大坑,老實講,真係第一次去。呢間茶記嘅蒸肉餅,都可以話係大坑必食之一,雖然知道好耐,但一直都無幫襯,今日終於撞啱時間,就去試試。星期六下午一點半去到,店內只有一家四口,仲有大把位。午餐:鹹蛋蒸肉餅($58)一睇賣相,就知唔係一般蒸肉餅,係肉餅塔。望落好似好大堆頭,但其實份量無想像中咁多,同一般肉餅嘅size相約。雖然佢賣相同坊間好唔同,但味道其實分別不大。肉餅質地偏腍,肉質唔嚡,食落唔算太肥膩(肉餅中間有少量碎骨,咬嘅時候要小心)。粒鹹蛋好軟好粉,但唔咸。豉油覺得甜咗啲。白飯份量偏細碗。食後感:唔係唔好食,但唔覺得吹噓到好勁咁囉。順道經過+唔使等的話,一試無妨,但專登走嚟食,就唔多值了。PS:店內空間唔大,約十個位,多數會係店外露天下開枱加位。

一路都有聽過民聲冰室肉餅山有幾特別,但可能期望好高,現實同想像中有好大出入。首先舖頭真係好細而且污糟,過膠餐牌已經甩哂膠同埋佈滿油漬,加埋整體空間好細,夏天去真係好辛苦。肉餅山黎到個“山”真係得啖笑,只係比市面既高少少而已,絕對唔係山,食落係正常肉餅既調味而且都冇咩豬肉口感。其實街邊新鮮整起3餸飯都完全食到一樣既口感。另外仲叫左豬扒飯,黎到後豬扒係酸既,同佢反映左之後轉其他食物,之後因為舖頭細,完全聽到哂廚房既人切開塊豬扒試,仲話係喎點解酸。大佬,而家既天氣食材儲存不當就當然會酸,仲要咁大聲討論,發生咩事?有咩咁值得去食呢其實。
