To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日我去海王漁港飲茶,本來好期待,但真係失望得好厲害。一入去就發現有小強係食客區走來走去,真係令我心情好差。職員雖然有試過捉小強,甚至將佢踢走,但個情況仍然持續,完全影響我用餐嘅心情。作為一間餐廳,衛生問題真係唔應該咁忽視。食物質素方面都只係普通,冇咩特別吸引我,但最重要係衛生問題,根本無法安心食嘢。坐喺度,時不時見到小強走過,實在好難集中精神去享受食物。即使食物味道尚可,但面對咁嘅環境,我根本無法放鬆心情。我希望海王漁港可以重視呢個問題,加強清潔同管理,改善衛生狀況。否則,咁樣只會令食客對餐廳失去信心。未來我都唔會再考慮返去,希望佢哋可以提供一個更好嘅用餐環境,讓大家可以安心享受美食。

補祝父親節,餐廳環境幾好,坐得舒服,啲菜嘅賣相唔錯,上菜速度亦好快。叫咗以下菜式:豬肚雞煲白切雞龍躉仔上湯澳洲龍蝦(伊麵底)西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌柚子蜜蝦球櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲咕嚕黑豚肉豬肚雞煲好足料,湯亦都好濃郁好味,但係啲雞肉唔知點解好煙靭難咬,好似橡筋咁拉到好長都抆唔斷,個感覺好奇怪。白切雞嘅情況同豬肚雞煲一樣,雞肉質地好奇怪,咬極都咬唔斷啲雞肉。柚子蜜蝦球值得推薦,柚子汁調得好好味,蝦球亦炸得卜卜脆,撈埋一齊食一流。上湯澳洲龍蝦(伊麵底),龍蝦好大隻,多肉而且肉質實淨,好有咬口。咕嚕黑豚肉甜甜酸酸好味道,不過啲肉炸得過左火,有少少太乾。櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲好惹味,粉絲乾身撈埋櫻花蝦一齊食,非常好味!

父親節果日,我哋一行十多人去咗呢度慶祝,訂咗個敬父宴訂枱但都等咗一陣先有枱,不過我發現節日期間去嘅咁多間酒樓都有呢個問題,可能係酒樓嘅特色😅食物方面個12人餐其實連埋湯都有9款,送兩支啤酒,除了乳豬仔,燒雞同蟠桃包其他都係海鮮類,每款味道仲幾好添😋而且食落都新鮮喎,蒸魚就細條咗啲🤪唔夠分,佳節大蟠桃包估唔到咁大個,而且有奶皇(食落應該係有加入鹹蛋黃)同蓮蓉兩款喺度,包控表示好中意😆😋不過家中比較小嘅成員似乎比較愛叉燒飯,叉燒包,燒賣,尖堆呢啲點心🤪最後仲加一客焗雪山叉燒包添,正係好味嘅不過套餐唔係全包要另外再比茶位😛如果淨計食物質素我覺得係可以返轉頭的😉服務方面就有啲參差,見現場都好似比較缺人🙈

這裏的下午茶特別平大中小點都是小點價錢 甚至有些精選點心比少點更優惠所以我哋一家人平日都好鍾意揀呢個時段過嚟飲茶,攞到個下晝假的話多啲陪下老人家雖然係平日,但係都好多人等位我今日都等咗成15-20分鐘先入到溫馨提示-等位嘅時候可以問定知客姐姐攞定張點心紙點定先,咁一入到場可以即刻落單沙嗲金錢肚 牛肚好入味 有薯仔墊底蒜蓉蒸排骨 排骨好腍好入味釀尖椒釀茄子雙拼啱曬心多多的我沙薑雞腳大隻肉厚一定要點埋沙薑食香茜鯛魚粉卷 魚片係脆肉鯇 好有香茜牛肉腸 雪山叉燒包 好似菠蘿包滿滿的叉燒南瓜芋絲餅 煎得好香口臘味蘿蔔糕 食得到一條條蘿蔔絲 好足料皮蛋瘦肉粥粥底棉密

新年後親戚聚餐,揀咗近長輩嘅新都城二期海港,一行九大人兩小朋友,點咗個價錢實惠嘅全包宴,另外加多三個小菜,價錢合理都幾大碟,味道正常,不過人手不足。鴻運脆皮王子豬,新鮮而且燒得幾好。上湯焗蝦球麵(選用萊茵衣藻麵),唔錯,有少少似闊身嘅粗麵。發財好事瑤柱脯,瑤柱同蠔豉都幾大粒。泰式炸蝦餅。竹笙海皇燴燕窩,完全唔知有燕窩,我以為係普通湯羹。西蘭花炒帶子珊瑚蚌。欖豉醬蒸蝴蝶龍躉斑,某啲部份好鞋。海港燒鵝皇(半隻),好肥美,好味。歡樂大蟠桃(12隻),有奶黃同芋泥,無味。另加小菜:豉椒炒蜆炸豆腐。胡椒豬肚雞。
