星期日約了朋友到商場購物,購物前,我們先去醫肚,今次來到「潮盛館」,品嚐一下潮洲菜。餐廳裝修簡約,坐位不算太多。假日午餐時候,已坐滿客人,很熱鬧。😋是日選擇:1️⃣鵝片拼墨魚🍽鵝肉的味道較為濃郁,鵝片的質地柔軟,咬下去時肉汁四溢。墨魚鮮嫩,彈牙,再沾上醬汁,味道更出眾。2️⃣沙薑雞飯拼鵝肝🔸蘋果綠茶(跟餐)🍽份量多,陣陣沙薑香氣,雞肉肉質鮮嫩,很入味。鵝肝質地滑順,細膩。而米飯吸收了雞肉、鵝肝、醬汁的味道,令整道菜更美味。
