聞說香港僅存嘅鐵皮大排檔~決定去根記試下佢地嘅秘製豬扒同雞翼,雞翼有3隻全部剪開一半,就咁睇好似幾大隻😂聽講出前一丁話有得揀味,不過果度除左兩公婆仲有個亞叔,態度真係令你咩都唔會再問佢,坐邊 食咩 餐飲 都唔係咁想同佢講野,仲要一路食住煙~一碗麵餐$44 豬扒係有醃過嘅,但我覺得細塊左啲,雞翼同豬扒都未至於好驚喜,出前一丁亦冇問我要咩味,奶茶完全冇奶咁,唔得👎,好彩我揀忌廉 🙈睇住佢麵係用火水爐煮,豬扒都係石油氣爐炸豬扒同雞翼嘅,其他餸就用返火水爐煎嘅。見食評話世一⋯⋯唔難食都唔特別好食,只係一塊有醃過嘅炸豬扒🤷🏻‍♀️諗住天氣涼涼地試下,價錢同茶餐廳一樣,但係態度唔好又唔特別好食,坐又一定唔會係好坐,咁嘅大排檔真係冇咩必要留低。

諗住天氣涼涼地試下,價錢同茶餐廳一樣,但係態度唔好又唔特別好食,坐又一定唔會係好坐,咁嘅大排檔真係冇咩必要留低。

呢個大排檔已經變成我一個星期去一次食早餐嘅地方,今次捉埋另外兩個朋友去時,可以一次過叫晒雞翼,同埋豬扒,佢呢度啲雞翼同埋豬扒係你叫嗰一刻佢先開始炸,好嘢當然要時間去等啦,大約等咗8分鐘左右,大部份嘅食物已經送到上枱面,而且仲係好熱嘅添,唔多介紹啦。總之一句佢啲雞翼真係炸得好好食

經過上一次試完之後已經深深地愛上咗根記大排檔嘅早餐,於是今朝偷偷地再走落去食多次,今次食嘅唔係佢煮嘅味道,而係佢嘅人情味,點解唔講呢?因為我食完之後買單嘅時候發現冇現金起身,同佢講不如我放低個電話佢撳完錢返嚟贖返佢啦,老闆娘二話不說就話唔使啦,下次嚟先再俾啦。😱今時今日嘅香港好少見到有呢啲咁人情味嘅舖頭,所以今日嘅食評係寫人情味。

everytime i walk by, seeing the dirty water on floor, must not feel comfortable. but actually this may be the hidden pearl in the sea.no service❌no environment❌no good seat❌but very good food✅pork-chop is freshly fried. big size, serve with sweeten saurce. crispy outside, tinder inside.i know girl must dislike this place, must say "咁污糟點坐 / 麻甩佬野唔方好食" they have such discrimination to such places. i dont blame them, but they will never ever taste this best food in their life😠

豬扒蛋麵,豬扒還是肉肉的質地,有點兒炸過的香脆,但是豬扒味道保留口感
,不會顯得完全沒有味道;但即使沒有醃到很林很軟,豬扒保留少許肉味

今日約人去深水埗, 行經此大排檔有點肚餓,因為只食了早餐, 在檔口徘徊了一陣, 有位女士走過來, 相信應該是大排檔的檔主, 嗰時已差唔多下午五點, 佢同我講五點收舖, 我本想離開之際, 檔主問我係咪要食嘢, 仲話會整埋我嗰份先至收工, 咁有誠意我就即刻叫咗碗餐蛋麵, 碗麵係即叫即整, 煎蛋新鮮煎起, 並不是煎起咗擺咗好耐嗰種, 麵底係普遍用嘅大光麵, 三塊餐肉加一件煎蛋, 已經算係落足料, 佢哋一邊執拾檔灘, 讓我食完先至收工, 經營大排檔有此服務水準, 其實都好難得。

朋友帶我黎呢度食野,之前經過都無真正坐低食。今日就試下先。不過黎到大排擋就要唔好期望地方太過整潔之類,主要食物好食就得。我點左雞翼蛋面,而湯底就揀返最原始既麻油味。出面好少地方可以比人揀,但呢度都幾特別。雞翼幾香口,應該似醃左幾耐。蛋同面就無特別,正正常常。

剛好在這一陣子光顧了根記與蘇記,兩間深水埗茶檔🥢,可以一併打篇食評。幾年之前花園街的乾貨排檔大火,令到很多排檔都已經燒毁,然之後換成新的排檔。而深水埗有些排檔食肆,亦都結業,有些成為了商店,這種本土的地道排檔,的確越來越少。有報道曾指,根記大排檔四十年代已屹立石硤尾街,是全港歷史最悠久的大牌檔之一😯。以往,去過中環數間大牌檔(鮮茄牌檔、奶茶牌檔、糖水排檔),都不太滿意😩。其實,想深一層,可能只因大家都太過目標為本,本著去嚐「只應天上有」食品的心態,迢迢千里跨區🚇🚃探訪茶檔,當然容易失望,如像我這般,路過嚐嚐,可能又別有體會。又原來,據說本港只剩廿多間大排檔,主要在中環、石硤尾、深水埗區,故此,在深水埗區工作,不用交通,便可在此類茶檔用膳,方便快捷,憶舊情懷,嚐茶品茗。我發覺,其實,隨着連鎖店鋪進駐本土地區,就連荃灣、深水埗、土瓜灣、長沙灣,都見到很多地區也有的連鎖餐廳,連細細間的餐廳也好像越來越少。這個時候,應該更加要珍惜茶檔,因為畢竟,這種茶檔,衛生環境可能比較差,而且會有人在旁邊吸煙,商業為重的社會,可能很快會把這種餐廳趕絕🤔。某天,又獨自走到附近,為免重複吃過的東西,幾次也只經過

這個時候,應該更加要珍惜茶檔,因為畢竟,這種茶檔,衛生環境可能比較差,而且會有人在旁邊吸煙,商業為重的社會,可能很快會把這種餐廳趕絕🤔。

某天,又獨自走到附近,為免重複吃過的東西,幾次也只經過這間店舖,再在網上看看,據稱豬扒比較著名,便坐下一試。

看食評以及餐牌,好像比較出名的都是豬扒麵啊,沒有什麼人會吃飯,但是由於是一頓午餐,還是堅持叫了個飯。

據說是
秘製豬扒,就嚐嚐有沒有什麼特別🤔。底下的
豉油汁,的確有點兒甜香,但與煲仔飯豉油不同,
甜味較強,送飯的確一流。

豬扒的份量不算少,一大塊剪開了,這樣的賣相更加好
,因為如果一大碟都是剪開了的豬扒,就像碎屍案一般的豬扒,有時你會覺得,其實會不會是幾塊不同的豬扒放在同一碟飯上面。
豬排份量,大概有一塊半左右,外面沾上薄薄一層生粉,然之後輕輕炸了一下
,令到外皮薄脆,而內裏的肉也不算太過乾。

雖然午餐的餐牌上,只寫有芙蓉蛋飯、秘製豬扒飯,但是我詢問一下,阿姐也說,可以要
豬扒加隻煎蛋。


這就是餐廳應有的服務,我肯付款,加隻蛋有多困難?但是,本港就是很多餐廳,餐牌設定了,就絲毫不得更改,非常死板,不會靈活處理。你看,我這碟飯,加隻煎蛋之後,立即吸引多了,將煎蛋放在飯上,切開,蛋黃汁流到飯上,以蛋黃撈飯
,真是男人的浪漫,場面治癒

茶走。餐廳的杯,竟然用了有耳的不鏽鋼杯,而不是用透明的膠杯。因為我覺得如果用透明膠水杯,看到裏面的奶茶比較深色,而下面的煉奶較淺色,賣相更加吸引
,喝茶走其中一樣美好的事情,就是看到兩截色。



畢竟,街上煮食,使用石油氣還是有點危險,理論上遲早會盡清排檔。趁着這些查到還未完全倒閉,就趁早來吃了。而這條街的確是街邊檔的天堂,晚上,旁邊會有天祥飯店,對面還有鼎鼎大名的愛民生。



如果你問我,根記與蘇記茶檔正面對決的話,我會比較喜歡根記。
