因為3歲小朋友行街太餓所以五點半行入去餐廳詢問可唔可以咁早食 (因為成班員工團爐緊)佢地就叫我地坐低先啦緊係(全體繼續圍爐,但係其實都無答我問題)之後我就點菜,上菜都算快。其中一味粟米羹。上完菜後有一女店員係廚房好開心拎住粟米羹分俾其他同事食或者真係煮多左啦。反正3個人都食唔哂成個粟米羹就無深究當晚只有3 張台食飯,有一班人因為人數多所以坐開左。突然有位女聲劃破成場沉靜,"老鼠呀",而呢一刻我又真係見到米奇個影行過佢地張台。好彩....我就已經7成飽,正想加速走人之際點知另一小二又拎左碟前菜上黎,咁我當然唔要啦,因為都已經差唔多走人仲前乜鬼菜。到埋單,個寸寸哄收銀又話我地唔俾碟小菜個小二又要扣糧,又話係公司policy 夾住我地要俾。一來我無食,二來你公司要咩人找數其實與我無關。今時今日咁嘅POLICY 真係老土兼核突啦

我每星期都飲茶幾次,今日在尖沙咀入了間星期一至日都有下午茶的傳統酒樓。這間酒樓以做婚宴為主,所以裝修佈置華麗,入內要經過大門一條燈光明亮的走廊進內,感覺比較優雅貴氣。適逢今日有婚宴包場,所以飲茶地方間了另一空間。這裡的點心很多款式,除了傳統的,有些更加了一些新穎創意元素,很有新鮮感。我點了:-宮廷濃雞湯煲仔翅用了瓦煲碗上,湯料有魚翅和雞,湯底都幾濃郁。-金箔鮮味蝦餃-2粒一籠有2粒,蝦餃面上點了金箔,加添名貴感。-鮮蝦菜苗餃菜苗和鮮蝦配搭適中。-雪山焗叉燒包底部有煎脆了然後焗香,質感不會淋軟。-櫻花蝦銀羅脆趣腸用了櫻花蝦在腸粉面上,很特別。-薑汁糕薑汁味香濃。-芝麻煎堆仔即叫即炸出來,表面很香脆和多芝麻,內裡是黑芝麻蓉。

-薑汁糕
薑汁味香濃。

-芝麻煎堆仔
即叫即炸出來,表面很香脆和多芝麻,內裡是黑芝麻蓉。

之前疫情一直去開,貪佢無乜人。通關之後變左團餐飯堂,將啲街客塞埋一邊逼逼GIP。而且職員態度極差,尤其高高地戴眼鏡果個爆牙經理,串串共,唔知邊個先係客。重咩咩有位你就坐啦唔好係度揀位。我有大有細,想揀個唔係路口位,問多一句,都比人疾。食物方面正正常常,點心黎到都係熱既,好過稻X。不過佢專做團餐之後就唔會再黎了,因為真係好擾民,一大班人出出入入,好影響用餐體驗。而且啲職員咁既態度,比人買難受,不了。

講番啲嘢食先,入到黎先知原來佢係煌府旗下嘅。叫咗六樣嘢,啲嘢食呢係好食嘅。

蘿蔔糕,預左同出面一樣,都係少蘿蔔粉多,但係佢煎得好金黃。

灌湯餃個湯好飲,不太鹹。花膠好黏口。

小籠包好多汁不過個皮比較厚。

其他嘢都係正常嘅。
只係職員好冇禮貌扣晒分。

最近香港的疫情不斷好轉,但是通關無奇,在尖沙咀中港城,也變得冷冷清清,並沒有一如以往的旅客,但是吃東西一定要尋寶,經朋友介紹之下來到了這間大中小點同價的酒樓,嘗試一下,一個休閒的下午茶.酒樓環境佈置十分之明亮,座位舒適,枱之間的距離也十分之充足,符合現時疫情之下保持一個,合適的社交距離.這個雪山叉燒包十分之香脆水準十足.叉燒腸粉十分之香滑,腸粉皮充滿了米香味.蝦餃新鮮好味道.燒腩仔皮脆肥瘦分明,送飯之選.叉燒密味充足,也是小朋友的最愛.咖喱魷魚十分之爽口咖喱味十足.

收工經過尖沙咀廣東道的中港城,由於最近比較少食中菜,便和同事去到位於中港城2樓的海月宴會廳用餐。可能中港碼頭冇開,所以令到中港城的人流都比較少,而我們不用多等便可以入坐餐廳。首先我們點了一道小食金沙鮮魷脆魚皮,這道菜將兩款我們喜愛菜式合併為一,金沙鮮魷方面味道並不會太濃,金沙的脆皮包裹着新鮮爽口的魷魚肉,而脆炸魚皮方面,食得出並不是直接採用外間買回來的炸魚皮,而是餐廳新鮮炮製,那股油香滲透在炸魚皮之中,使我們識過後都大贊一絕。另一款小食便是蜜餞欖角骨,這款菜式選用了豬扒骨,所以吃起來肉的部份會比較多,應該是走過油的關係,做出外脆內軟的口感,外邊還淋上大量物質,令人吃起來非常開胃,而欖角亦充分發揮作用,獨特的味道亦能為豬肉解膩。我們還點了一款蔥爆砂薑滑雞煲,果然是傳統中菜餐廳,砂薑滑雞煲的火侯非常足,一開煲蓋大陣蔥香味撲鼻而來,而採用的雞件亦是骨小肉多,經過蔥蒜爆出來的雞件配白飯絕對一流。同場加映還有紅燒乳鴿一隻,$58 一隻的乳鴿亦是相當抵食。
