      琴晚同舊同事黎依度食飯，叫左個燉湯孖寶套餐，我地要既係蟲草花燉鴨肉湯，啲湯都幾足料既！小菜方面就叫左炒通菜同椒鹽九肚魚，都係一般貨色，無咩特別。最重要既主角就係條清蒸沙巴龍躉，啲肉夠嫰滑，一啲都唔鞋，蒸既火喉 啱啱好，完全恰恰好處。最美中不足既係餐廳伙記竟然漏單，結果等多左10多分鐘先見到條魚，所以服務方面我只係俾兩星，希望老闆會改善下。 continue reading

        下午茶時段, 點了XO炒豬頸肉公仔麵, 其實已知當然不會是XO醬會用桂林辣椒醬代替, 我是好辣的人, 所以辣度應該靠譜,。上桌時買相不錯,但吃了一口已辣得噴火無法入口, 有火燒心感覺, 便叫伙計過來可否不要煮得那麼辣或加糖翻煮減低 辣度,我還未說完,那女伙計反怪責為何不叫小辣?一聽火上心頭, 我只是叫XO醬唔係麻辣, 小咩辣?還有餐牌沒有說明要小辣要先揚聲。這麽不負責任還把責任推卸到食客,發誓這輩子不會再幫襯如果只求飽肚不求質數的可不妨一試 continue reading
