Was on my way home and passed by A Better Tomorrow, a restaurant with freshly made siu mei hanging in their front windows with meat juice dripping. Exactly what I wanted after a long day!Soup of the day was a classic carrot pork bone soup. Roasted Suckling Pig had a layer of crackling skin, melting fat and succulent meat which tasted a bit gamey. Savory bones.Poached Chicken was cooked to the right point. The chicken thigh was slightly pinkish. Smooth and tender meat. Delicately marinated.Roasted Goose Leg, as the most coveted part of the goose, was covered in a beautiful glaze. The marinade wasn't too strong which didn't overwhelm the goose flavor.
