今晚嚟到火炭開會,走嘅時候已經差不多十點沿路行落去有好多大排檔都收拾緊見到呢間仲有好多枱坐緊,於是入去食個邪惡宵夜睇過餐牌,好多菜式都吸引同想試,可惜只得兩人大排檔真係要叫夠成枱人嚟食先開心椒鹽九肚魚賣相不錯,外皮炸得金黃酥脆,內裡軟滑細嫩香口野配啤酒一流~沙田雞粥粥底綿滑軟爛,雞肉新鮮又爽滑,蔥花夠香外面咁凍食返啖粥真係成個人暖哂蘿蔔牛腩煲上菜時勁香又夠熱辣辣牛腩豐厚肥美,牛筋香嫩爽滑,炆得濃香惹味整煲連蔥段香味四溢、回味無窮整體食物味道不錯,價錢可接受,可以再來~*晚市每枱花生$6 continue reading

呢d咁慘的日子,諗住食好d去cheer up 下。所以屋企一行5人今晚到德記吃飯。6點左右,不算多人。我們點了雞粥、炒麵、蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子皇、乳鴿,椒鹽中蝦、腐竹咸蛋浸波菜、汽水及啤酒。首先飲品先到,完全唔夠凍。夏天黎架大佬(對我黎講香港已經無秋天)。2/5然後雞粥到,其實食左好多次沙田雞粥,次次都差唔多。記得有一次老闆同我講,佢地煲好個粥,然後再將隻半熟的雞放入去粥度,咁隻雞就唔會’鞋’。佢講得岩,咁多次都係唔’鞋’,仲幾滑。但係咁個粥有咩好味呢?可能傳統一向都係咁,所以無人覺得有咩問題。小弟唔算係咩一流廚師,都只係係屋但煮下飯仔。但我煲雞粥,會先放雞骨落魚袋,放入水煲佢幾個鐘,拎起個魚袋,撈起上面飄浮物,再落米。等到粥煲到7788,最後先放半熟的雞。會唔會咁先真係叫雞粥呢?傳統係咪一定要一成不變呢?所以我本身對呢d所謂的沙田雞粥,完全無感。3/5好另一個主角,乳鴿出場。嘩,唔講我以為燒春雞,咁鬼大隻!曾經有人話呢度d乳鴿唔算大隻,我心諗果條友都傻架。乳鴿要吃嫩,就一定唔會大隻。可能老闆睇到佢個食評,立即入青少年鴿。一撕開,咬落去,’鞋’到呢,而肉汁偏少!某些位置炸得不夠令皮不夠脆(可能無回鑊再炸第二次),亦有可能是青少年鴿,所以皮不夠薄。我想講,紅燒乳鴿,唔係就咁炸,係吊起隻乳鴿慢慢淋油淋到佢熟。我都唔期望你會咁做,可能功夫太多,所以大家都掟落鑊油,一鑊熟。都唔緊要,可以材料又貨不對版,炸又炸唔好。呢d乳鴿,你食埋我果份!1/5 (有負分的話-5/5)然係蒸蟶子皇係乳鴿出現左一陣就出現!兩個字精彩,咁簡單的野,其實都係睇時間。隻蟶子皇縮到勁幼,未食都知道精彩。好啦咬落去好似食橡筋咁,我太太直情咬唔到落去,最後淨係食左d邊位!真心,好唔好意思上枱?1/5 (有負分-10/5)炒麵上啦,我成日都話唔應該用扁面炒,用番平時d幼麵就得。個麵偏咸、無鑊氣、太濕,明顯唔夠功夫。所以用番幼麵咪好,係要自暴其短!2/5波菜正常 3/5椒鹽中蝦就係成晚最正常,蝦都新鮮,略嫌椒鹽味不足及火候過左少少,但都好食!4/5大排檔,令人諗起鑊氣、小炒。再高級的,還有海鮮。火炭沙田,令人諗起雞粥、乳鴿。德記將火炭大排檔令人的聯想完全向反面擴張。記得上一次明明無咁差,再上一次又好d。點解依家會變到咁?講真如果真係2024年要執,真係唔可惜。大排檔係香港的特色,唔該,俾d心去做啦!!! continue reading
