朋友知我喜歡打邊爐,今次特別帶我去這家樓上火煱店,因為他們的牛肉特別好味到塲後,位置幾舒服,不會好迫每枱都有調味料,不用走來走去朋友先點那個炸芋頭,外貌有點似炸午餐肉,味道好濃牛肉上枱,牛味濃厚,好好味,我們食完再點鮑魚好大隻,好新鮮生蠔都好新鮮好多隻牛丸和牛肉餃不能錯過淮山斜切成條狀,灼一陣,馬上食,好爽其他蔬菜和刀削麵都幾好試咗竹蔗茅根水和酸梅湯,味道好濃侍應們服務態度幾好,仲教我點樣下載充電寶

首先我book枱時已經問過開瓶費,兩支紅白酒需要$100開瓶費, 當天是星期五晚上, 入座時間為晚上近7時, 直到晚上10時亦沒有滿座情況. 入座時向店員再三要求下, 才能提供實體餐牌供客人選用, 人客亦只能使用手機點餐, 而每一支大支裝啤酒, 均一收費為$48元, 收費極貴, 當要求店員介紹食物時, 其態度傲慢, 指出展示牌已列出各種牛肉的部位, 很不願意告訴每種牛肉的特性似的! 我們沒有點特別貴價海鮮, 但最後四人使用餐後, 除了自行酒水以外, 每人仍需$500以上!

來Tom Lee買琴書先發現汕頭牛肉火鍋招牌,一路都心思思去深圳食但未有機會,即刻決定要試一下,圖中是880二人套餐,加埋一920。抵唔抵要看食材,套餐中牛肉有三款,套餐就沒有五花趾,有吊龍,有肥牛,有嫩牛,吊龍爽口,肥牛甘香,嫩牛清甜,分量和價錢我認為在銅鑼灣算是公道了。丸類不錯,牛丸沒有想象中正宗,畢竟不是本地現打那種質素,可以理解。海蝦超級新鮮非常彈牙。蔬菜拼盤分量很足。牛骨湯底很鮮。可以把沙茶醬做好一些,如果是潮汕人來到我想馬上挑剔的就是沙茶醬,最好是幫客人調好那種,現在這樣還是比較港式,也許老闆是故意這種混搭。酒水價錢合理,一支VSOP只收780,在餐廳算是非常抵。

同朋友们一齐出来玩,搵到这家新开嘅汕头牛肉火锅,上来试下。出咗电梯,就见到服务员很热情👍🏻,环境装修都唔错。坐下看见菜单,有咩不清楚嘅地方服务员都会解释,很热情地介绍菜品。我们点咗雪花、匙仁、牛油爽、牛粉肠、牛展、大海虾,都没踩雷我自己最锺意嘅就是雪花、牛粉肠、牛油爽。雪花肥瘦均匀,进嘴就有牛肉嘅香味,不愧是正宗潮汕牛肉,值得试试。牛粉肠清洗得很乾净,肥油都洗得几乾净,吃起来系滑滑嘅口感。牛油爽煮过後口感脆脆,很特别,一点肥油嘅感觉都🈚️。匙仁、牛展都系不错,煮一下都好好食,🦐入锅都活蹦乱跳,很有活力喔。酸梅汁酸酸微甜,一试就知系无添加,配牛肉火锅很爽口开胃。餐後服务员仲送来绿豆汤,清热解暑,降火气,真系很贴心。我们仲有很多菜品没试过,下次再来试下其他部位牛肉同牛肉丸。

餐後服务员仲送来绿豆汤,清热解暑,降火气,真系很贴心。我们仲有很多菜品没试过,
下次再来试下其他部位牛肉同牛肉丸。

今日接女朋友收工去食飯佢叫我諗食乜嘢,打開open rice搜尋附近有咩食,比我搵到一間打正旗號汕頭牛肉火鍋既食店,新開冇comment,但見到入d相裝修幾靚,又有Ricky師傅幫襯一於試下!入到鋪頭唔算大,可能新開加上平日冇乜人地方都好乾淨企理,店員好親切笑容介紹餐牌牛肉部位,我同佢講我啱啱返完潮州食過牛肉火鍋一定會比較,佢好有信心話一定會令的滿意!餐廳牛既大部份部位都有得食,而且每個位置都可以點細份,丸類菜類仲可以雙拼,呢樣真係抵讚!湯底揀原味牛骨湯,最初點咗3樣牛肉(匙仁、吊龍,五花趾)試下水溫,我比較中意匙仁肉味濃同比較淋,女朋友中意吊龍因為有油花比較滑,五花趾我地都唔係好識欣賞比較韌同有咬口,之後再叫多碟匙柄肉味濃同有咬口!!之後再叫咗皇帝菜拼芋頭、鮮蝦、汕頭粿條,實在叫得太多,最後服務員問要唔要食糖水都飽到食唔落!整體食物質素真係唔錯,香港嚟講算係正宗,價錢亦唔算貴,埋單加一$1045,銅鑼灣區真係算抵食,下次會再返食!!
