整個星期六都待在家悶得發瘋,剛巧有朋友至電相約飯聚,於是就應約到位於油麻地的「滿江紅小甜甜」。今晚人流不多,大家懂的。茗茶$8/位,點了我喜歡的菊花茶。《川芎白芷天麻燉魚頭燉湯 $62》很大盅是二人份,燉魚頭大頭,湯比較淡,帶點藥材香。《鮮茄野生魚鍋 $128/小鍋》可辣可不辣, 我們點了不辣。湯底病番茄,味酸甜開胃,野生魚嫩滑,份量又多,十分暖胃。《薑蔥魚卜 $82》十分讚!魚卜爽而不韌,爆得入味香濃,份量又多,很惹味,下飯一流。《蒜蓉蒸勝瓜 $68》清清的點了這款菜,蒜香撲鼻,勝瓜清生。

擔擔麵也很大碗,用上類似陽春麵的麵條,但是更加粗一點,所以掛湯力比粗麵好。一上桌就看見一層辣油,所以不能吃辣的朋友要量力而為。其他香港的中菜餐廳的擔擔麵會比較重花生味,這裡偏重辣味,比較貼近四川地道的口味。

來到川菜館,第一感覺就係老闆娘超熱情😍告訴我們大部分的食材都是在自家農場運來的,有機蔬菜當然健康d。👍🏻川菜館不嬲出名食辣,但這裡有個好處就係重有好多不同類的菜餚。😍就算好似我有不太食辣的朋友都唔緊要👏🏻👏🏻第一個選擇又可以飲又有得食的湯類食物#1.砂鍋雲吞雞一上檯面熱氣騰騰,而奶白色的雞湯是由於經過左長時間熬製而成的,再加上鮮甜的小白菜一起煲。雞肉煮得剛剛好,肉質細嫩,湯口既清甜又好喝,沾小小醬油可以更香。椒鹽軟殼蟹炸粉不太厚, 酥脆而又甘香有點似避風塘口味😋另一個特別食法是沾著獨特的甜酸醬一齊食,都幾開胃✌️菜單多款水果口味飲品

晚餐都係食中菜好,想食樟茶鴨和喝湯,就去了小甜甜,價格經濟實惠,食物也是蠻地道的。茗茶$8/位,醃菜不收費。生煎菜肉包($28)包底脆口,肉餡也很香,錯。涼拌土豆絲($45)爽脆酸辣,很開胃。回鍋肉($58)放了不少蔥、芹菜、青紅椒、洋蔥、豆豉炒,小辣都惹味非常,很好送飯。清炒萵筍絲($48)口感清新,健康之選。樟茶鴨($108/半隻)要等15mins,所以先order,是值得的!樟茶鴨色澤金紅,帶煙燻香,皮脆肉嫩,也多肉,又入味,很有質素。川芎白芷天麻燉魚頭($62)可以驅寒止頭痛,都幾大盅,可以2-3人 share,燉得夠火喉,有陣陣藥材味,好味。
