新蒲崗潮食之選,粉麵飯以外仲有潮州手工菜,係真係超精緻既手工菜!方魚肉碎粥以方魚乾做湯底,加入蚵仔,米飯無油少鹽,每一口也是純純的方魚香味超好吃的! 冬天吃一大碗,肚子暖暖飽飽的也不會胖!正宗潮汕風味!脆炸牛奶卷外皮黃金酥脆,內餡是濃郁的牛奶香氣。入口酥脆,層次感十足,而且不會太油膩。香脆而甜度適中 一口一口,回味無窮!椒鹽竹炭豆腐雖然外表像黑炭那樣, 不過吃起來比普通的豆腐來得更香!上面灑上矜貴的金箔和蒜蓉粒,簡單卻堪稱經典。 continue reading
