有朋自遠方來,去大角咀「王朝潮順館」打冷,已經幫襯過好幾次,今次約埋一大班朋友嚟,可以試多啲唔同嘅菜式,我哋一行十二人,美食家朋友一早幫我哋預訂好美食。 ❖ 避風塘龍蝦 $2288 一上枱成座龍蝦山咁,相當澎湃震撼,真係嘩咗一聲,都數唔到有幾多隻龍蝦。新鮮澳龍啖啖肉,走油夠晒鑊氣,表面香脆包裹住肉質爽彈鮮甜,用避風塘炒法,每口都帶有海量炸蒜蓉同乾辣椒,酥脆香口,加入味椒鹽,不但唔會搶去龍蝦嘅味道,反而更帶出海鮮嘅鮮味。❖ 王潮醉乳鴿 $168三款醉料理拼埋一碟好似一幅剪紙畫,醉乳鴿已切件上枱,方便客人食用,鴿肉柔嫩,滲出濃厚酒香。 ❖ 王潮酒香鵝肝 (1份) $228 鵝肝都好大隻,切片已經見到粉嫩顏色,熟度剛好,每一啖花雕嘅香氣都滲入鵝肝中,完全無腥味,肉質細嫩,入口即溶嘅感覺,平時自己好難整到嚟食,所以真係必食推介。❖ 醉香鮑魚 (4隻) $392南非鮑魚大隻厚肉切片上,口感柔軟,貝柱部位又係另一種口感,爽身彈牙有嚼勁。鮑魚味濃郁,花雕酒濃厚但又無蓋過鮑魚嘅鮮味,反而令層次更豐富。 ❖ 潮式凍大馬友 $368 食潮州菜一定要點凍「魚飯」,大馬友係魚中佳品,好大條,肉質細膩,魚油豐富甘香帶點鹹香,蘸普寧豆醬一流。❖ 生啫白鱔 $228 白鱔份量都幾多,爆煮得香噴噴夠鑊氣,白鱔肉厚肥美帶魚油香,滿滿膠質。❖ 薑蔥台山蠔煲 $238 瓦煲上枱時仲好高溫,發出「啫啫」聲,大量薑蔥爆香,醬汁濃郁仲滾緊,蠔大隻無縮水,蠔肉飽滿鮮甜。❖ 香煎魚仔 $288 三款魚倉魚、沙𩺬 、馬頭,外皮炸得金黃香脆,肉身嫩滑,魚味濃,連魚骨都食埋。❖ 手淋蔥油燒雞 (1隻) $238 燒雞皮炸得金黃非常脆,雞肉嫩有肉汁,淋上蔥油更加提味。❖ 生啫爽通菜煲 $118 瓦煲上枱熱辣辣「咋渣」聲夠鑊氣,通菜脆嫩炒得爽口,加埋豬肉片,大隻蝦乾更惹味,送飯一流。❖ 豬肚雞 $338 連gas爐上枱滾住食,滾起先飲頭啖湯,香濃帶胡椒香,好足料,雞滑緊緻,豬肚脆嫩彈牙,支竹索湯。❖ 金沙脆魚皮 $88 新鮮炸起熱氣騰騰,魚皮大塊炸得超鬆脆,咬開「咔嚓、咔嚓」聲,大量鹹蛋黃醬黐住魚皮,超邪惡,鹹蛋味濃,仲有起沙嘅口感。❖ 芥末雞腳筋 $78 ❖ 麻香蓮藕條 $38❖ 爽脆豆芽苗 $38 ❖ 滷水鵝紅 $68 ❖ 脆脆初戀帶子 $168 埋單$5210,每人$435,真係愈多人愈抵食。#王朝潮順館 地址:大角咀大全街42-44號地舖 continue reading

潮州菜在不得不推介潮順館,位於大角咀美食街,很多捧場客,鹅肝,鵝片,咸味鷄,鯰魚煲,薑葱爆魚卜,鷄油豆苗,咕嚕肉,豬手,真係樣樣都正,令人回味,店很乾淨寬敞,不過留意只收現金同八達通,第一次食鯰魚肉質好滑,必試。😋 continue reading

嘢食係唔錯嘅, 價錢都好合理。 四個人食咗七百幾蚊, 冇加一冇開瓶費。 令人回味就係個鵝肝, 真係好滑。 仲有個蠔餅, 炸得好脆。蠔仔粥都好香。 其他嘢食都好味, 叫咗鹵水拼盤 仲有醉乳鴿 , 擺盤靚, 味道中上。 但係服務真係好一般。 淨係招呼熟客。 本來想再加單但係兩個小時用餐時間。 服務唔細心,攞咗支紅酒嚟,問咗好耐先 攞個開瓶器同酒杯。 continue reading

讚-馬友出色 油份足 鹹味細膩 對得住價錢 醉乳鴿都入味 肉質好 彈-滷水入味但係實在有啲單一地鹹 豬油渣菜心有啲腍身 扇貝炸得太油 伴底既飯明明寫係脆米 但又似普通炒飯-服務實在老牌到呢 一坐低就咪要唔要蟶子豆苗 話已叫左扇貝 都叫做係海鮮貴餸 盡左星期六日既客人本份丫 又再問多次要唔要豆苗 堅持唔要 叫左豬油渣菜心 結果上檯都係豬油渣豆苗 同侍應話拎錯餸 侍應都唔死心 再大聲問係咪唔食豆苗 講到好似佢請咁 大佬價錢差兩三倍都算 真係食豆苗都唔會豬油渣炒啦 唔會再去 continue reading

今次呢間潮順館,我食過兩次,今日同老公撐枱腳,我食潮州嘢必定會食兩樣嘢第一樣滷水鵝片,我一直都唔識食骨,所以我唔會揀鵝件,只會揀鵝片,而佢哋係選擇用豆腐底,超開心,因為佢啲豆腐滑到不得了,仲要好香豆味,有啲出面潮州菜係用芽菜,我就麻麻哋嘅,用豆腐即刻開心晒第二樣就係蠔仔粥,不過真係食唔到太多嘢原因係佢個蠔仔粥都幾大碗,一個酒樓粟米魚肚羹嘅湯碗size,蠔仔都大隻新鮮,第二日唔會食完肚痛,同埋佢有嗰啲魚乾、芫荽蔥、好香好香佢呢度個蠔仔粥特色係米水超多,米反而少睇你哋口感,我自己就好鍾意,因為每一次食蠔仔粥嗰啲粥水都俾人潷晒返啲米 continue reading
