2025年1月8日 星期三今晚放工專登出咗去同銅鑼灣行街,準備開始添置賀年物品行到渣甸街見餓餓地就諗住搵嘢醫肚,發現呢間餐廳除咗喺灣仔有開,連銅鑼灣都有分店,之前喺灣仔住成日都會去食,依家搬走咗就冇乜機會,突然間懷念佢嘅刀削麵,因為真係人手整出嚟,所以即刻入去懷緬一下以前嘅味道餐牌除咗刀削麵之外,仲有菜飯可以選擇,刀削麵可以揀熱拌、湯食或者凍撈,呢個天氣當然係湯食就最好啦,配料都有好多款選擇,價錢唔算太貴,諗得出嘅配料都有,於是我哋就每人要咗一碗刀削麵,點咗唔同嘅配料可以share嚟食一點完餐就已經見到師傅好落力咁削面,真係落足心機、一絲不苟,要每日都削到咁多面都真係唔容易,睇見都覺得辛苦等左一陣間食物就慢慢送上,首先係我要既豬扒刀削麵加上海雲吞同魚腐,刀削麵真係每條既大小都唔同,完全係食緊師傅用心削既麵,有咬口唔會好淋,同一般麵條無得比,豬扒已經剪開左一舊舊,炸到外皮脆卜卜,但裡面既肉質仍然保持幼嫩,仲食到肉汁添,而魚腐都炸得好香口又夠大塊,上海雲吞都好大粒,真係做到皮薄餡靚老婆就要左牛展刀削麵加金錢肚,無諗過配料既份量會咁多,金錢肚同牛展都整得好腍,一咬就斷開,而且好入味,最後我要幫老婆食埋啲麵同配料先食得晒埋單每人都係八十幾蚊,性價比十分之高!!

路經見店內都多人食,又唔知食乜好,就入去試下,由於太多人,需要搭枱先有位。小店主打刀削麵,但我想食米線,於是order左上海雲吞米線🍜上菜速度幾快,食物熱度充足,但餐廳環境狹窄,坐得唔太舒服,特別係張枱既枱腳頂住😓湯底偏咸,食完都幾口渴,相信落左唔少味精,雲吞五大粒,外皮略厚,咬落有D位太厚粉好實,其中一隻可能煮太耐外皮爛左,雲吞皮口感有待改善😅菜肉餡料調味適中,不過不失米線量偏多,口感軟硬適中。整體都算抵食,但餸同湯底調味仲有好大進步空間。
