香港糖水舖愈開愈多,大部分都係特色甜品糖水,反而舊式糖水舖買少見少🥺浩記甜品館就係其中一間於旺角鬧市創業32年的老店🏠店舖係老式館子格局,每次來到都會看著大雪櫃內一碗碗的冰凍糖水,步入店內就感受到香港歲月痕跡☺️以前中學時期常常來浩記吃粢飯作下午茶/飯後糖水😋 但今天回來,老闆已說多年沒有賣粢飯了🥺本土小吃在現今社會實在容易被淘汰🥺🥺 $26 蓮子桑寄生茶😋記得第一次來浩記選擇的就是桑寄生蓮子蛋茶,也是我人生第一次吃這款懷舊糖水😋 吃過一次後便回味無窮!試過在家中自家製,始終做不到浩記的適宜的甜度和軟而不爛的蓮子口感☺️不論熱食凍食都一樣好食😋😋蓮子分量又多,吃到最尾還可以吃到粉粉煮溶的蓮子碎🤤此口感只應天上有☺️今次宵夜食太飽,所以冇加到雞蛋食😋否則實加番粒蛋😋$30 木瓜燉雪耳☺️此甜品對女士而言能夠滋陰潤肺,維持肌膚幼嫩☺️糖水食落充滿膠質,唔會好稀,木瓜熟得黎有咬口,雪耳爽口🤤🤤🤤 甜度又剛剛好,每次食都係滿瀉,匙羹一放落去糖水就溢出😫😫😫次次都覺得浪費咗數滴精華😫要用口接番🤤 continue reading

平時食得多西式甜品嘅話,都會突然想食中式糖水懷舊吓☺️係旺角一條冇咩人嘅街搵度間中式糖水舖,入面好有八九十年代嘅感覺,好有細個同屋企人去食糖水嘅回憶☺️蛋白燉鮮奶 $27角落評分:🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑試咗碗凍嘅蛋白燉鮮奶,整得好滑又唔會好硬😋口感軟綿綿🥰入口唔會好重蛋味而鮮奶味都幾突出👍🏻椰汁紫米露加湯圓 $32($24+8)角落評分:🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑食中式糖水點可以唔加湯圓🥰而湯圓要加錢,就$4/粒同埋係芝麻湯圓嚟👍🏻紫米露可惜比較稀同唔夠甜😢椰汁味唔夠香,所以整體係普普通通🙂 continue reading

中式糖水其實都好難整得難食。同男友一個叫左芝麻糊一個叫腐竹蛋糖水。芝麻糊芝麻味好淡,只係得好大陣燶味。加湯丸逐粒計。4蚊粒。但裡面d 芝麻溶杰到好似辣醬咁。。腐竹蛋糖水一上枱已知中伏。全部大大塊未溶既腐竹,d 腐竹仲硬過譚仔。基本上只食到冰糖水味。仲要俾我發現碗野有蚊仔。即刻無哂胃口,半碗都未食就俾錢走。即使你好想食懷舊糖水都好,都強烈建議你唔好去呢間。呢間係一間無味道無心做既店。唔好消費香港人唔該。 continue reading

香港呢個物質富裕嘅社會有好多甜品店,但當中好多甜品店都係買啲好靚嘅甜品,要搵間專買傳統廣東糖水就買小見小。旺角嘅糖水鋪想搵間賣啲傳統野都難,所以呢間鋪係旺角生存到都係奇景。好多時我係旺角食完飯,睇完戲都會黎呢間鋪頭食碗糖水返屋企。影左幅相分享下今次食左嘅糖水。麥米粥,好足料,有花生有米,唔算太甜,食完之後都好飽,當宵夜都得。紫米露,都好足料,唔算太甜,食完都係飽肚。至於桑寄生蓮子蛋茶,我就唔食嘅,朋友話好夠未,粒蛋就普通蛋。總括黎講,啲糖水都好足料,唔會話太甜,其他糖水都好味,最緊要係旺角啊嘛。 continue reading
