今日同朋友經過九龍城,本來想食泰國菜,但後來改變主意想食中菜,臨時想搵一間好食嘅小菜幫襯,咁啱有位朋友介紹呢間小店,即刻Walk in,店內人數不多,證明而家消費市道真係好差!經過店員一番介紹,我哋點咗幾個小菜,叫咗個咕嚕肉、滑蛋炒牛肉、同一個慢煮燒雞。好快就嚟咗啲餸菜,咕嚕肉係唔錯嘅,而且亦都有燒菠蘿,啲菠蘿係新鮮菠蘿,而且除咗好味之外,個擺盤都好靚!唔錯唔錯!之後就係個滑蛋炒牛肉,個蛋係炒到啱啱好,啲牛肉亦都好嫩滑,調味都好適中!之後就係個慢煮燒雞,啲雞好嫩滑,佢有個泰式醬汁俾我,但係我覺得隻雞已經好夠味,完全唔需要燒汁,整體真係唔錯!而且價錢亦都好相宜!性價比好高!呢種小店真係難能可貴,希望大家幫襯一下!支持香港飲食業! continue reading

在朋友推介下初訪新開小店食私房菜(必須預訂),菜單如下:1)黑魚子素鵝2)酥炸廣島蠔3)心裡美瑤柱寶4)花膠螺頭瑤柱日月魚燉雞湯5)盤龍星斑6)韭黃草菇炒黃鱔7)羊肚菌脆米飯8)牛角飽窩夫8道菜,除了魚類菜式都是每位一份。燉湯用料足而不油膩,全枱人都飲到一滴不剩。心裡美瑤柱寶是將尋常節瓜瑤柱甫的節瓜環換成紅心蘿蔔(又名心裡美),蘿蔔清甜無渣,比節瓜來得精緻。盤龍星斑啖啖魚肉不用啃骨,草菇炒黃鱔用的是新鮮草菇。壓軸的羊肚菌脆米飯本來已飽到吃不下,但酸甜脆口的米飯非常開胃,邊叫飽邊食完,絕對是點睛之作。九龍城競爭激烈,希望小店靠口碑闖出一片天。 continue reading
