To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日上朋友屋企食飯,佢叫我去街市幫佢買D調味料,行到入去,見原來都幾多野食,買完要買既野,又未夠鐘上去,無理由唔搵個地方坐吓阿見到哩間店有我的最愛之一蠔餅,就咁就被吸引左入去啦~蠔餅麻麻地,唔脆既口感似食既餅干咁~炸坑腩河粉哩個有驚喜D坑腩夠淋,被薄薄既脆漿包住,點埋D甜酸汁,真係好好食阿

店舖位處寶琳街市內,所以食客大多都喺附近嘅街坊,下午兩點幾入到去,每枱都有食客,睇黎生意都算唔錯!店舖名稱有個潮字,一睇都知喺食潮州嘢,睇餐牌果然喺,除咗潮州粉麵之外,還有打冷及小菜套餐。今次叫咗碗牛雜麵同牛腩麵,諗住想加碟油菜 ,但見餐牌寫要加23元,當堂嚇咗一跳,似乎太貴了,即刻打消咗念頭!牛什麵牛什份量都算多,湯底就唔喺好夠味,麵底就唔喺生麵,感覺喺全蛋麵,所以好一般,除咗牛腸炆得唔夠淋之外,其他如牛肺、金錢肚、牛膀同牛肚都夠淋。牛腩麵嘅牛腩份量唔喺好多,牛腩有好多肥膏但都夠淋同有牛肉味!

普普通通嘅餐廳,食物一啲都唔普通。1)炸牛坑腩,皮脆肉冧又入味。2)蠔仔餅,脆得嚟又唔會太油膩。3)蔥爆牛肉,牛肉厚切又多汁,一啲都唔韌。大大碟,價錢又合理,適合一家人。

好耐冇食過蠔餅,喺網上搵到呢間,既然係屋企附近,不如去試一試。就算冒着生命危險經過強制檢測嘅新都城,都要闖一闖...小店位於街市入面,但環境比想像中企理,坐得都幾舒服。我哋叫咗一個炸蠔餅同炒麵share。蠔餅一上到黎,心諗: 好似好好味喎! 正當我流晒口水,開始分嚟食,老闆娘就過嚟話呢個蠔餅唔得,整過份俾你。佢即刻收咗份蠔餅,然後我地十個黑人問號,食咗咁多年,蠔餅都係咁樣,究竟係咩唔得呢。謎底終於解開,原來真正嘅蠔餅應該係咁嘅樣。顏色都爭幾遠,難怪老闆娘一睇就話唔得。原來我食咁多年嘅蠔餅,都係overcook。食落去非常鬆脆,有少少似日本天婦羅嘅感覺,蠔亦非常新鮮同足料, 完全超晒班。本來諗住兩樣嘢應該唔夠飽,點知蠔餅夠晒飽肚,非常滿足。應該唔會再去北角嗰間潮XX啦。本身跟餐得一杯奶茶,個哥仔見我哋個蠔餅要再炸過,等耐左,送多咗杯奶茶俾我哋,埋單仲有九折。 個種人情味,同溫暖,同對食物質素嘅堅持,差不多要流淚了。呢度嘅蠔餅,應該係我一生人食過最好食。下次想食,一定會再嚟!

自將軍澳寶琳街市重新裝修,在一角的平民飯堂,有不同飯麵至小炒打冷,最適合麻甩的我,偶然會小炒加啤酒。小店經營質素不錯,有時晚飯懶煮,又或者唔知想食什麼。都會來這裡。如果送酒菜餚:炸牛坑腩、雞煲、硯仔炒肉碎,都是經常翻炒。又或者牛筋飯都係吾家至愛。我和娘都喜歡食牛筋,很難得在這區發現。小店經營,默默地做,低調高手,價錢實恵。街坊或跨區都可以支持一下。無論外賣堂食都是不錯的選擇,放鬆心情吹吹水的平民飯堂。
