今次我想同大家分享一下我最近去飲茶嘅經歷,真係好開心!我點咗幾樣好正嘅點心。首先係牛肉腸,外皮滑滑,裡面嘅牛肉餡好鮮嫩,咬落去有種滿足感。接住係黃金糕,金黃色嘅外表,口感軟綿,甜而不膩,真係好好味!然後我仲試咗棉花雞,雞肉嫩滑,配上特製醬汁,味道一流,令人一口接一口。燒賣就更加唔使講,肉質鮮美,還有蝦仁,口感層次分明。最後,鳳爪就係我最鍾意嘅,醃得剛剛好,咬落去彈牙,真係好過癮!整體來講,今次飲茶真係好滿足,唔單止食物好味,仲有同朋友一齊分享嘅樂趣,真係一個好好嘅下午!希望下次可以再嚟!

住附近,有朋友来人多的时候经常去,一直觉得菜品挺好。这次必须给评论了。拿了三个可乐,没打开,我说要退一瓶,不给退!还是两个服务员冲我说下单了不让退,好凶!好么我也只能跟着嚷嚷了,吃个饭不带这么受气的!没听说可乐下了单没付钱没打开不让退的!虽然是小事就十块钱而已,但是态度我不能忍受!最后可能看我强势就给退了,但是心里很不舒服,本来烧鹅吃得好好的,影响心情!难道不给退也是香港餐饮业潜规则?以及,确实没法和深圳比!开始理解港人宁愿费时间也要北上了!

拜年都冇咁齊人,今晚成個家族飲茶,好耐冇嚟過呢一間酒家食嘢,之前都多數係嚟食晚飯,今次你飲茶,又覺得幾有驚喜。我覺得佢係偏向舊茶樓嘅風味,點解咁講呢?又蒸蘿蔔糕、雞絲粉卷、千層糕同埋芝麻卷。都係舊式嘅做法,芝麻卷仲癲到係啱啱蒸完之後有水出嘅。賣相係搞笑啲,但係真心好食。同埋好少中午打口都有粥食,仲要個粥底都綿綿地,唔好理佢點整,但係佢就整到好似煲咗好耐嘅感覺。遜色少少就個燒腩卷啲柱侯醬味太濃,同埋最後叫咗個黃沙燒賣,個豬潤嚡過沙紙。另外值得讚係個燒鵝,食得出個肉係有層次嘅香味,同出面嗰啲燒鵝真係食得出個分別。同埋隻鵝都唔算太肥比例適中,我覺得可以多啲嚟飲吓茶都唔錯,唯獨係冷氣唔係好夠開咗吹風機都有少少熱。

有內地朋友來港旅遊,約咗我食晚餐聚一聚,佢話想食一些特色嘢,我帶咗佢去沙田食雞粥,沙田新強記雞粥嘅雞粥真材實料,係沙田嘅代表作,其次仲有燒乳鴿和燒鵝等都好出名。椒鹽鮮魷外層香脆可口,入面嘅鮮魷厚肉彈牙,加上惹味嘅椒鹽,送酒一流!脆皮炸大腸外層酥脆,內裡軟糯卻夾雜著豬腸肥油的甘香。點些甜酸汁,味道更提升。還有酸酸甜甜嘅菠蘿墊底,可以解解膩!沙田雞粥(例牌):份量十足,粥底綿滑又香甜,雞件都不少,口感嫩滑。加埋薑蔥嘅香味,鮮甜美味。埋單前還有糖水送,綠豆沙綿滑流沙,清香順喉。
