有一次放工真的非常想吃叉燒,放工做做完gym便開始找尋家附近有的叉燒飯、可惜沒有太多選擇,本來家人告訴我原來附近真的有一間燒味店,而且這間燒味店有很多人排隊呢,一向我都相信人潮就是美食的指標,有人排隊代表這間店應該還不錯吧!然後我便買了一個單拼的叉燒飯,$27,後來看了看餐單,有燒雞髀需要加$20,貪心的我便加了!說了這個飯還會附送一包檸檬茶!回到家後急不及待打開飯盒,大大的燒雞髀令這盒飯生色不少,右上角還有慷慨的薑蔥蓉,燒雞髀的下面是滿滿的叉燒,不得不說這盒飯真的非常豐富,對於一個剛剛做完gym的人來說,是何其的吸引!只可惜的是燒雞髀肉質偏鞋,味道不突出,只可算是不過不失。半肥瘦叉燒,肥的部份基本都咬不斷,蜜糖味欠缺,完全吃不出叉燒的獨特味道,一心抱著吃叉燒的我,可算是有點失望。唯獨慷慨的薑蔥蓉,帶着兩條憐憫的菜心和滿滿的白飯可以接受。這一餐很飽,但心靈不滿足,你們明白嗎?

回到家後急不及待打開飯盒,大大的燒雞髀令這盒飯生色不少,右上角還有慷慨的薑蔥蓉,燒雞髀的下面是滿滿的叉燒,不得不說這盒飯真的非常豐富,對於一個剛剛做完gym的人來說,是何其的吸引!

只可惜的是燒雞髀肉質偏鞋,味道不突出,只可算是不過不失。

半肥瘦叉燒,肥的部份基本都咬不斷,蜜糖味欠缺,完全吃不出叉燒的獨特味道,一心抱著吃叉燒的我,可算是有點失望。

唯獨慷慨的薑蔥蓉,帶着兩條憐憫的菜心和滿滿的白飯可以接受。

這一餐很飽,但心靈不滿足,你們明白嗎?

記得中學時候,燒味店好盛行,舊式街市一定有一間係入面,但經過時代變遷,燒味鋪買少見少,而我都愈來愈少食到好食既飯盒,但前幾日去到太子,諗住去朋友屋企玩時,佢話買燒味飯去食,咁我咪一齊,叫左叉燒燒鴨,真係好耐無食,一打開個飯已經聞到好香薑蓉味,個飯盒比較矮,睇落唔算好多飯,但燒味就有好多舊!計落應該差唔多10舊😱,叉燒夠林,燒鴨又啖啖肉,雖然飯睇落少,但食完都好飽好滿足😋如果講好好食,佢又唔算係,但20幾蚊有個雙拼飯,已經心足了😁

經過太子嘅呢間燒味家族,比一般嘅燒味舖黎得新派同乾淨,一眼就睇到呢個燒排骨好似幾抵食,$48一條骨,如果去意x屋果啲唔係$188就$198,相比起真係幾抵食另外就係燒腩仔$38一條,睇落就好似好好味,所以買左一條返屋企加送返到去肥妹女人急不及待打開個盒,明正言順咁偷左一條燒排骨黎食,跟手比左啖我咬,話我同佢係共犯喎排骨肉質不至於好稔,有啲咬口,加埋舖頭有啲燒汁,咁嘅價錢,同意x屋果啲有得揮燒腩仔喺長途車程下,有啲凍左,不過表皮仍有啲脆口,相信新鮮食一定好好味,而佢嘅肉同肥膏分佈均勻,送飯一流下次買埋個燒豬脾試下先

至於盒黑糖滷味拼盆,一盒分成三格,入面就放有雞翼、豬頸肉和雞腎。翻查網上資料得知,原來個滷水汁是用了日本琉球進口的黑糖,加上甘草、花椒、茴香等廿幾種香料炮製;唔怪得吃時,覺得滷水汁的味道帶微微焦香。幾款滷味之中,個人最喜愛就是雞翼同豬頸肉,前者雞翼 size 雖然唔算十分大隻,但好味在吃起來整隻都滿是滷水的香味;而後者豬頸肉,除了滷得入味之餘,入口更濃淡適中,咬下啖啖肉。下次路過,一於買隻蒜香燒春雞試吓先得。

上星期六在聯合行完街後, 便去了附近的燒味家族買外賣, 晚餐加餸.見到滷味的顏色咁深色,原來是用了黑糖塊與多種香料而成. 覺得幾特別, 決定試一試.最後買了滷味拼盤和燒豬手返屋企.滷味拼盤不同選擇, 我選了牛肚, 鴨腎和雞翼.而燒豬手仲係熱辣辣,一路返屋企途中也聞到香味.返到屋企, 第一時間打開燒豬手.外表已經好吸引, 仍然保持暖.由食店返到屋企車程大約大半個小時, 豬手皮仍然夠薄夠脆卜卜, 口感好似食薯片.而豬手肉質尚算腍身, 仲帶有咸香味, 與飯一齊食係最佳拍檔.另外, 附有醬汁.不論單食或是點醬, 兩種感覺不同, 各有各好食.剩下的豬手骨就用來滾菜湯飲.份量都幾多, 一餐當然食不完, 我就拎了部份留待第二日帶飯時食.第二日返公司食,因我是用水蒸飯, 豬手肉質仲鬆軟咗, 這樣食法口感又唔同咗.而滷味拼盤, 初初見到色素咁深, 以為好咸, 但入口味道又不錯.牛肚, 腎和雞翼三款滷味當中, 我自己最鍾意食腎, 有點咬口. 而雞翼有四隻, 都幾飽滿, 味道就正常.牛肚對於我來講就較為硬身了一點, 唔夠腍身, 否則會更好食.下次有機會要試下其他的燒味.

而燒豬手仲係熱辣辣,
一路返屋企途中也聞到香味.

不論單食或是點醬, 兩種感覺不同, 各有各好食.

剩下的豬手骨就用來滾菜湯飲.

份量都幾多, 一餐當然食不完, 我就拎了部份留待第二日帶飯時食.

第二日返公司食,因我是用水蒸飯, 豬手肉質仲鬆軟咗, 這樣食法口感又唔同咗.

而滷味拼盤, 初初見到色素咁深, 以為好咸, 但入口味道又不錯.

繼上一趟試過這裡的燒腩仔及叉燒以後,相隔多時再斬多四兩,重臨再來試一下她的另兩道招牌嘢 ---- 黑糖鹵味以及燒豬手....平時正常的潮式鹵水就食得多,但加上了日本黑糖作調味的,印象中就好像從未嚐過....這裡鹵汁的材料都是用上大路的甘草、花椒及茴香等熬煑,特別就在於下了黑糖進去。看上去色澤沉厚油份不多,嗒下去則不見死鹹帶輕輕的甜味之餘滿有熬弄香料時滲出來的清香。以此鹵汁沉煑出來的,就算下甚麼食材落去鹵浸都是相當的滋味....個人最欣賞的是雞翼。儘管用的當然是雪藏貨色,但食起來入味之外肉又不會被浸到茸茸爛爛的;其次腎及豬頸肉的質地爽爽脆脆的同皆不俗....更令人有驚喜的是這只燒豬手....皮厚身而脆啪啪這是一定的;皮與肉之間還藏有一層薄薄的半透明脂肪,入口膠質極重而味又豐腴;更難能可貴是瘦肉軟熟不嚡且仍存肉汁口感滑潤。平常吃類似的燒豬手時總只是吃皮不吃肉的習慣,此時就要改改了....一眾人對豬手的那個滲了wasabi口味的沙律醬也存在著一份的大愛。吃到了最後,不單是豬手肉醮它,就連家中的其他菜亦忍不住每一口也醮了一點來吃....非常出色的鹵味加上燒豬手,這一頓飯就頓感完滿了....
