今晚是我們最多人的一晚聚餐了,因為這次相聚還要多久才能見了,因為人大了各有各忙各種不同的問題真的好難得,所以我們找了這𥚃,食些大家喜歡的食物,聊些大家的喜歡的事情,真的快樂,而且這一間餐廳味道依舊,由蒜蓉蒸扇貝粉絲每個肉質彈牙又鮮甜,上湯龍蝦比扇貝的肉還要有囗感加上麵條也感到上湯的精華,炸生蠔外皮鬆脆蠔肉又鮮嫩一入口就溶化,還有豉椒炒聖子味道濃郁又有點點豆鼓的香味而且份量又十足十,最後還有一個東風螺,那些肉分外甜需然後是最簡單做法却是最佳的做法,希望大家下次大家再齊聚。

To start off with had the salty chicken feet which I have not had in ages, the last time I had it was in SK but at a different restaurant.
I tried it without the sauce and it was already good because you could taste the salt and spices which had penetrated the soft and gelatinous skin.
The chicken feet were slightly warm which made them even more enjoyable.

I tried the broth as well which you are not meant to drink like soup but again they were fresh clams so I could taste sweet strong clams as well as spring onions.
My other favourite was the PLAIN steamed surf ark clams, they were steamed without any oil or garlic which was appreciated so you could taste the pure sweet clam taste.
As I always say, fresh seafood does not need any seasoning while other restaurants ruin it by over seasoning it and adding smelly oil on top to make it look appetizing.

上湯焗古巴蜜蜂龍蝦伊麵,刺生完全消滅殆盡,龍蝦頭還有很多肉,不煲湯而煮個麵食吧。伊麵腍到無牙阿公阿婆都厭棄,腍劈劈烚到無晒伊麵蛋香,一啖放棄。走過油炸過的龍蝦頭更香口,香氣澎湃,食得格外滋味。蝦肉爽彈結實,索入上湯味道更甜美可口。


椒鹽瀨尿蝦皇,夠粗壯大條,雖游水但肉有點削,油溫不足煮太慢嗎?幸好瀨尿蝦天生甜味特濃,濕潤多汁,併上椒鹽蒜酥依然食得不亦樂乎。


清蒸杉斑,游水海魚邊度有得輸!黏滑的魚皮夾著厚厚魚肉,結實多汁而不失鮮嫩質感,配上蔥味豉油加魚汁,份外醇美醒神,嗆住食停不了了!頭頭尾尾被香損得乾乾淨淨,差點骨都吞埋喇,失禮晒。


蝦醬通菜鮮魷,鑊氣迫人夠精彩。鮮魷腍滑正常蠻不錯,師傅出手略重,蝦醬味太咸。通菜有澀味,又要放棄,食晒鮮魷算咯。

今日無所事事,去咗西貢,行下行下行到 新德記坐低,嗌咗一碟龍蝦仔伊麵。啲麵上嚟時發覺賣相唔錯, 有香味, 龍蝦仔肉質爽甜 ,伊麵仔索了上湯汁更加好味。 雖然今天是父親節 西貢 很多人, 但午市時段在該店舖不需要等待很久便有位。

👁‍🗨 豉椒炒蟶子難得假日得閒,所以同屋企人去遠少少,就係入西貢食海鮮🙃西貢海鮮餐廳多到數之不盡,因為屋企人之前食過呢間話質素不過不失,所以今次都係黎呢度🤗蟶子、扇貝、鮑魚、螺、蝦、魚等應有盡有☺️但因為入夜天氣凍既關係,大家都拿拿臨食費事凍曬,幾乎無一碟可以相機食先🤪相中蟶子係出面買左先,再比呢間酒樓整💁🏻‍♀️幾大隻,食落爽口彈牙,豉椒炒得好惹味,連青紅椒都夠曬香口😍扇貝配埋大量蔥、蒜蓉同粉絲,味道都都可以👻鮑魚我地揀左要黃金鮑,即係加鹹蛋黃既方法去整,但係略嫌整得唔夠香口🙈螺就有兩款,一款係加鹽,不過個人一向鍾意清淡野,所以覺得呢個鹹左些少,另一款係加辣,感覺頗🌶️,但係其實都係幾惹味😍🔛 整體評分(7.5/10)

見到其他食評前往一試,結果令人失望。星期五晚上約七時半多,人齊坐下來店內伙記帶我們到街市他們的海鮮檔買了海鮮,約十人份量,有龍蝦,蟶子,鲍魚,三斤多蝦,兩斤多的泰星斑,五隻有膏的奄仔蟹等等,約三千元。海鮮講真都算新鮮,交由廚房去煮。當然有加其他餸,椒鹽魷魚,走地雞,刺身鮮魷,幾種菜,飲料等,埋單約五千多元。事實煮起來海鮮不覺得十分出色或好味,魚有点'鞋'😕,我家裡的傭人姐姐都叻過佢,龍蝦麵soso芝士味不夠,豉椒蟶子煮得過熟,豉油皇鮑魚變了美極鮑魚😫, 唯一可取的是鹽焗有膏奄仔, 有蟹肉鮮味流晒黃膏,而家裡廚房煮不到這菜式。你問我,如再來西貢吃海鮮,我會再試其他店家。
