難得黎到葵芳,掃街好似係指定動作,今年第一次掃街就即管放鬆一下。今次目標有兩個,一個係芋圓一個係燒賣。先講燒賣,一般來講,如果啲燒賣係魚肉溝粉既,我一定唔會買黎食,見到呢間評價唔錯,而且價錢唔貴,$10有四粒,$20有8粒,我要左四款試一試。麻辣:好鹹好重味,蓋過所有材料味道,唔好吃,可以不食。木耳:爽口,味道適中,有D咬口,呢款ok。蟲草花:呢款我最buy,材料配搭比較少見,味道清淡D。香菇豬肉:一般質素,不算突出。講元朗出品燒賣,暫時黎講妙舒我覺得係最好食,之後係呢間,諗起以前自己食燒賣,都係落好多豉油同辣椒油,我都有啲開始唔明自己點解可以食得咁濃味。

留意到這間燒賣竟然開喺呢度,之前都見佢只做外賣生意,只係俾客試食,現在竟然一串串賣,勁因為佢舖位既前前後後都賣野食,唔留心好易唔覺眼睇佢唔到,今日都係第一次食,都幾香,夠熱下次會買返屋企放雪櫃,等夜媽媽宵夜肚餓"叮"熱佢,留返個肚去食新野先..............

試食餐廳:玲玲燒賣(葵芳葵富路7號葵涌廣場2樓2015號舗)美味指數:$20黑松露粟米、芝士煙肉豬肉燒賣(6.5/10)-談起掃街,「葵廣」相信是大家的數一數二之選,廣場不大,但滿佈既便宜又多樣化的小食店,且店舖經常變化,過一段時間就有小食店開張,多去幾次都不會厭倦!-小女子這次「掃街」的首個收獲是燒賣,別以為我吃的是一般魚蓉燒賣,而是比魚蓉燒賣大顆的多元化燒賣。「玲玲燒賣」售賣八款味道的燒賣,包括蟲草花雞肉燒賣、麻辣木耳絲燒賣等,小女子就試了混合中、西式的黑松露粟米豬肉燒賣、芝士煙肉豬肉燒賣,餡料足夠,燒賣味道濃香、突出,有吃西餐的感覺,較為有趣、罕見。提提食客們,$20八粒燒賣是可以任選各種味道的,但$10四粒燒賣就不包括淮山杞子、黑松露粟米、芝士煙肉三種味道。

I went to Kwaihing on a food crawl getting food from stalls which looked potentially good.Unfortunately, four out of four were not good.This was the second one I tried because there were eight different suimai flavours:shiitake mushroom, beef, black fungus, Spicy black fungus, cordeceps flower, mountain yam, cheese and bacon and sweetcorn truffle.Decided to get $10 for 4 but after I paid found out the one I wanted wasn't available so I wasn't too impressed.However she did give me some other flavour which was starchy which explains why there are 4.5 siumai's on the stick!The texture was weird and stodgy.The only decent tasting one was the Spicy Sichuan one which somehow tasted like British pork sausages.
