十幾年前佢哋嘅舖位係銅鑼灣而家搬咗去銅鑼灣同灣仔中間味道如一雲吞麵嘅湯好正 雖然雲吞細粒啲 蛋其實都幾好食上星期幫襯咗兩次一次係淨雲吞 一次係牛筋麵兩次其實都我覺得係幾好間舖頭唔多人? 但其實我幾鍾意嗰度嘅環境夠寧靜不過炮台山銅鑼灣其他舖頭我覺得還好 價錢經濟同事上次食埋個鹹肉糭都幾好食 好似其實都係佢哋自己親手包嘅整體嚟講我覺得六70分都OK嘅如果話要彈嘅地方主要係人手唔係咁多囉要等咗一陣先有得食或者可能因為佢新鮮同埋即刻做我覺得還可以接受,因為之後就去咗返銅鑼灣

價錢經濟

同事上次食埋個鹹肉糭都幾好食 好似其實都係佢哋自己親手包嘅

整體嚟講我覺得六70分都OK嘅

如果話要彈嘅地方主要係人手唔係咁多囉
要等咗一陣先有得食

或者可能因為佢新鮮同埋即刻做
我覺得還可以接受,因為之後就去咗返銅鑼灣

行過經過很多次。有心希望試吓。今日終於有機會光顧。點了一個炸醬撈麵,淨雲吞,芥蘭,炸鯪魚球,凍檸茶。盛惠$211。食物質素。麵質非常好。很有咬口。炸醬,不敢恭維。無味道不夠酸,不夠味,同埋太碎。好似肉醬咁。炸鯪魚球,不夠陳皮味不夠鯪魚味。所以我唔覺得價錢有點偏高。檸檬茶茶底,簡直不值一提。傳統雲吞包得不錯。但味道欠佳。湯底更為失望。整體食物質素,以佢呢個價格,價格中規中矩,有很大改善空間。可惜今日見到兩件事情發生,因此我個人不會再光顧。店員不小心把醬油瓶掉在地上,他拿起來,沒有清潔瓶身直接放回桌上讓客人繼續使用驚驚勁見鬼。😨😰另外旁邊桌上有一位小孩。店員好心幫忙在廚房拿剪刀出來剪碎。碟上的麵是吃過的。但店員剪完之後直接把剪刀放回麵檔,沒有清洗繼續用。😨😨😰

我是吃雲吞麵長大的。廣東式的雲吞和水餃都是我的心靈食品,因此,我亦好有要求。 座落駱克道的永豪麵家是我這心靈食品的供應者。永豪是間小店,沒有什麼裝修,只有數張圓枱,是一老式的粉麵店模式。這個週末我便又外賣了生雲吞水餃和牛筋回家享用。個子小小的散尾雲吞,皮軟而重垂。 比雲吞多了木耳絲和筍絲的是飽滿的水餃,雲吞皮和水餃皮都是永豪自己造的竹昇皮,皮薄而不易爛。散尾雲吞煮好後在湯裏散開如金魚的尾巴,入口雲吞皮的滑溜和饀裏的蝦和豬肉的彈口夾雜一起,這才是真正的傳統廣東雲吞。乒乓球大小的只是雲吞皮包蝦而已!透過薄薄的水餃皮看到黑色的絲絲是木耳絲。 蝦和木耳絲及筍絲為水餃做了2個不同層次的爽脆口感。香濃軟滑的牛筋,味道濃郁,不會過硬或過淋。永豪的白灼鮮牛柏葉即黑色而不是漂製過全白色的那種也是相當美味,他們的竹昇麵也是不容錯過的麵食,但就待下回再分享了。

喺香港主打手打竹昇麵真係買少見少,仲要係傳統個款就更加少見😢身為麵食愛好者嘅我見到呢間寫明手打竹昇麵就當然要試下啦!呢間舖嘅位置近於鵝頸橋,都算係幾方便~雖然店舖面積唔大,但係充滿人情味!老闆娘見我哋未揀好嘢食又好熱咁,就話請我哋飲杯飲品哈哈~•招牌水餃麵🥟🍜•-將麵放喺上面嘅麵檔已經好少,咁樣做其實係為咗麵無咁容易變腍。而且呢度係用竹昇麵,口感都較為彈牙煙靭。另外水餃入面有豬肉、雲耳、鮮蝦等,超足料!唔會煮過頭搞到水餃散晒,實淨~•柱侯牛筋腩撈麵🐮•-牛筋腩炆得夠腍,兼格好入味~不過提提大家如果中意的肥身少少嘅牛腩嘅話,最好係落單時自己要求啦,因為呢度嘅牛腩較為瘦。而撈麵味道唔會死鹹,簡直係傳統老店嘅味道呀!•炸雲吞🍤•-雲吞皮較為薄身,內裡仲要有鮮蝦,份量又多!好耐冇食咁香口嘅雲吞,會再叫呢個嚟食~.呢到嘅老闆娘人又好 野食又正又夠傳統 下次一定要再Encore!!!

牛筋腩炆得夠腍,兼格好入味~不過提提大家如果中意的肥身少少嘅牛腩嘅話,最好係落單時自己要求啦,因為呢度嘅牛腩較為瘦。而撈麵味道唔會死鹹,簡直係傳統老店嘅味道呀!
