撐破呢!

上年吃過這家的二段丼,記憶中味道不錯,而且賣相亦相當吸引。知道餐廳推出了新品,好奇心極強的我又去了潮拜一下。《薔薇二段丼 $298》賣相吸引,份量很足,分上下兩層,做得十分精緻。最搶眼當然是朵用吞拿魚刺身卷成的玫瑰花,旁邊是白身魚,配上三文魚子和蔥花,加上用火炙過,吃起來有點焦香味,味道好配。下層分別是蟹肉、海膽魷魚和蟹膏。海膽魷魚口感不錯,蟹膏配上薑蓉蔥花,甘香濃郁。還有中間的漬八爪魚帶醋酸酸的可以消滯。然後多點了一個《海鮮丼 $178》當中有藍鰭吞拿魚大腩、帆立貝、海膽、油甘魚同赤蝦,刺身將把飯都擋住了。藍鰭吞拿魚大腩有入口即溶感,嫩滑油香; 油甘魚爽口; 海膽、帆立貝和赤蝦鮮甜滑溜,還有厚燒玉子都很不錯。米飯醋味剛好不太酸且軟。丼的份量好足夠,質素之高絕對能滿足大家。

成個丼個樣,望落就係成個雙層蛋糕咁!!朋友見到好開心,因為佢唔太食甜品,所以食呢個就啱晒佢。呢個丼的份量,以2個人女仔黎食好足夠,但如果1個大食男自己黎食,都會好飽。絕對一次過滿足晒所有愿望。

講返先~拖羅同間八唯一不同之處就係廚師將間八既外層輕輕燒熟

間八食落有微微炭香味, 外層既間八熟而內裡呈半透明, 甜熟配合一齊好香好好食! 連我本身對魚刺身麻麻地都覺得好好味 😋😋😋

加上內裏仲有蛋絲及二文魚籽, 除咗賣相豐富之外中令到口感層次提升咗唔少♥️👍🏻

蟹膏既口感帶點厚身但未至於漿口, 蟹膏味道香濃無比🤤🤤🤤啱晒我呢啲鍾意食蟹嘅愛好者🤤

早早就悶到朋友我強烈推薦,說這裡的飯很大很飽很滿足,今天我也終有機會桃一嘗他的味道了。說的就是這一個飯,價值488個大元,原來是二人份量的,可是我卻是一人挑戰,大食的我剛剛好飯類分成了兩層,上層就是大多數刺身和原隻大蟹。享受刺身當然是美味唔,也十分我新鮮,大大件的帶子和厚切的三文魚是我的最愛。吃蟹方面就非常方便,蟹腳早早就已經剪開,可以直接吃,肉非常多,也很鮮甜下層是飯,沒帶餸的,但可以伴上蟹湯蟹膏吃,味道濃郁,吃多多也不怕。但更建議的是把上層的蟹肉留起一回餸飯,味道就是清新惹味。

近期好似興返食魚生飯,於灣仔道囗這間,老婆試過話ok,今日就帶左我來試,食物選擇好多,雙層丼飯都有,可惜下層是什錦魚生飯,本人有d魚生唔食,所以今次order單層算了,開胄菜當然少不了,但這個冷蕃茄,味道ok,但就切得有d奇怪,非常不方便食用,扣了點分,來到正題魚生丼,魚生份量多,而且用料新鮮,這個價錢相當抵食,炸蠔,ok,不會太乾,內裡仲有d juice,串燒一般啦,炸的,不是真生燒,但這間主打海鮮丼,的確可以的,可以再試。
