今次黎到瀧宴食晚餐,一入到門口已經feel到呢度嘅氣派。餐廳裝修好有格調,啲燈光同埋佈置都好講究,最正係可以睇到大廚喺鐵板燒區即場表演套餐由前菜開始已經好出色,白子滑如豆腐花,火炙吞拿魚個外層燒到香香地,入口即溶,配埋海膽醬嘅大蝦更加突出咗海鮮嘅鮮甜刺身拼盤新鮮到爆,特別係拖羅肥美得嚟又唔會覺得漏,秋刀魚同依咗目都係時令嘅精選,個個都肉質爽彈。海帶蜆肉湯就清甜開胃,飲完感覺特別舒服。香草牛油帆立貝燒得外脆內嫩,蘸埋牛油香草醬真係絕配。原隻澳洲鮑魚嫩滑得黎又夠彈牙,個醬汁香濃惹味。鵝肝係我至愛,外皮煎到金黃酥脆,裡面仲係半熟狀態,配埋自家製醬汁,醬汁酸甜適中,完全中和咗鵝肝嘅漏膩。宮崎和牛就更加冇得頂,油花分佈均勻,個大廚火候控制得好好,煎到外面微微焦香,入面仲保持粉紅色最後嘅蟹肉炒飯香噴噴,飯粒粒粒分明,蒜香同埋蟹肉嘅鮮味完美配合。炒什菜爽口清新,平衡返成餐嘅豐富。最後嘅柚子雪糕酸甜清新,幫你將成個味蕾reset返。呢餐嘅精緻程度同用料都幾高級,雖然價錢唔平,但係絕對值得,特別啲服務都做得好好,想食靚嘢慶祝或者同重要人物見面都啱曬! continue reading

銅鑼灣糖街Sugar+商廈落成一年,樓齡十分新,裡面有數間高級餐廳,自己中意食鐵板燒,今次就試咗瀧宴日本料理。自家製醬汁煮南非鮑魚自家製醬汁味道有少少辣,南非鮑魚質感軟腍,醬汁都令鮑魚好入味。季節刺身三款刺身有鯖魚,伊佐木,拖羅,鯖魚同伊佐木魚味濃郁,拖羅魚質肥美。金鎗魚腩手卷 同平時食開手卷吾同,師傅用上醉蔥餅代替紫菜,而且事先師傅已調味,金鎗魚腩蓉有入口即溶感。海鮮茶碗蒸茶碗蒸估唔到幾有驚喜,裏面有大量蟹肉,食材好新鮮,蛋味香濃。季節吸物大蜆湯蜆肉新鮮冇沙,湯品清潤,味道自然。野生生猛龍蝦龍蝦配以日本綠茶粉,味道比一般龍蝦清新。龍蝦肉爽口清甜,蝦膏味道令人難忘。香煎鵝肝伴自家制醬汁煎鵝肝做到吾腥,油脂豐富,自家製醬汁香甜。美國頂級牛柳有厚燒同薄燒,厚燒相對口感豐富,薄燒薄薄的一層亦品嚐到淡淡牛肉味。煙肉香蒜炒飯炒飯粒粒分明,加上煙肉粒令香氣更提升。是日精選甜品白桃啫喱清新解膩。 continue reading

最近工作壓力太大,今日俾自己放縱吓,放一日假抖抖,今日晏畫行經銅鑼灣,記得曾經mark低過一間好想試嘅日本鐵板燒就在銅鑼灣糖街,於是走去試吓呢間嘅午餐先。一入到呢間餐廳,俾佢個無敵兼居高臨下嘅景色吸引住對眼球👀,可以望到全維港景色兼整個維園景,淨係個景已經加晒分喇。今日試食咗個$488午餐,足足有9道菜,呢個價錢極為吸引。➰ 季節前菜 (煙燻吞拿魚沙律)兩件厚厚兼肥美嘅吞拿魚刺身,既有濃濃嘅煙熏味,再配以師傅自家製嘅蒜蓉醬,同埋同埋炒製過嘅紫洋蔥,提升咗口感層次,使到味道更加豐富。➰ 季節刺身二款 (深海池魚+吞拿魚赤身)深海池魚肉质鲜嫩,口感细腻,而吞拿魚赤身則带有淡淡的油脂香。➰ 精選壽司2款 (伊佐木壽司 + 鯛魚壽司)伊佐木壽司口感細膩,魚味濃郁,帶有魚油的芳香,滑而不膩。而黑松露鯛魚壽司同樣係肉質滑嫩,加埋黑松露的香氣嘅融合,口感極為豐富,層次分明。➰ 香煎法國鵝肝師傅把鵝肝煎到外焦里嫩,口感细腻,油而不腻,搭配埋意大利陳醋汁的酸甜,能中和鵝肝嘅油膩感,再加埋師傅特別醃製過嘅日本黑豆,口感甜甜哋,更可解膩。➰ 香草牛油帆立貝師傅用少許牛油把帆立貝煎香,肉質夠鮮嫩,口感好Q彈,再配以師傅特製嘅海苔汁,而海苔汁嘅味道令到整體口感更加爽口。➰ 野生大虎蝦師傅用牛油把沙巴大虎蝦煎到好香口,而蝦肉夠曬鮮甜味美,蝦頭好香脆兼好多蝦膏,牛油味又夠香濃。➰ 美國頂級牛肉師傳選用咗頂級美國牛柳,把牛柳煎到5成熟,肉質夠晒彈牙多汁,重有好香嘅牛肉味添,再配以師傅自己炸嘅蒜片,再加埋岩鹽,簡直好味到難以形容。➰ 鐵板炒飯配海帶麵豉湯呢個炒飯好多配料,包括有櫻花蝦、蔥粒、蒜粒、蛋等等,師傅把飯炒到好香,而且夠乾身兼粒粒分明,食落口感好豐富。而海帶麵豉湯夠晒熱,兼料子十足。➰ 炒雜菜師傅用咗芽菜、椰菜、青蔥同埋紫洋蔥嚟炒,再撈埋師傅自家製嘅蒜蓉醬嚟食,夠晒香口兼惹味。 continue reading

今晚特別來到銅鑼灣,為慶祝而選擇咗這間網上評價超高的餐廳,果然冇失望!餐廳擁有靚靚的維港景色,氣氛優雅,而佢最近推出嘅$880特選和牛套餐更係吸引。餐點由自家製醬汁南非鮑魚開始,口感爽彈,令人開胃。隨後上咗季節刺身,包括池魚、章魚同埋藍鯨吞拿魚,每一片都新鮮滿足。接著是金䱽魚腩手卷,廚師特別用脆餅來代替紫菜,咬落去脆脆的,搭配味道極佳,還有楓葉的裝飾,打卡able。熱菜方面,佢嘅海鮮茶碗蒸滑溜,之後上咗一碗清甜嘅蜆湯,味道清甜,中和咗之前嘅味道,等味蕾迎接主菜嘅衝擊。主菜方面,我哋見到廚師喺水缸中直接捉左啲龍蝦出黎,保證新鮮。搭配咗海膽醬,龍蝦肉質爽彈,啖啖肉,好味。接下來的香煎鵝肝則非常香口,鵝肝味道濃郁。然後就係香煎日本宮崎和牛,油脂分布均勻,咬下去每一口都充滿油香。食完肉之後,廚師安排咗煙肉蒜香炒飯。炒飯粒粒分明,包滿蛋漿。最後,亦有均衡飲食的炒芽菜,為整餐增添一點清新感。甜品方面,我哋試咗提子味嘅蒟蒻啫喱,清爽又不會太甜,為這頓豐盛的晚餐畫上完美的句號。整體而言,呢間餐廳無論係食物定係環境都非常出色,特選和牛套餐真係值得一試!服務態度亦都好好,侍應會不斷斟茶,確保客人會keep住飲到暖茶,亦都會細心介紹每一道餸。 continue reading

日本體驗過鐵板燒人均一千都係得主菜一塊牛扒,幾鍾意香港鐵板燒套餐組合豐富啲,由魚生開始去到海鮮同牛都有齊,感覺開心好多。自家製醬汁煮南非鮑魚好入味,柔軟有彈性,加少少京蔥絲好香。池魚、鯛魚同吞拿魚新鮮厚切,作為前菜水準好高。金鎗魚腩手卷估唔到係放左係最中餅上面,一咬唇上就沾滿咗淡雪鹽,混合幼滑嘅吞拿魚蓉同鬆脆嘅餅底,口感同味道都好豐富。海鮮茶碗蒸水潤嫩滑,大量蟹肉令成個茶碗蒸好鮮。季節吸物好清甜,大蜆大隻飽滿,清一清味蕾。野生生猛龍蝦見住佢由水缸撈出嚟生劏,新鮮到不得了,鮮甜幼嫩。 師傅仲將蝦膏炒成醬汁,龍蝦肉沾上天然甘香嘅蝦油,每一啖都好珍而重之。香煎鵝肝可以話係我近年食過最好食嘅煎鵝肝,完全唔會過火或者有粉感,幼滑creamy,醬汁都恰到好處唔會太酸。美國頂級牛柳可以一次過試晒薄燒同厚燒,各有千秋。 牛肉薄燒包住大量香蔥同炸蒜好香口,厚燒加少少黑椒同炸蒜提味,牛味好濃。煙肉香蒜炒飯鑊氣十足,蛋香、煙肉、炸蔥同香蔥嘅香氣交融,簡單美味。 continue reading
