終於來一試愛文生,估唔到,真係估唔到可以咁難食。兩個人叫咗椒鹽九肚魚,咕嚕肉,同埋小炒王,小弟認為呢三樣係大排檔嘅指標性食物,雖然幾乎所有大排檔都有呢三樣小菜,但係咁就可以最容易比較。椒鹽九肚魚拎上嚟竟然唔熱,啲魚又少肉亦都炸到乾晒,入面完全食唔到九肚魚應有嘅嫩滑,因為根本就乾晒,成碟就好似食緊一碟炸粉漿,入面冇底味,外面亦都冇味。咕嚕肉,外觀OK,但係粉漿超厚而且又硬又韌,舊肉超乾又冇底味,好似雪咗好耐而且再返炸,今次真係大開眼界竟然有大排檔做到咁差嘅咕嚕肉,老實講兩餸飯嘅咕嚕肉好食過佢多多聲。小炒王,成晚三碟之中稍為正常嘅一碟,偏鹹但,冇鑊氣,碟嘢仲偏濕添。深水埗區嘅小菜館,例如萬發,容記,增輝,小菜王,佢哋各有特色、好壞。但今次呢間真係差到一個點,連呢三樣嘢都整得唔好,你都唔使旨意我會再嚟食,唔好同我講話我唔識點餸。點解仲有咁多人去幫襯?真係令人唏噓!

深水埗人間煙火大排檔很有煙火氣的一家大排檔?主要是這裡的人給人的感覺也很舒服(圖一有彩蛋!我剛拍完也沒發現hhh)一條街有三四間是他們家的,我們是5點出頭到的,都只剩我們這間有位置坐,聽說再晚一點就要排隊啦口招牌黄金虾 這個是拿鹹蛋黃炒的,蝦處理很乾淨,蝦頭蝦線都有去掉,而且有點蝦還有膏!口黑椒咸猪手 人多才可以點!!份量超級足!!不過肉很嫩~看起來醬很多很咸,但其實還好hhh點的菜都很好次!感覺隨便點都不會有坑~對於大排檔來說,環境算是很好了!(廁所很乾淨!有加分!)推荐:豉椒炒蛏子 椒盐九肚鱼 招牌黄金虾
