家人去了旅行,不做飯就找朋友們一起來吃晚飯來個happy friday。來了西灣河的<李氏廚房>﹐ 前身應該是李家炸雞,據說是韓國人主理在香港第一間的韓式炸雞店。選了半份無骨的蜂蜜蒜蓉炸雞,半份也有不少,大概有七八件左右吧。調味醬非常充足,最怕吃這種韓式炸雞而醬料不夠,這個味道很濃鬱,偏甜口,很受小孩子歡迎。另外點了一個雙拼的餃子,看圖片就非常吸引,是豬肉跟泡菜兩種口味。比平常餃子大非常多,但是皮不是很厚,看起來非常誘人,泡菜那款會有一點辣,很喜歡這個。還點了一個石頭鍋飯,是辣豬肉的,還有最有驚喜的是這個看上去平平無奇的花蛤刀削麵,以為會很清淡,但是湯頭很濃鬱,配上紫菜和蛋絲等等,很不錯,特別是夏天 會比較想喝湯湯水水的東西時,午餐來吃一碗也挺不錯的! continue reading
