利申,曾經幫趁過杭州店,6年亦幫趁過此店,絕對無問題,於是早一星期已經訂位,一進入大門攞位,就有一個身穿西裝嘅男人用很不屑的語氣話帶他去2號枱,我們莫明其妙的,第一次見面,無得罪佢,唔明白為何有這種態度。食物水平十分之普通,如一般屋村酒樓,但卻收尖沙咀價錢!食套餐,花膠薄如紙,鮑魚算細隻,人參湯淡如水。焗蟹蓋無蟹肉,只有蟹柳絲,有一味紫紗白玉,豆腐無味,連豆味都無。蟹粉小籠包蟹味其淡。唯一可以一讚係甜品,椰子雪粑。(應該係買返嚟)最最最差係服務,侍應們像游魂,自己傾計傾個不停,要牙簽,攞左出嚟,不過隨手放咗落隔離枱。開始等左二十分鐘無嘢上,一上第一樣野之後同時嚟鲍魚同小籠包,咁自然先食鮑魚,要求侍應留低籠仔個蓋保溫。五分鐘後一個疑似經理操內地口音嘅女士,無釐頭走嚟打開蓋,我哋一齊望向佢,佢竟話睇吓你哋食咗未?如果食咗就收走。完全不合格的低水平啦!如果食咗就會打開蓋.等你收啦!PS 張枱相當大,完全無必要急於收碟。結論:一班完全唔合資格嘅樓面侍應,隨意地,胡亂地招呼,使食客啼笑皆非。個人就絕對唔會再幫趁!是見到facexxxxx 內廣告才決定一試,結果非常失望,徹底破壞咗一餐節日午飯!如

最最最差係服務,侍應們像游魂,自己傾計傾個不停,要牙簽,攞左出嚟,不過隨手放咗落隔離枱。
開始等左二十分鐘無嘢上,一上第一樣野之後同時嚟鲍魚同小籠包,咁自然先食鮑魚,要求侍應留低籠仔個蓋保溫。五分鐘後一個疑似經理操內地口音嘅女士,無釐頭走嚟打開蓋,我哋一齊望向佢,佢竟話睇吓你哋食咗未?如果食咗就收走。
完全不合格的低水平啦!如果食咗就會打開蓋.等你收啦!
PS 張枱相當大,完全無必要急於收碟。

結論:一班完全唔合資格嘅樓面侍應,隨意地,胡亂地招呼,使食客啼笑皆非。個人就絕對唔會再幫趁!

是見到facexxxxx 內廣告才決定一試,結果非常失望,徹底破壞咗一餐節日午飯!

見到餐廳做promo, 有個九道菜lunch menu, 每人只需$138,好似好抵,所以去試。點知中伏。所謂九道菜,其實裡面啲嘢好濕碎,燒賣、水晶粉果、腐皮卷每樣一舊已經當三道菜,而且係唔好食,質素比外面普通酒樓差。唯一一道好食嘅菜係乳鴿。就連甜品嘅雪糕一食就知係買啲平價牌子,好似維記、雀巢嘅味道。完全係欺騙消費者。好心啦,做咩要做衰自己個名,你做唔起貴野都用心啲去做呀,唔好用gimmick嚟厄人。絕不推介。

有親人告知有網站推出買一送一套票,以大約三百多元就能品嘗八道菜式,仲可以喺1881度食,感覺很超值所以就即刻買咗。購買過程好方便,只需要選擇用餐日嘅日期同時間,就可以唔使再打電話去預約,直接去到食就可以。餐廳侍應好有禮貌,唔會好急咁樣放低曬咁多樣嘢食,會見你差唔多食咗一道菜,先放得下一樣而菜式,份量都啱啱好夠飽,唔會因為價錢比較平而有所減少。而我最鍾意就係食佢嘅灌湯餃,因為湯非常清甜,而且亦都有灌湯餃入面嘅材料亦都好豐富,乳鴿亦都十分之熱辣辣同脆口,十分之推薦大家嚟食!

在優惠網預訂了這間王子飯店想試一下這家菜式,可能只是團購下午茶餐($99/位),沒有驚喜,一般的王子鴿,像普通茶樓吃的乳鴿質素 (雖然都不錯了),還有一個點心拼盆,三文魚沙律。服務一般,室內裝修不是很漂亮(不知是否在裝修),坐位安排也看不到室外風景。可能平常吃晚餐會比較好吧,但這次食評只是一般。

又到11月大閘蟹嘅季節!前幾年都好痴線咁不斷食蟹,一次食5-6隻都可以,而家年紀大咗,要節制下,盡量揀下,唔好乜都食!之前係Element食過王子飯店,啲餸都幾好食,所以嚟試下個大閘蟹set.佢個set有分一隻蟹/ 兩隻,其實無分別,只係睇你想食幾多隻.一嚟食咗個小籠包先~ 都ok.然後係主角大閘蟹,比想像中細隻,可能我又用咗出街買個諗法放咗係出面食,當然本身無講明幾大,不過我會想食大隻啲同多啲膏,呢隻~都ok la... 淺嚐!.之後有個湯,無影lu~~ 都ok ge. 花𣄃參味濃,感覺健康.乳鴿~ ok laaa..我中意個菜,個汁!好食!!.個飯係上面個汁,加咗好多分!!!!!.Overall係啲餸好食過隻蟹~ 我食個晚咁啱唔多人,靜靜地傾下計都幾舒服

之前同朋友嚟過王子飯店京川滬廚房,覺得不錯,環境清靜,食物質素也好。於是數月後同家人到訪,結果令我們有點失望。我們點了蒜片牛柳粒$68、松露炒什菌$68、山珍餃$36、鮮蝦菜餃$36、脆炸長春卷$35、砂鍋鮑魚汁海皇飯$168。附上前菜開胃芭樂,還算是平時水準。最差是蒜片牛柳粒,蒜片是冧,牛柳也是冧,但明顯是梳打粉的成效,無牛肉味!其他菜式一般般,只係合格水平!😕

唔掂! 呢個時勢諗住出去食吓飯,都消費吓,點知一肚氣,激到我要第一次寫食評。一向食嘢要求唔算太高,正正常常都就可以。但今次真係嬲到唔出聲都唔得。食咗唔係好多嘢,有一碟紅燒野菌竹笙豆腐。之後睇返餐牌,呢碟紅燒野箘竹笙豆腐$128。可能晌呢啲餐廳算下價菜。聽呢個菜名唔知大家有咩期望。碟菜放低嘅時候都冇咩特別,賣相正常,但係到分菜時候發現...全碟有兩件竹笙咁"多"(張相係已經拎走兩舊豆腐)。唔係兩條,係兩件,一件有一節(唔係一隻)手指公咁大。問待應佢話問過廚房係正常。失望! 如果大家要去就問清楚份量先好叫餸。
