日前行經紅磡…呢邊略為有些少名氣的朱x記和街市熟食中心都食个!今次走到崇潔街…一間小菜王…晚市七点鐘…見爆哂場!就選了這間…需然等了30分鍾…但食完餐飯後係物超所值的!夠碟頭…味道不錯…環境沒突別裝修但有排擋熱鬧氣場…和諧感觉怖滿全場!食物質素中上級吧…俾起一般菜館有風味…店內相片並不是街邊只供參考…小菜上枱發現同牆身相片几乎一樣…不同出面餐廰!與實物不符…值得讚!!!完全食得出用心制作的!叫左个椒鹽鲜尤九肚双拼…脆口新鮮…碟九肚食到尾一樣脆口$168…燉湯五指毛桃杜仲牛大力…火口夠 ~足料!味道好清香…滿意~另外一个銀杏什菜窩!湯底靚!但唯缺点太大窩…我們二人吃不完!有点浪費了!但見枱枱都叫!確實係夠份量既!下次会拉更多朋友來吃!希望你們加油!客似雲來… continue reading

真係要大大力推介呢一間小炒店!每次嚟到呢度,都可以食到地道小菜!平時都會同朋友仔一齊出去土瓜環食呢間小炒店,性價比高,大份又好食。而且老闆娘好nice,仲推薦咗好多好餸比我哋食!佢哋用心選料製作,而且海鮮都係好新鮮!今次就帶屋企人一齊去食飯,同埋每次去到呢間小炒店都坐滿食客,所以提早經電話book枱+落定單!因為有老人家係度,都可以叫佢哋少油同特製,仲可以另外點一啲額外嘅菜式,佢哋都可以幫手預先準備,非常貼心!同埋上菜都上得好快,比我哋可以襯熱食!五指毛桃螺頭燉雞腳湯 天氣咁凍,嚟一碗熱辣辣嘅湯就啱晒喇!份量十足,有好多螺頭同雞腳係入面,味道非常鮮甜,滋陰養顏、生津止咳、清肝明目、健脾補肺,好適合秋冬天飲!豆鍋枝竹火腩大鱔煲 (特製)呢個煲其實係集合咗我同朋友鐘意食嘅餸去整,紅燒豆腐先煎後燒,非常入味、口感滑嫩,仲有醬汁鹹配埋火腩同大鱔,味道一流,大鱔非常鮮甜又爽口,有興趣可以試下點呢個煲,但要提早預先落訂!上湯雜菜煲 (特製)未見咁大份嘅雜菜煲,入面蔬菜種類非常多,超有誠意,好啱素食者/健康人士食!花甲蒸蛋廚房精心製作,精美擺盤,非常有賣相。呢一種蒸法,可以令到啲花甲嘅精華及鮮味,同水蛋融合為一體,餸飯一流。椒鹽九肚魚一道好惹味嘅小菜,表皮酥脆可口,魚肉新鮮嫩滑,多重口感,正!雜果沙拉骨金沙骨外皮香脆又有咬口,再用上雜果、沙律醬將嘅香味再搭配上金沙骨,味道更滋味!金薯牛柳粒必點菜式!炸至金黃色嘅薯仔,香脆可口,外脆內軟,仲有微辣嘅牛柳粒,加埋醬汁好惹味!😋 continue reading

一坐底個肥呀姐新就一輪嘴推介佢啲湯呀海鮮呀好扯下,見其他食評話花甲水蛋ok,又有小朋友啱食,於是就叫,見餐牌無呢款價錢覺得怪怪地,原來埋單要成$288一碟,咁嘅價錢唔會叫啦,自己喺屋企都整到啦。另一樣就係明明落單同佢講要羊腩煲例牌$238,埋單又夾硬話係細煲黎嘅,要收$288,咁同搶錢有咩分別。另外叫左椒鹽鮮魷,豉汁蒸鱔,正正常常無特別,但全部百五蚊碟起,對唔對得住個價錢就見人見智啦。全部野都幾油下,仲話支持小店,咁呃錢法點支持呀! continue reading
