一入門口就見到個招牌寫住“馳名生滾粥、湯飯、腸粉油器”,感覺幾正噉喎!餐廳環境都算乾淨企理,枱凳擺放得幾齊整,唔會話好逼夾。講返嗰餐嘢啦,叫咗個照燒雞大碗飯,賣$48,價錢都算公道啦。個飯上嚟,望落去幾吸引嘅,雞肉燒得金黃色,上面撒咗啲白芝麻,好似繁星點點咁,賣相唔錯。夾起塊雞肉試下,外層燒得有啲脆卜卜,入面嘅肉質就幾嫩滑,照燒汁嘅味道調得幾好,甜甜哋又唔會過膩,同飯一齊食,真係幾夾。不過呢,可能因為係大碗飯,個飯量有啲多,食到後面有少少覺得滯。配菜有碟炒青菜,新鮮翠綠,炒得夠鑊氣,食落去爽口清甜,中和咗飯嘅油膩感。仲有碗湯,雖然唔知係咩湯,但飲落去清清地,有啲海帶嘅味道,都幾開胃。同其他國家嘅美食比起身,呢個照燒雞飯就好似日本嘅家常菜咁,簡單又好味。但又唔同於日本餐廳嘅精緻,呢度嘅飯多咗份港式嘅隨性。同之前食過嘅某間茶餐廳嘅雞扒飯比,呢度嘅雞肉口感更勝一籌,不過嗰間茶餐廳嘅飯會香啲。講真,食呢個照燒雞飯,就好似返到細個,喺屋企附近茶餐廳食飯嘅感覺,簡簡單單,但就係咁令人回味,畢竟呢啲港式茶餐廳嘅味道,已經融入咗我哋嘅生活,成為咗一種難以割捨嘅情懷啦!
