第一次到荃灣三坡坊搵覓食,黎到呢間心夜來潮試下~大廚推介呢款奶皇膏蟹味道不錯奶皇南瓜汁香滑打開蟹蓋勁多蟹膏,勁吸引~仲有一個鹹蛋魚皮,魚皮特別鬆脆唔同我地出面食到既魚皮,新鮮熱辣辣整出黎確係唔同食完海鮮再試試肉類我地點左熱辣辣既鐵板黑椒豬仔脾肉質嫩、黑椒汁惹味 正!另一個值得推介係呢個乳鴿臘味飯有成隻乳鴿加上臘味既油香 加倍滋味!飯底雖然不是蠟味飯常配的糯米飯,而係白飯底不過個人覺得白飯配乳鴿更好,因為配糯米底反而太飽肚太滯。

底下個蛋就整得好滑溜,好有蛋香,火候啱啱好,加埋豬油渣就係油香同蛋香都並存。

成班同事,一行十二人,突然心血來潮想食宵夜,諗住去荃灣,最後大家商議後,便決定去了三陂坊食,而又選擇了一間叫[ 心夜來潮 ]菜館,在菜牌上,我們也很熱烈地叫了10多道小菜一個很特別的菜名,饅頭都有得炒砂鍋卜卜蜆煲爆炒醬秋葵,炒得很野味,但仍保持秋葵爽口醬醃賴尿蝦,味道唔錯還能保持賴尿蝦的鮮味香辣蟶子皇銅盤蒸雞砂鍋粥,材料( 大蟹、象拔蚌、田雞 ),味道唔錯很鮮甜砂煲龍鱔醬醃三點蟹杞子紅棗蓉蒸鮑魚,鮑魚味濃郁有口感蒸貴妃蚌醬醃蝦室內位置不大,有點迫,但勝在還有戶外位置。但食材很新鮮味道也不錯,有機會都會再去試吓其他。

依間心夜來潮,其實都想試好耐,自己本身都鍾意大排檔風味,加上係潮洲菜就更愛啦,依間可以話係新派潮洲菜啦入到去個裝修幾別致,同埋地點唔難搵,因為荃灣依條街多數都係大排檔野食😋我地一早訂左檯,所以友人幫忙就拎位先,初時鋪頭唔多人ge,咁我地就睇下食咩啦😋友人話有個卜卜蜆煲,想食好耐架啦,所以就叫左5樣野加卜卜蜆煲啦,仲叫埋啤酒飲,食大排檔點少得啤酒呢🍻先係牙籤雞上檯,個樣好得意,細細隻幾易食,同埋熱辣辣,味道唔錯ge,送酒一流跟住就有魚片炒芥蘭同鴨蛋蠔餅😋芥蘭新鮮好味,魚片咸香幾入味,反而蠔餅就一般之後,再黎個路邊炒米粉,自己本身好鐘意食炒米粉所以就叫黎試啦,食落都幾有鑊氣,份量都好大,配料多有魷魚、芽菜、蛋絲、冬菇、韮菜等兩位主角出場啦卜卜蜆煲同海鮮粥,依個海鮮粥真係要讚下,因為佢有分大、細兩款,只要揀海鮮係夠個價錢就得,唔一定要選定邊款海鮮,可以自由選擇ge😋跟住卜卜蜆煲一上檯就好吸引我,兩個都係用碳爐,好有火喉特色雖然蜆煲中間飲個湯係唔錯,但飲第二碗就開始咸無再飲🤣但都好足料啦,反而個粥材料上唔多見齊有所叫ge,我地係叫左蟶子、鮑片、象拔蚌、鯇魚片、花甲(應該無記錯)但粥底係鮮甜我地

坐到咁上下,我地再叫左個烤饅頭做結尾,估唔到會咁細隻ge🤣依個反而無咩特別講,因為炸完再點花煉奶,一定無得輸,只係依個係一口饅頭來🤣

早前見openrice有好多好評就試一試一早預先book位 但去到無record最後雖然都安排到位俾我地坐 但始終有d扣分我地嗌左砂鍋蟹粥加左蝦 但其實好普通 蟹膏既影都唔見有另外嗌左 芥蘭同蜆 兩個都唔好食 無咩味唯獨椒鹽鮮魷同梅子雞係好食 梅子雞肉好滑 可惜嗌左半隻 得幾舊肉 會建議嗌一隻 但d肉應該都唔多由於太肚餓所以都無影相
