食物只揀了最簡單,最吸滷汁的食材:豆卜和蘿白。豆卜是那種比較硬身的炸豆腐,口感有點爽脆,稍為浸完滷汁後鬆鬆軟軟;蘿白煮得不夠時間,較為硬身而且多渣,這個真的有點失望,然而蘿白算是清甜的,拿回一分。這裡的滷汁是帶點甜、有少許中藥材香味的鹹滷汁,不是單純的廣東式鹹滷汁。衛生因之前看到有開飯友說衛生問題,特意留意過,未知是否因太多Order的關係,有時店員手忙腳亂的情況下,還是會邊處理熟食又邊去夾生的食物。雖然熱湯槽是高溫的,但同一時間烹煮生熟食物還是有機會交叉感染。服務速食店的關係,沒有甚麼服務,快來快去,就是人太多需要等一段時間。總結以為是由外地進軍香港的過江龍會很厲害,朋友也在推薦,可是仍是如定律一樣,有驚無喜,惟定價算是進取,也有獨門滷汁秘方吸引眾人。希望店家能從食材與衛生方面多加著手,不然一粒老鼠屎弄壞了一鍋粥就得不償失了。

衛生
因之前看到有開飯友說衛生問題,特意留意過,未知是否因太多Order的關係,有時店員手忙腳亂的情況下,還是會邊處理熟食又邊去夾生的食物。雖然熱湯槽是高溫的,但同一時間烹煮生熟食物還是有機會交叉感染。

速食店的關係,沒有甚麼服務,快來快去,就是人太多需要等一段時間。

總結
以為是由外地進軍香港的過江龍會很厲害,朋友也在推薦,可是仍是如定律一樣,有驚無喜,惟定價算是進取,也有獨門滷汁秘方吸引眾人。希望店家能從食材與衛生方面多加著手,不然一粒老鼠屎弄壞了一鍋粥就得不償失了。

Had to wait bloody ages because the woman who was cooking the food was on the bloody phone.There was a total mix up with orders!Basically you choose what you want with rice.I hate the rice because it was Japanese pearl rice which is hard and heavy.Finally tried the Taiwanese blood sausage and taro thing and they were was sweet so I didn't like it.The tofu fared better and the chicken gizzard was not soft enough.

Basically you choose what you want with rice.
I hate the rice because it was Japanese pearl rice which is hard and heavy.
Finally tried the Taiwanese blood sausage and taro thing and they were was sweet so I didn't like it.

相信大家去台灣的時候必會留意到一種名物滷味......記得每次去不同的地區都會經營著滷味店,次次都會大買特買的吃餐飽。今日竟然比我係香港見到類似的滷味店,而且放在凍櫃內感覺還要乾淨。 跟台灣一樣自行選取所要的食物之後按重量計算,當然比起台灣可說是貴了少許,但種類卻不算太少。最後要了6種食物也要$50+ 之多,之後店員也是跟台灣一樣放在滷味汁內煮一會就上碗再加上特別醬汁,整體都跟之前吃到的很像(但台灣是用膠袋) 遺憾的是沒有酸菜送。味道整體真的不錯,除了蘿蔔不夠軟身和入味外,如果加上一碗麵配著吃相信會更精彩。

The first time I had picked udon which did not come with broth, but as the udon had soaked up all of the marinade which had a sweet herbal flavor, it was pretty yummy to eat by itself. The 5 ingredients I picked were pig intestine, pig ear, chicken wing, goose kidney, and pig's blood cake. My favorite was pig intestine as they were so soft and flavorful. The goose kidney was surprisingly tender as well as it had looked rock hard in the counter. I never had pig's blood cake but it didn't have much flavor to it. The texture was basically like a rice cake.

The next time I picked the rice instead, but it was much too plain to eat by itself. I would recommend the udon over the rice. This time, I tried pork belly, tofu, duck's tongue, pig's tongue, and egg. I loved the pork belly! It had looked a bit fatty in the counter, but turned out that the fatty part was firm and chewy which was quite delicious to eat. The tofu was also a nice surprise because it was chewy like a jello!

打開之後,我將包辣汁落係一邊,可以分開點黎食,又食到原汁原味。首先佢地既滷水汁真係好好味,甜味夠出,岩岩好,唔會死咸或者重味精。所以即使部分食物唔入味,但面有汁,令整體都不錯。包辣汁都幾辣(我唔係超食得辣既人) 但好味呀~ 所以可以分開點少少,very gooooood!!!

1. 豬腸:超入味,滑,易入口,乾淨,冇怪味

2. 蘿蔔:蘿蔔甜,極少渣,又有滷水香

3. 雞中翼:應該炆好耐,夠淋,入哂味,肉同皮都幾滑

4. 甜不辣:煙煙unun,面有滷水汁味,但不太特別

5. 鵝腎:太硬,而且唔入味


啊~ 呢個係我晚餐黎,其實份量幾多($54.6之下),我食完飽左,應該加碗飯就perfect了! 當然我就咁成個食完,都唔覺口乾,滷水汁味仲係口腔內徘徊,唔係飽左,都想再試其他~

賣滷味,最重要當然係個滷水汁,滷水汁好,已經贏左大半~ 當然食物洗得乾淨,新鮮,有心煮都好重要! 所以呢間真係唔錯! 而且店員親切,又好笑容,點搵??

打完都回味~ 希望有機會再去食!!!

行完吉吉島,買埋晚餐回家本身想買壽司,但係見到有新野寫住狀元香滷味,門面寫住係台北有幾間分店,咁就試下啦30蚊可以簡5個配料,加埋烏冬/粉絲,用佢地既滷水汁來撈,感覺幾平我就簡左海帶串,甜不辣,竹輪,雞翼,豬腸店主唔知係咪見到我太霸氣,仲送多款比我,我要左羅白,仲話比多點烏冬我,太感動了30蚊,份量極多好抵食.滷味很香,帶藥材既香,食落又無藥材既苦,帶少少甜,的確係合適來撈野食.配料整體上無咩特別,係雞翼做到很滑,咬下去有肉汁,甜不辣很有咬口,很好O趙,相信就是台灣人的很Q吧,魚味豐富烏冬吸哂汁一定好食喔.這是一次很好既體驗,下次行過也買一份先得反正咁平

烏冬吸哂汁一定好食喔.這是一次很好既體驗,下次行過也買一份先得反正咁平
