初三赤口無去拜年, 同媽咪去觀塘行個新年運, 順便食少少野醫下肚。去咗裕民坊YM²嘅水門雞飯食水門雞。餐廳面積不大, 但地方整潔企理, 食物同飲品款式多, 自行scan QR code落單, 食物好快上檯。水門雞飯 HK$54可選雞胸/+$10指定選雞髀沒有指定就隨機比, 雞件去骨, 肉質嫩滑, 配上了鹹甜醬汁, 味道更提升。配有雞湯, 味道很重胡椒香氣另外飯量可自選多與少, 我地揀咗多飯, 果然夠飽, 飯很有雞油香, 不會過油, 粒粒分明。+$10 追加跟餐小食 – 香茅雞翼 (2隻)雞翼炸得金黃有油光, 肉質嫩滑, 細味有香茅獨有香氣。泰式奶茶 HK$22味道很有泰國地道風味, 口感滑, 茶香奶濃。菊花茶 HK$20味道清新, 有陣陣菊花清香, 不會過甜。芒果糯米飯 HK$58糯米飯黏糯, 芒果雖未算極甜, 但多汁唔酸, 加咗椰漿令整體味道甜一D。 continue reading

食過返尋味,之前都食過水門雞飯,覺得幾好食。今日見附近都有間,又走左入去食下泰國野。餐廳有兩排高枱,中間細枱泊埋,唔算太大但座位都足夠。做完運動好肚餓,叫左主食,串燒同椰青。第一樣到嘅係 椰青,喺出面都聽到廚房劈椰青嘅聲,炎炎夏日加上出完一身汗,飲啖椰青真係好refreshing! 清甜解渴,好啱配泰國菜。鳳尾蝦泰式金邊粉 一樣仲係咁好食,份量都大碟,鳳尾蝦4大隻,咬落爽口。金邊粉調味帶土少甜,配上青檸,食落酸甜開胃,加埋花生碎,口感十足。金邊粉炒得乾身,條條分明,咬落唔會太碎太韌。泰式和牛串 冇燒至全熟,仲可以望到d紅色嘅部份,目測七成熟,幾有牛肉香味,肉質鮮嫰。配上酸酸地嘅醬汁更帶出牛嘅香濃。豬肉,雞肉串燒幾推薦呢到嘅串燒,調味唔會太鹹,保留到原有嘅肉香同肉汁。豬肉彈牙,但唔會韌,咬落充滿肉汁。雞肉大件,咬開唔會過熟而變乾。配埋沙嗲醬超好食。離開餐廳都已經過9點半,但都keep住有客人,睇黎街坊都好鐘意食~ continue reading

平時行過見咁多間分店但都冇機會試到😆今日終於同朋友試左呢間咁出名嘅水門雞飯!觀塘分店嘅位置唔係好多,但都算坐得舒服☺️
泰式冬陰公海鮮船粉💯冬陰公湯底紅潤,湯頭味道好豐富⭐️一碗湯集齊酸甜香辣非常開胃,酸酸辣辣嘅味道令人欲罷不能😍海鮮方面,蝦、青口同魷魚都非常新鮮👏🏼經冬陰公湯底一煮,海鮮嘅鮮味立即滲出🌊搭配爽滑嘅船粉,每一口都充滿了海鮮嘅鮮味同冬陰公嘅咸香的味道,真係好滿足!🫶🏼
芒果糯米飯🥭食泰國菜點少得芒果糯米飯!糯米粒粒分明,黏黏的口感配上香甜的芒果,簡直係天作之合🤌🏼椰漿甜而不膩後🤩配搭芒果同糯米飯令口味更加豐富,令人回味無窮。❤️
再黎就係炒通菜,通菜色澤翠綠,油潤光亮🌸口感爽脆,非常清新😋蒜香味十足,炒得火候剛好,保持咗通菜的原汁原味,係搭配主菜嘅絕佳選擇。

年初三去觀塘同表姐拜年,佢準備咗好多賀年糕點招呼我,知我喜歡食泰菜,仲買咗水門雞飯外賣比我食。水門雞飯是由本地人開設的泰式海南雞飯店,於大埔、元朗、尖沙咀均有分店,由泰國大廚主理,所用香料及調味料均由泰國直送。水門雞半隻:水門雞均用上約2.5斤重的白身走地雞,勝在皮薄少脂肪,雞肉無比滑溜,肉質細軟又有彈性。附送爽口嘅雞腸和嫩滑雞血。鳳尾蝦炒金邊粉:金邊粉炒得夠乾身,味道酸甜,鳳尾蝦肉質爽彈,擠點青檸汁,配上一點花生碎和辣椒粉,味道層次豐富極了!泰式豬手飯:豬手軟稔入味,啖啖骨膠原的感覺,豬皮還帶一點點彈性,不會過爛。雞油蒸飯係用泰國茉莉香米,加入雞湯、香料、蒜頭、辣椒炒完再煲,每啖都帶有清淡雞油香味。雞湯以雞殼、豬骨等以慢火熬足4小時,加上泰國胡椒,入口有好重嘅胡椒辛香味。 continue reading

水門雞飯以前都食過,近排發現原來觀塘都有分店~放工一於試下佢地嘅外賣😛🐓水門雞飯雞肉滑嫩多汁,配埋餐廳特製嘅酸辣醬,酸甜微辣,油飯粒粒分明又有少少油香🍚,整體質素絕對合格😉🐂泰式乾炒牛河係偏濃味嘅一款菜式,牛肉份量十足,而且河粉乾身有鑊氣但唔會過火,保持咗彈牙嘅口感😝👅香辣牛舌牛舌片有八塊,切得薄厚適中,入口嫩滑,而且調味突出,辣味同香料嘅層次豐富,係非常出色嘅前菜,跟主食加$20有呢個份量冇得彈🥰🍗水門炸雞件外層炸得香脆但唔會過硬,入面嘅雞肉鮮嫩,放咗入外賣盒過咗一陣先打返開嚟食依然好脆,跟主食加$30就有喇,抵食👍🏻🥬泰式炒通菜通菜爽脆,帶有啲蝦醬味,濃郁但唔會過鹹整體嚟講,呢間餐廳唔同嘅分店都保持到水準,價錢亦合理,大家經過唔同嘅分店絕對可以一試☺️ continue reading
