天氣涼涼地,又係時候食辣野刺激下。連個前菜大豆芽都係辣㗎!川北涼粉,涼粉一睇就知係人手製,粗幼不一,但係質感唔會好粉👍🏻口水雞,少少麻,少少辣,雞肉仲好嫩滑👍🏻紅油抄手,呢個辣同口水雞唔同,多左陣醋既酸味。個人比較鍾意口水雞既麻辣多啲。原味焗蜆,差唔多見到每一枱都有嗌!成盤黎到侍應先界開個錫紙,啲香味湧出黎👍🏻食落去好鮮甜,唔算多沙👍🏻上湯浸菜芯,菜就唔駛要辣啦😂不過唔知係咪食咗啲辣野,啲菜好似特別甜咁🤔蛋白杏仁茶,即叫即整,廿分鐘就得,好香杏仁味,仲有啲解辣既感覺,潤番個人🤗
