今日晚餐約咗屋企人嚟呢度食晚餐,一上到嚟已經覺得有一種樓上去風格,布嘅歌好有品味,裝修亦都好典雅,我哋就叫咗雪糕,雖然要加錢,但係真係好值得,比一般花香濃好多。呢度嘅泡菜亦都條配得剛剛好,令到人胃口大開,另外一樣就係上海菜好出名嘅苔菜花生。食物方面亦都好好食,我哋叫咗店員大推嘅鴉片魚頭。呢度菜幾特別,先係炸咗條魚,再加炸香咗嘅蔥,食上口好香口,但係魚肉就保持得超級嫩滑,呢個口感同味道超有衝擊,當然啦,炒完衝嘅油係特別香嘅。另外叫埋個津白肉絲炒年糕同蕃茄鹹肉燴面。蕃茄鹹肉燴面完全地有驚喜,雖然湯底唔係紅卜卜,但係味道絕對係夠濃郁,加埋金華火腿,變成一道簡單又美味嘅精品。津白肉絲炒年糕嘅口感,亦都相當正,唔會太鹹。

呢間上海菜館我就比較喜歡食佢哋嘅冷盤 無錫脆鱔

冇食錯嘅話,應該用咗無錫出產嘅鎮江醋!酸酸甜甜嘅口感,即係令人非常之開胃,加上炸到非常之香脆,食落好似食緊脆薯條一樣!

食上海菜梗係要食上海粗炒,小籠包,同埋紅燒獅子頭啦!

上海粗炒味道非常之適中,又夠大碟

小籠包直程做到皮薄之餘,用筷子夾上去,唔會成個爛晒漏晒啲湯汁出嚟!一啖咬落去嘅時候小籠包入邊嘅湯汁,再加上新鮮嘅豬肉真係食到津津有味!

紅燒獅子頭,肥瘦肉適中之餘,仲要做到好Juicy,真係好後功夫

朋友生日,一行6人去慶祝,book咗7pm入座,我哋有5個人都未食過所以去試下。去到見室內擺枱好密,左邊一排有幾張2人獨立枱,中間一排係中size枱坐到6人,右邊大枱同最入一間房,可能地方唔大又想做多幾枱生意啦!造成都幾嘈。先叫咗3個冷盤,糖醋鱔、烤夫、燻魚,味道一般,糖醋鱔嚟到係熱辣辣嘅有d怪但脆口,燻魚同烤夫唔係太正宗,尤其烤夫切到好大件已經唔似前菜。主食叫咗雲吞雞湯、樟茶鴨(半隻)、賽螃蟹、炸子雞(半隻)、百葉紅燒肉、小籠包(6隻),正式上菜,雲吞雞湯係分好上,每人分得一碗,雲吞好的骰我分到一粒,其他人冇留意有冇分到,個雞唔知係咪淆咗好耐變得又霉又乾,菜唔係原棵切半上而係搣成一塊塊葉散上。最難食係個樟茶鴨,本身跟麵皮夾住食但件件有骨唔知點夾😓!齋食鴨又硬到好難咬,結果麵皮同鴨分開食,最慘係鴨肉冇咩味得個咸,唔知食咗乜☹️! 賽螃蟹又係冇味,落咗醋一樣吊唔出鮮味😓 ,百業紅燒肉個百業正常,紅燒肉唔算特別好食,唔夠琳,冇冰糖感,味道又係得個咸子完全唔送飯😣,小籠包有汁但味道一般,最出色都係個吊燒雞,皮脆肉鮮,懷疑佢哋得1個粵菜廚師係正常😂,最奇怪係上海菜居然有水煮魚同麻辣呢啲格格不入嘅
