店面比較大,估計租金成本不低,同時又為了節約成本,只有兩個員工負責領位收銀清潔上菜所有工作,客人等位點單需要很長時間,效率很低。進店沒人領位,菜品出廚房後等到快涼了才送給客人。總體上服務質素差。串類、生蠔等不考慮價錢的話品質還算不錯。希望店家要在剩成本和服務質素上面妥善權衡,品牌印象好重要。目前看來本地客人來得很少,基本上是些內地背景,想吃串又懶得跑深圳的客人。這麼做下去,不知道主要靠港漂能不能讓這家店撐下去。

之前在深圳吃了好幾次都蠻喜歡他家的味道,這次特別去看看來香港開分店是否能保持水準,星期日下午四點多到店,特意避開晚餐煩忙時間,結果大失所望。下單是用手寫的,因為腸胃不好都不吃辣,每一個品項後面都注明辣與不辣,只有兩樣我不吃的有注明小辣,結果上來羊肉跟烤蝦都加辣了(注明不辣),而且還不是普通辣,太太發現馬上跟店員說還沒來的牛肉跟注明了的絕不能加辣,結果牛肉來了是沒加辣,卻連咸味跟調味都沒了而且烤得乾乾的像牛肉乾一樣,之前在深圳吃的烤牛肉我跟兒子都覺得比招牌羊肉還好吃,結果這次的牛肉實在烤得很差。後面來烤生蠔注明不辣照樣放了辣椒,我太太點的烤雞皮注明要辣卻又沒加辣。店裡明明不是很忙卻如此馬虎,還聽到外場人員好像跟廚房在爭吵,雖然埋單時店員表示他們的錯誤主動免了我們飲料五十多塊錢的錢(埋單三個人700多,比深圳貴很多,可以理解香港房租人工都高),但絕不會再來第二次,以後要吃還是有空回大陸再吃好了,非常失望的一餐

木屋燒烤整體價錢當然比深圳貴差不多一倍價錢,味道真心覺得比較普通,坐的座位都有少少迫,2人食了5百離開個肉包約$18味道勁普通而且個底偏燶不太好味,反而烤饅頭仲好食不少羊肉和牛肉口感都不錯價錢好似約十元一串,燒牛油粒當初以為粟米點知是肥膏粒..都幾十元飲品啤酒都抵飲,檸檬茶一瓶約$60味道不錯檸檬味都幾濃菜沙律的味道竟然有芥茉味有點怪...最後沒食茄子幾香同大舊不會太乾身不錯整體這價錢以香港來講都接受到,味道真心普通其他有不少餐廳都有不少選擇

飲品啤酒都抵飲,檸檬茶一瓶約$60味道不錯檸檬味都幾濃

菜沙律的味道竟然有芥茉味有點怪...最後沒食

茄子幾香同大舊不會太乾身不錯

整體這價錢以香港來講都接受到,味道真心普通其他有不少餐廳都有不少選擇

1. 環境好差

我哋個爐一直都冇人嚟點(ps 啲野食已經到咗)

如上文,我哋三個比價錢嚇親,淨係嗌咗兩份串燒(總共十支)同一份炒麵。點知呢度咁少嘢我哋都等咗成九個字,仲要個職員係勁休閒咁慢慢行過嚟,拎住大托盤慢慢咁執幾支畀我哋,我真係服咗😐兩點幾入去食,食完已經差唔多三點

最嬲係咁樣嘅服務竟然仲要收加一??早知我哋行遠少少去前面打邊爐好過💢💢聽講呢間野好似仲係大陸好出名,只可惜佢只係搬咗個菜,但冇搬到個服務態度同價錢👎🏻

真係佔唔到人生第一次寫食評就係因為間嘢太差💩如果唔係最低係一星,我連一星都唔想畀佢👎🏻
